متّی 17
| و بعد از شش روز، عیسی، پطرس ویعقوب و برادرش یوحنا را برداشته، ایشان را در خلوت به کوهی بلند برد. | ۱ 1 |
After six days, Yeshua [Salvation] took with him Peter [Rock], James [Surplanter], and John [Yah is gracious] his brother, and brought them up into a high mountain by themselves.
| و در نظرایشان هیات او متبدل گشت و چهره‌اش چون خورشید، درخشنده و جامه‌اش چون نور، سفیدگردید. | ۲ 2 |
He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his garments became as white as the light.
| که ناگاه موسی و الیاس بر ایشان ظاهرشده، با او گفتگو می‌کردند. | ۳ 3 |
Behold, Moses [Drawn out] and Elijah [My God Yah] appeared to them talking with him.
| اما پطرس به عیسی متوجه شده، گفت که «خداوندا، بودن ما در اینجانیکو است! اگر بخواهی، سه سایبان در اینجابسازیم، یکی برای تو و یکی بجهت موسی ودیگری برای الیاس.» | ۴ 4 |
Peter [Rock] answered, and said to Yeshua [Salvation], “Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you want, let’s make three tents here: one for you, one for Moses [Drawn out], and one for Elijah [My God Yah].”
| و هنوز سخن بر زبانش بود که ناگاه ابری درخشنده بر ایشان سایه افکند واینک آوازی از ابر در‌رسید که «این است پسرحبیب من که از وی خشنودم. او را بشنوید!» | ۵ 5 |
While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them. Behold, a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is my agapetos ·beloved, esteemed· Son, in whom I am well pleased. Listen to him.”
| وچون شاگردان این را شنیدند، به روی در‌افتاده، بینهایت ترسان شدند. | ۶ 6 |
When the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces, and were very afraid.
| عیسی نزدیک آمده، ایشان را لمس نمود و گفت: «برخیزید و ترسان مباشید!» | ۷ 7 |
Yeshua [Salvation] came and touched them and said, “Get up, and don’t be afraid.”
| و چشمان خود را گشوده، هیچ‌کس راجز عیسی تنها ندیدند. | ۸ 8 |
Lifting up their eyes, they saw no one, except Yeshua [Salvation] alone.
| و چون ایشان از کوه به زیر می‌آمدند، عیسی ایشان را قدغن فرمود که «تاپسر انسان از مردگان برنخیزد، زنهار این‌رویا را به کسی باز نگویید.» | ۹ 9 |
As they were coming down from the mountain, Yeshua [Salvation] enjoined them, saying, “Don’t tell anyone what you saw, until the Son of Man has risen from the dead.”
| شاگردانش از او پرسیده، گفتند: «پس کاتبان چرا می‌گویند که می‌بایدالیاس اول آید؟» | ۱۰ 10 |
His disciples asked him, saying, “Then why do the Torah-Teachers say that Elijah [My God Yah] must come first?”
| او در جواب گفت: «البته الیاس می‌آید و تمام چیزها را اصلاح خواهدنمود. | ۱۱ 11 |
Yeshua [Salvation] answered them, “Elijah [My God Yah] indeed comes first, and will restore all things,
| لیکن به شما می‌گویم که الحال الیاس آمده است و او را نشناختند بلکه آنچه خواستندبا وی کردند؛ به همانطور پسر انسان نیز از ایشان زحمت خواهد دید. | ۱۲ 12 |
but I tell you that Elijah [My God Yah] has come already, and they didn’t recognize him, but did to him whatever they wanted to. Even so the Son of Man will also suffer by them.”
| آنگاه شاگردان دریافتندکه درباره یحیی تعمیددهنده بدیشان سخن می‌گفت. | ۱۳ 13 |
Then the disciples understood that he spoke to them of John [Yah is gracious] the Immerser.
| و چون به نزد جماعت رسیدند، شخصی پیش آمده، نزد وی زانو زده، عرض کرد: | ۱۴ 14 |
When they came to the multitude, a man came to him, kneeling down to him, and saying,
| «خداوندا، بر پسر من رحم کن زیرا مصروع و به شدت متالم است، چنانکه بارها در آتش و مکرر در آب می‌افتد. | ۱۵ 15 |
“Lord, have mercy on my son, for he is epileptic, and suffers grievously; for he often falls into the fire, and often into the water.
