All his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him, but he refused to be comforted. And he said, "Indeed, I will go down to Sheol to my son mourning." And his father wept for him. (Sheol h7585)
その子女みな起てかれを慰むれどもその慰謝をうけずして我は哀きつつ陰府にくだりて我子のもとにゆかんといふ斯その父かれのために哭ぬ (Sheol h7585)
But he said, "My son will not go down with you, for his brother is dead, and he alone is left. If harm should happen to him on the journey you are taking, then you will bring down my gray hairs with sorrow to Sheol." (Sheol h7585)
ヤコブいひけるはわが子はなんぢらとともに下るべからず彼の兄は死て彼ひとり遺たればなり若なんぢらが行ところの途にて災難かれの身におよばば汝等はわが白髮をして悲みて墓にくだらしむるにいたらん (Sheol h7585)
If you take this one also from me, and harm happens to him, you will bring down my gray hairs with sorrow to Sheol. (Sheol h7585)
なんぢら是をも我側より取ゆかんに若災害是の身におよぶあらば遂にわが白髮をして悲みて墓にくだらしむるにいたらんと (Sheol h7585)
it will happen, when he sees that the boy is not with us, that he will die. Your servants will bring down the gray hairs of your servant our father with sorrow to Sheol. (Sheol h7585)
父童子の在ざるを見ば死るにいたらん然れば僕等なんぢの僕われらの父の白髮をして悲みて墓にくだらしむるなり (Sheol h7585)
But if the LORD make a new thing, and the ground open its mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain to them, and they go down alive into Sheol; then you shall understand that these men have despised the LORD." (Sheol h7585)
然どヱホバもし新しき事を爲たまひ地その口を開きてこの人々と之に屬する者を呑つくして生ながら陰府に下らしめなばこの人々はヱホバを瀆ししなりと汝ら知るべし (Sheol h7585)
So they, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into Sheol: and the earth closed on them, and they perished from among the assembly. (Sheol h7585)

For a fire is kindled in my anger, and burns to the lowest Sheol, and devours the earth with its increase, and sets the foundations of the mountains on fire. (Sheol h7585)
即ちわが震怒によりて火燃いで深き陰府に燃いたりまた地とその產物とを燒つくし山々の基をもやさん (Sheol h7585)
"The LORD kills, and makes alive. He brings down to Sheol, and brings up. (Sheol h7585)

The cords of Sheol were around me. The snares of death caught me. (Sheol h7585)
冥府の繩われをとりまき死の機檻われにのぞめり (Sheol h7585)
Do therefore according to your wisdom, and do not let his gray head go down to Sheol in peace. (Sheol h7585)
故に汝の智慧にしたがひて事を爲し其白髮を安然に墓に下らしむるなかれ (Sheol h7585)
Now therefore do not hold him guiltless, for you are a wise man; and you will know what you ought to do to him, and you shall bring his gray head down to Sheol with blood." (Sheol h7585)
然りといへども彼を辜なき者とする勿れ汝は智慧ある人なれば彼に爲べき事を知るなり血を流して其白髮を墓に下すべしと (Sheol h7585)
As the cloud is consumed and vanishes away, so he who goes down to Sheol shall come up no more. (Sheol h7585)
雲の消て逝がごとく陰府に下れる者は重ねて上りきたらじ (Sheol h7585)
They are high as heaven. What can you do? They are deeper than Sheol. What can you know? (Sheol h7585)
その高きことは天のごとし 汝なにを爲し得んや 其深きことは陰府のごとし 汝なにを知えんや (Sheol h7585)
"Oh that you would hide me in Sheol, that you would keep me secret, until your wrath is past, that you would appoint me a set time, and remember me. (Sheol h7585)
願はくは汝われを陰府に藏し 汝の震怒の息むまで我を掩ひ 我ために期を定め而して我を念ひたまへ (Sheol h7585)
If I look for Sheol as my house, if I have spread my couch in the darkness, (Sheol h7585)
我もし俟つところ有ば是わが家たるべき陰府なるのみ 我は黑暗にわが牀を展ぶ (Sheol h7585)
Shall it go down with me to the gates of Sheol, or descend together into the dust?" (Sheol h7585)

They spend their days in prosperity. In an instant they go down to Sheol. (Sheol h7585)

ヱホバよわれに愧をおはしめ給ふなかれ そは我なんぢをよべばなり 願くはあしきものに恥をうけしめ陰府にありて口をつぐましめ給へ (Sheol h7585)
They are appointed as a flock for Sheol. Death shall be their shepherd. The upright shall have dominion over them in the morning. Their beauty shall decay in Sheol, far from their mansion. (Sheol h7585)
かれらは羊のむれのごとくに陰府のものと定めらる 死これが牧者とならん直きもの朝にかれらををさめん その美容は陰府にほろぼされて宿るところなかるべし (Sheol h7585)
But God will redeem my soul from the power of Sheol, for he will receive me. (Selah) (Sheol h7585)

"As when one plows and breaks up the earth, our bones are scattered at the mouth of Sheol." (Sheol h7585)

let's swallow them up alive like Sheol, and whole, like those who go down into the pit. (Sheol h7585)
陰府のごとく彼等を活たるままにて呑み 壯健なる者を墳に下る者のごとくになさん (Sheol h7585)
Her feet go down to death. Her steps lead straight to Sheol. (Sheol h7585)

Her house is the way to Sheol, going down to the chambers of death. (Sheol h7585)

