مزامیر 146

۱ 1 هللویاه! ای جان من خداوند راتسبیح بخوان!

Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

۲ 2 تا زنده هستم، خداوند را حمد خواهم گفت. مادامی که وجوددارم، خدای خود را خواهم سرایید.

While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises to my God while I have any being.

۳ 3 بر روساتوکل مکنید و نه بر ابن آدم که نزد او اعانتی نیست.

Put not your trust in princes, [nor] in the son of man, in whom [there is] no help.

۴ 4 روح او بیرون می‌رود و او به خاک خودبرمی گردد و در همان روز فکرهایش نابودمی شود.

His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

۵ 5 خوشابحال آنکه خدای یعقوب مددکار اوست، که امید او بر یهوه خدای وی می‌باشد،

Happy [is he] that [hath] the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope [is] in the LORD his God:

۶ 6 که آسمان و زمین را آفرید و دریا و آنچه را که در آنهاست؛ که راستی را نگاه دارد تا ابدالاباد؛

Who made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that [is] in them: who keepeth truth for ever:

۷ 7 که مظلومان را دادرسی می‌کند؛ و گرسنگان رانان می‌بخشد. خداوند اسیران را آزاد می‌سازد.

Who executeth judgment for the oppressed: who giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

۸ 8 خداوند چشمان کوران را باز می‌کند. خداوندخم شدگان را برمی افرازد. خداوند عادلان رادوست می‌دارد.

The LORD openeth [the eyes of] the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:

۹ 9 خداوند غریبان را محافظت می‌کند و یتیمان و بیوه‌زنان را پایدار می‌نماید. لیکن طریق شریران را کج می‌سازد.

The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

۱۰ 10 خداوندسلطنت خواهد کرد تا ابدالاباد و خدای تو‌ای صهیون، نسلا بعد نسل. هللویاه!

The LORD will reign for ever, [even] thy God, O Zion, to all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
