Psalms 42
1 To the choirmaster a poem of [the] sons of Korah. Like a deer [which] it pants towards channels of water so being my it pants to you O God.
Au chef des chantres. Cantique des fils de Koré. Comme une biche soupire après des courants d’eau, Ainsi mon âme soupire après toi, ô Dieu!
2 It thirsts being my - for God for [the] God living when? will I go and I may appear? [the] presence of God.
Mon âme a soif de Dieu, du Dieu vivant: Quand irai-je et paraîtrai-je devant la face de Dieu?
3 It has been of me tear[s] my food by day and night when say to me all the day where? [is] God your.
Mes larmes sont ma nourriture jour et nuit, Pendant qu’on me dit sans cesse: Où est ton Dieu?
4 These [things] I will remember - and I will pour out on myself - soul my that I passed on - with the crowd I led them to [the] house of God with [the] sound of a shout of joy and thanksgiving a multitude celebrating a festival.
Je me rappelle avec effusion de cœur Quand je marchais entouré de la foule, Et que je m’avançais à sa tête vers la maison de Dieu, Au milieu des cris de joie et des actions de grâces D’une multitude en fête.
5 Why? are you bowed down - O soul my and were you in turmoil? on me wait for God for again I will give thanks to him [the] salvation of presence his.
Pourquoi t’abats-tu, mon âme, et gémis-tu au-dedans de moi? Espère en Dieu, car je le louerai encore; Il est mon salut et mon Dieu.
6 O God my on me being my it is bowed down there-fore I will remember you from [the] land of [the] Jordan and Hermon from mount Mizar.
Mon âme est abattue au-dedans de moi: Aussi c’est à toi que je pense, depuis le pays du Jourdain, Depuis l’Hermon, depuis la montagne de Mitsear.
7 Deep to deep [is] calling to [the] sound waterfalls your all breakers your and waves your over me they have passed.
Un flot appelle un autre flot au bruit de tes ondées; Toutes tes vagues et tous tes flots passent sur moi.
8 By day - he commands Yahweh - covenant loyalty his and in the night (song his *Qk) [is] with me a prayer to [the] God of life my.
Le jour, l’Éternel m’accordait sa grâce; La nuit, je chantais ses louanges, J’adressais une prière au Dieu de ma vie.
9 I will say - to God rock my why? have you forgotten me why? mourning do I walk in [the] oppression of an enemy.
Je dis à Dieu, mon rocher: Pourquoi m’oublies-tu? Pourquoi dois-je marcher dans la tristesse, Sous l’oppression de l’ennemi?
10 With a shattering - in bones my they have taunted me opposers my when say they to me all the day where? [is] God your.
Mes os se brisent quand mes persécuteurs m’outragent, En me disant sans cesse: Où est ton Dieu?
11 Why? are you bowed down - O soul my and why? are you in turmoil on me wait for God for again I will give thanks to him [the] salvation of face my and God my.
