لوقا 11
| و هنگامی که او در موضعی دعا می‌کردچون فارغ شد، یکی از شاگردانش به وی گفت: «خداوندا دعا کردن را به ما تعلیم نما، چنانکه یحیی شاگردان خود را بیاموخت.» | ۱ 1 |
One day Jesus was at a certain place praying, and, when he had finished, one of his disciples said to him, ‘Master, teach us to pray, as John taught his disciples.’
| بدیشان گفت: «هرگاه دعا کنید گویید‌ای پدرما که در آسمانی، نام تو مقدس باد. ملکوت توبیاید. اراده تو چنانکه در آسمان است در زمین نیزکرده شود. | ۲ 2 |
‘When you pray,’ Jesus answered, ‘say – “Father, may your name be held holy, your kingdom come.
| نان کفاف ما را روز به روز به ما بده. | ۳ 3 |
Give us each day the bread that we will need;
| و گناهان ما را ببخش زیرا که ما نیز هر قرضدار خود را می‌بخشیم. و ما را در آزمایش میاور، بلکه ما را از شریر رهایی ده.» | ۴ 4 |
and forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive everyone who wrongs us; and take us not into temptation.”’
| و بدیشان گفت: «کیست از شما که دوستی داشته باشد و نصف شب نزد وی آمده بگوید‌ای دوست سه قرص نان به من قرض ده، | ۵ 5 |
Jesus also said to them, ‘Suppose that one of you who has a friend were to go to him in the middle of the night and say “Friend, lend me three loaves,
| چونکه یکی از دوستان من از سفر بر من وارد شده وچیزی ندارم که پیش او گذارم. | ۶ 6 |
for a friend of mine has arrived at my house after a journey, and I have nothing to offer him;”
| پس او از اندرون در جواب گوید مرا زحمت مده، زیرا که الان دربسته است و بچه های من در رختخواب با من خفته‌اند نمی توانم برخاست تا به تو دهم. | ۷ 7 |
And suppose that the other should answer from inside “Do not trouble me; the door is already fastened, and my children and I are in bed; I cannot get up and give you anything”;
| به شمامی گویم هر‌چند به علت دوستی برنخیزد تا بدودهد، لیکن بجهت لجاجت خواهد برخاست و هرآنچه حاجت دارد، بدو خواهد داد. | ۸ 8 |
I tell you that, even though he will not get up and give him anything because he is a friend, yet because of his persistence he will rouse himself and give him what he wants.
| «و من به شما می‌گویم سوال کنید که به شماداده خواهد شد. بطلبید که خواهید یافت. بکوبیدکه برای شما بازکرده خواهد شد. | ۹ 9 |
‘And so I say to you – Ask, and your prayer will be granted, search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.
| زیرا هرکه سوال کند، یابد و هرکه بطلبد، خواهد یافت وهرکه کوبد، برای او باز کرده خواهد شد. | ۱۰ 10 |
For the person who asks receives, everyone who searches finds, and to the person who knocks the door will be opened.
| وکیست از شما که پدر باشد و پسرش از او نان خواهد، سنگی بدو دهد یا اگر ماهی خواهد، به عوض ماهی ماری بدو بخشد، | ۱۱ 11 |
What father among you, if his son asks him for a fish, will give him a snake instead,
| یا اگرتخم‌مرغی بخواهد، عقربی بدو عطا کند. | ۱۲ 12 |
or, if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion?
| پس اگر شما با آنکه شریر هستید می‌دانید چیزهای نیکو را به اولاد خود باید داد، چند مرتبه زیادترپدر آسمانی شما روح‌القدس را خواهد داد به هرکه از او سوال کند.» | ۱۳ 13 |
If you, then, naturally wicked though you are, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!’