| و او را نزد شاگردان تو آوردم، نتوانستند او را شفا دهند.» | ۱۶ 16 |
So I brought him to your disciples, and they could not cure him.”
| عیسی در جواب گفت: «ای فرقه بی‌ایمان کج رفتار، تا به کی با شماباشیم و تا چند متحمل شما گردم؟ او را نزد من آورید.» | ۱۷ 17 |
Yeshua [Salvation] answered, “Faithless and perverse generation! How long will I be with you? How long will I bear with you? Bring him here to me.”
| پس عیسی او را نهیب داده، دیو ازوی بیرون شد و در ساعت، آن پسر شفا یافت. | ۱۸ 18 |
Yeshua [Salvation] rebuked him, the demon went out of him, and the boy was cured from that hour.
| اما شاگردان نزد عیسی آمده، در خلوت از اوپرسیدند: «چرا ما نتوانستیم او را بیرون کنیم؟ | ۱۹ 19 |
Then the disciples came to Yeshua [Salvation] privately, and said, “Why were we not able to cast it out?”
| عیسی ایشان را گفت: «به‌سبب بی‌ایمانی شما. زیرا هرآینه به شما می‌گویم، اگر ایمان به قدر دانه خردلی می‌داشتید، بدین کوه می‌گفتید از اینجابدانجا منتقل شو، البته منتقل می‌شد و هیچ امری بر شما محال نمی بود. | ۲۰ 20 |
He said to them, “Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have trusting faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
| لیکن این جنس جز به دعا و روزه بیرون نمی رود.» | ۲۱ 21 |
But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”
| و چون ایشان در جلیل می‌گشتند، عیسی بدیشان گفت: «پسر انسان بدست مردم تسلیم کرده خواهد شد، | ۲۲ 22 |
While they were staying in Galilee [District, Circuit], Yeshua [Salvation] said to them, “The Son of Man is about to be delivered up into the hands of men,
| و او را خواهند کشت و درروز سوم خواهد برخاست.» پس بسیار محزون شدند. | ۲۳ 23 |
and they will kill him, and the third day he will be raised up.” They were exceedingly sorry.
| و چون ایشان وارد کفرناحوم شدند، محصلان دو درهم نزد پطرس آمده، گفتند: «آیااستاد شما دو درهم را نمی دهد؟» | ۲۴ 24 |
When they had come to Capernaum [Village-Comfort, Village-Compassion], those who collected the half-shekel coin came to Peter [Rock], and said, “Does not your teacher pay the Temple Tax?”
| گفت: «بلی.» و چون به خانه درآمده، عیسی بر او سبقت نموده، گفت: «ای شمعون، چه گمان داری؟ پادشاهان جهان از چه کسان عشر و جزیه می‌گیرند؟ از فرزندان خویش یا از بیگانگان؟» | ۲۵ 25 |
He said, “Yes.” When he came into the house, Yeshua [Salvation] anticipated him, saying, “What do you think, Simeon [Hearing]? From whom do the kings of the earth receive toll or tribute? From their children, or from strangers?”
| پطرس به وی گفت: «از بیگانگان.» عیسی بدوگفت: «پس یقین پسران آزادند! | ۲۶ 26 |
Peter [Rock] said to him, “From strangers.” Yeshua [Salvation] said to him, “Therefore the children are exempt.
| لیکن مبادا که ایشان را برنجانیم، به کناره دریا رفته، قلابی بینداز و اول ماهی که بیرون می‌آید، گرفته و دهانش راباز کرده، مبلغ چهار درهم خواهی یافت. آن رابرداشته، برای من و خود بدیشان بده!» | ۲۷ 27 |
But, lest we cause them to stumble, go to the sea, cast a hook, and take up the first fish that comes up. When you have opened its mouth, you will find a shekel [0.4 oz; 11.34 kg]. Take that, and give it to them for me and you.”