| و دیوی را که گنگ بود بیرون می‌کرد وچون دیو بیرون شد، گنگ گویا گردید و مردم تعجب نمودند. | ۱۴ 14 |
Once Jesus was driving out a mute demon, and, when the demon had gone out, the mute man spoke. The people were amazed at this;
| لیکن بعضی از ایشان گفتند که «دیوها را به یاری بعلزبول رئیس دیوها بیرون می‌کند.» | ۱۵ 15 |
but some of them said, ‘He drives out demons by the help of Beelzebul, the chief of the demons’;
| و دیگران از روی امتحان آیتی آسمانی از او طلب نمودند. | ۱۶ 16 |
while others, to test him, asked him for some sign from the heavens.
| پس او خیالات ایشان را درک کرده بدیشان گفت: «هر مملکتی که برخلاف خود منقسم شود، تباه گردد و خانه‌ای که بر خانه منقسم شود، منهدم گردد. | ۱۷ 17 |
Jesus himself, however, was aware of what they were thinking, and said to them, ‘Any kingdom wholly divided against itself becomes a desolation; and a divided house falls.
| پس شیطان نیز اگر به ضد خود منقسم شود سلطنت اوچگونه پایدار بماند. زیرا می‌گویید که من به اعانت بعلزبول دیوها را بیرون می‌کنم. | ۱۸ 18 |
So, too, if Satan is wholly divided against himself, how can his kingdom last? Yet you say that I drive out demons by the help of Beelzebul.
| پس اگرمن دیوها را به وساطت بعلزبول بیرون می‌کنم، پسران شما به وساطت که آنها را بیرون می‌کنند؟ از اینجهت ایشان داوران بر شما خواهند بود. | ۱۹ 19 |
But, if it is by Beelzebul’s help that I drive out demons, by whose help is it that your own sons drive them out? Therefore they will themselves be your judges.
| لیکن هرگاه به انگشت خدا دیوها را بیرون می‌کنم، هرآینه ملکوت خدا ناگهان بر شما آمده است. | ۲۰ 20 |
But, if it is by the hand of God that I drive out demons, then the kingdom of God must already be upon you.
| وقتی که مرد زورآور سلاح پوشیده خانه خود را نگاه دارد، اموال او محفوظ می‌باشد. | ۲۱ 21 |
When a strong man is keeping guard, fully armed, over his own mansion, his property is in safety;
| اما چون شخصی زورآورتر از او آید بر او غلبه یافته همه اسلحه او را که بدان اعتماد می‌داشت، از او می‌گیرد و اموال او را تقسیم می‌کند. | ۲۲ 22 |
but, when one still stronger has attacked and overpowered him, he takes away all the weapons on which the other had relied, and divides his spoil.
| کسی‌که با من نیست، برخلاف من است و آنکه با من جمع نمی کند، پراکنده می‌سازد. | ۲۳ 23 |
Whoever is not with me is against me, and the person who does not help me to gather is scattering.
| چون روح پلید از انسان بیرون آید به مکانهای بی‌آب بطلب آرامی گردش می‌کند وچون نیافت می‌گوید به خانه خود که از آن بیرون آمدم برمی گردم. | ۲۴ 24 |
No sooner does a foul spirit leave someone, than it passes through places where there is no water, in search of rest; and finding none, it says “I will go back to the home which I left”;
| پس چون آید، آن را جاروب کرده شده و آراسته می‌بیند. | ۲۵ 25 |
but, on coming there, it finds it unoccupied, swept, and put in order.
| آنگاه می‌رود وهفت روح دیگر، شریرتر از خود برداشته داخل شده در آنجا ساکن می‌گردد و اواخر آن شخص ازاوائلش بدتر می‌شود.» | ۲۶ 26 |
Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in, and make their home there; and the last state of that person proves to be worse than the first.’
| چون او این سخنان را می‌گفت، زنی از آن میان به آواز بلند وی را گفت «خوشابحال آن رحمی که تو را حمل کرد و پستانهایی که مکیدی.» | ۲۷ 27 |
As Jesus was saying this, a woman in the crowd, raising her voice, exclaimed, ‘Happy was the mother who bore you and nursed you!’
| لیکن او گفت: «بلکه خوشابحال آنانی که کلام خدا را می‌شنوند و آن را حفظمی کنند.» | ۲۸ 28 |
But Jesus replied, ‘Rather, happy are those who listen to God’s message and keep it.’
| و هنگامی که مردم بر او ازدحام می‌نمودند، سخن‌گفتن آغاز کرد که «اینان فرقه‌ای شریرند که آیتی طلب می‌کنند و آیتی بدیشان عطا نخواهدشد، جز آیت یونس نبی. | ۲۹ 29 |
As the crowds increased, Jesus began to speak, ‘This generation is a wicked generation. It is asking a sign, but no sign will be given it except the sign of Jonah.
| زیرا چنانکه یونس برای اهل نینوا آیت شد، همچنین پسر انسان نیزبرای این فرقه خواهد بود. | ۳۰ 30 |
For, as Jonah became a sign to the people of Nineveh, so will the Son of Man be to this generation.
| ملکه جنوب در روزداوری با مردم این فرقه برخاسته، بر ایشان حکم خواهد کرد زیرا که از اقصای زمین آمد تا حکمت سلیمان را بشنود و اینک در اینجا کسی بزرگتر ازسلیمان است. | ۳۱ 31 |
At the judgment the Queen of the South will rise up with the people of this generation, and will condemn them, because she came from the ends of the earth to listen to the wisdom of Solomon; and here is more than a Solomon!
| مردم نینوا در روز داوری با این طبقه برخاسته بر ایشان حکم خواهند کرد زیرا که به موعظه یونس توبه کردند و اینک در اینجا کسی بزرگتر از یونس است. | ۳۲ 32 |
At the judgment the men of Nineveh will stand up with this generation, and will condemn it, because they repented at Jonah’s proclamation; and here is more than a Jonah!
| و هیچ‌کس چراغی نمی افروزد تا آن را درپنهانی یا زیر پیمانه‌ای بگذارد، بلکه بر چراغدان، تا هرکه داخل شود روشنی را بیند. | ۳۳ 33 |
No one lights a lamp, and then puts it in the cellar or under a basket, but he puts it on the lamp-stand, so that anyone who comes in may see the light.
| چراغ بدن چشم است، پس مادامی که چشم تو بسیط است تمامی جسدت نیز روشن است و لیکن اگر فاسدباشد، جسد تو نیز تاریک بود. | ۳۴ 34 |
The lamp of the body is your eye. When your eye is unclouded, your whole body, also, is lit up; but, as soon as your eye is diseased, your body, also, is darkened.
| پس باحذر باش مبادا نوری که در تو است، ظلمت باشد. | ۳۵ 35 |
Take care, therefore, that the inner light is not darkness.
| بنابراین هرگاه تمامی جسم تو روشن باشد وذره‌ای ظلمت نداشته باشد همه‌اش روشن خواهد بود، مثل وقتی که چراغ به تابش خود، تورا روشنایی می‌دهد.» | ۳۶ 36 |
If, then, your whole body is lit up, and no corner of it darkened, the whole will be lit up, just as when a lamp gives you light by its brilliance.’
| و هنگامی که سخن می‌گفت یکی ازفریسیان از او وعده خواست که در خانه اوچاشت بخورد. پس داخل شده بنشست. | ۳۷ 37 |
As Jesus finished speaking, a Pharisee asked him to breakfast with him, and Jesus went in and took his place at the table.
| امافریسی چون دید که پیش از چاشت دست نشست، تعجب نمود. | ۳۸ 38 |
The Pharisee noticed, to his astonishment, that Jesus omitted the ceremonial washing before breakfast.
| خداوند وی را گفت: «همانا شما‌ای فریسیان بیرون پیاله و بشقاب راطاهر می‌سازید ولی درون شما پر از حرص وخباثت است. | ۳۹ 39 |
But the Master said to him, ‘You Pharisees do, it is true, clean the outside of the cup and of the plate, but inside you yourselves are filled with greed and wickedness.
| ای احمقان آیا او که بیرون راآفرید، اندرون را نیز نیافرید؟ | ۴۰ 40 |
Fools! Did not the maker of the outside make the inside too?
| بلکه از آنچه دارید، صدقه دهید که اینک همه‌چیز برای شماطاهر خواهد گشت. | ۴۱ 41 |
Only give away what is in them in charity, and at once you have the whole clean.
| وای بر شما‌ای فریسیان که ده‌یک از نعناع و سداب و هر قسم سبزی رامی دهید و از دادرسی و محبت خدا تجاوزمی نمایید، اینها را می‌باید به‌جا آورید و آنها رانیز ترک نکنید. | ۴۲ 42 |
But alas for you Pharisees! You pay tithes on mint, rue, and herbs of all kinds, and pass over justice and love to God. These last you ought to have put into practice without neglecting the first.
| وای بر شما‌ای فریسیان که صدر کنایس و سلام در بازارها را دوست می‌دارید. | ۴۳ 43 |
Alas for you Pharisees! You delight to have the front seat in the synagogues, and to be greeted in the markets with respect.
| وای بر شما‌ای کاتبان و فریسیان ریاکار زیرا که مانند قبرهای پنهان شده هستید که مردم بر آنها راه می‌روند و نمی دانند.» | ۴۴ 44 |
Alas for you! You are like unsuspected graves, over which men walk unawares.’
| آنگاه یکی از فقها جواب داده گفت: «ای معلم، بدین سخنان ما را نیز سرزنش می‌کنی؟» | ۴۵ 45 |
Here one of the students of the Law interrupted him by saying, ‘Teacher, when you say this, you are insulting us also.’
| گفت «وای بر شما نیز‌ای فقها زیرا که بارهای گران را بر مردم می‌نهید و خود بر آن بارها، یک انگشت خود را نمی گذارید. | ۴۶ 46 |
But Jesus went on, ‘Alas for you, too, you students of the Law! You load people with loads that are too heavy to carry, but do not, yourselves, touch them with one of your fingers.
| وای بر شما زیراکه مقابر انبیا را بنا می‌کنید و پدران شما ایشان راکشتند. | ۴۷ 47 |
Alas for you! You build the monuments of the prophets whom your ancestors killed.
| پس به‌کارهای پدران خود شهادت می‌دهید و از آنها راضی هستید، زیرا آنها ایشان را کشتند و شما قبرهای ایشان را می‌سازید. | ۴۸ 48 |
You are actually witnesses to your ancestors’ acts and show your approval of them, because, while they killed the prophets, you build tombs for them.
| ازاین‌رو حکمت خدا نیز فرموده است که به سوی ایشان انبیا و رسولان می‌فرستم و بعضی از ایشان را خواهند کشت و بر بعضی جفا کرد، | ۴۹ 49 |
That is why the wisdom of God said – “I will send to them prophets and apostles,
| تا انتقام خون جمیع انبیا که از بنای عالم ریخته شد از این طبقه گرفته شود. | ۵۰ 50 |
some of whom they will persecute and kill, in order that the blood of all the prophets that has been spilt since the creation of the world may be exacted from this generation –
| از خون هابیل تا خون زکریاکه در میان مذبح و هیکل کشته شد. بلی به شمامی گویم که از این فرقه بازخواست خواهد شد. | ۵۱ 51 |
from the blood of Abel down to the blood of Zechariah, who was slain between the altar and the house of God.” Yes, I tell you, it will be exacted from this generation.
| وای بر شما‌ای فقها، زیرا کلید معرفت رابرداشته‌اید که خود داخل نمی شوید و داخل‌شوندگان را هم مانع می‌شوید.» | ۵۲ 52 |
Alas for you students of the Law! You have taken away the key of the door of knowledge. You have not gone in yourselves and you have hindered those who try to go in.’
| و چون او این سخنان را بدیشان می‌گفت، کاتبان و فریسیان با او بشدت درآویختند و درمطالب بسیار سوالها از او می‌کردند. | ۵۳ 53 |
When Jesus left the house, the teachers of the Law and the Pharisees began to press him hard and question him closely on many subjects,
| و در کمین او می‌بودند تا نکته‌ای از زبان او گرفته مدعی اوبشوند. | ۵۴ 54 |
laying traps for him, so as to seize on anything that he might say.