Set me as a seal on your heart, as a seal on your arm; for love is strong as death. Jealousy is as cruel as Sheol. Its flashes are flashes of fire, a very flame of the LORD. (Sheol h7585)

"Ask a sign of the LORD your God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above." (Sheol h7585)
なんぢの神ヱホバに一の豫兆をもとめよ 或はふかき處あるひは上のたかき處にもとめよ (Sheol h7585)
Sheol from beneath has moved for you to meet you at your coming. It stirs up the dead for you, even all the rulers of the earth. It has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. (Sheol h7585)
下の陰府はなんぢの故により動きて汝のきたるをむかへ世のもろもろの英雄の亡靈をおこし國々のもろもろの王をその位より起おこらしむ (Sheol h7585)
Your pomp is brought down to Sheol, with the sound of your stringed instruments. Maggots are spread out under you, and worms cover you. (Sheol h7585)
なんぢの榮華となんぢの琴の音はすでに陰府におちたり 蛆なんぢの下にしかれ蚯蚓なんぢをおほふ (Sheol h7585)
Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, to the depths of the Pit. (Sheol h7585)
然どなんぢは陰府におとされ坑の最下にいれられん (Sheol h7585)
"Because you have said, 'We have made a covenant with death, and with Sheol are we in agreement. When the overflowing scourge passes through, it won't come to us; for we have made lies our refuge, and we have hidden ourselves under falsehood.'" (Sheol h7585)
なんぢらは云り 我ら死と契約をたて陰府とちぎりをむすべり 漲りあふるる禍害のすぐるときわれらに來らじ そはわれら虛僞をもて避所となし欺詐をもて身をかくしたればなりと (Sheol h7585)
Your covenant with death shall be annulled, and your agreement with Sheol shall not stand. When the overflowing scourge passes through, then you will be trampled down by it. (Sheol h7585)
汝らが死とたてし契約はきえうせ陰府とむすべるちぎりは成ことなし されば漲り溢るるわざはひのすぐるとき汝等はこれに踐たふさるべし (Sheol h7585)
I said, "In the middle of my life I go into the gates of Sheol. I am deprived of the residue of my years." (Sheol h7585)
我いへり わが齢ひの全盛のとき陰府の門にいりわが餘年をうしなはんと (Sheol h7585)
For Sheol can't praise you. And death can't celebrate you. And those who go down into the pit can't hope for your truth. (Sheol h7585)

You went to the king with oil, and increased your perfumes, and sent your ambassadors far off, and debased yourself even to Sheol. (Sheol h7585)
なんぢ香膏とおほくの薫物とをたづさへて王にゆき 又なんぢの使者をとほきにつかはし陰府にまで己をひくくせり (Sheol h7585)
"Thus says the LORD: 'In the day when he went down to Sheol I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained its rivers; and the great waters were stayed; and I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the trees of the field fainted for him. (Sheol h7585)
主ヱホバかく言たまふ彼が下の國に下れる日に我哀哭あらしめ之がために大水を蓋ひその川々をせきとめたれば大水止まれり我レバノンをして彼のために哭かしめ野の諸の樹をして彼のために痩衰へしむ (Sheol h7585)
I made the nations to shake at the sound of his fall, when I cast him down to Sheol with those who descend into the pit; and all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all that drink water, were comforted in the lower parts of the earth. (Sheol h7585)

The strong among the mighty shall speak to him out of the midst of Sheol with those who help him: 'They are gone down, they lie still, even the uncircumcised, slain by the sword.' (Sheol h7585)
勇士の強き者陰府の中より彼にその助者と共に言ふ割禮を受ざる者劍に殺されたる者彼等下りて臥す (Sheol h7585)
And they are not buried with the fallen warriors of ancient times, who went down to Sheol with their weapons of war, and having their swords placed under their heads, but the punishment for their iniquity rested on their bones; for they were the terror of the mighty in the land of the living. And moreover, wealth is treacherous; a proud man will not endure. He enlarges his desire as Sheol, and he is like death, and can't be satisfied. He gathers all nations to himself, and collects to himself all peoples. (Sheol h7585)

But I tell you, that everyone who is angry with his brother without a cause will be liable to judgment; and whoever will say to his brother, 'Raqa,' will be in danger of the council; and whoever will say, 'You fool,' will be in danger of the fire of Gehinnom. (Geenna g1067)

And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off, and throw it away from you. For it is more profitable for you that one of your members should perish, than for your whole body to be cast into Gehinnom. (Geenna g1067)
もし右の手なんぢを躓かせば、切りて棄てよ、五體の一つ亡びて、全身ゲヘナに往かぬは益なり。 (Geenna g1067)
And do not be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehinnom. (Geenna g1067)

And you, Kfar-Nahum, who are exalted to heaven, you will be brought down to Sheol. For if the mighty works had been done in Sodom which were done in you, it would have remained until this day. (Hadēs g86)

茨の中に播かれしとは、御言をきけども、世の心勞と財貨の惑とに、御言を塞がれて實らぬものなり。 (aiōn g165)
and the enemy who sowed them is the devil, and the harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are angels. (aiōn g165)
之を播きし仇は惡魔なり、收穫は世の終なり、刈る者は御使たちなり。 (aiōn g165)
As therefore the tares are gathered up and burned with fire; so will it be at the end of the age. (aiōn g165)
されば毒 麥の集められて火に焚かるる如く、世の終にも斯くあるべし。 (aiōn g165)
So will it be in the end of the world. The angels will come forth, and separate the wicked from among the righteous, (aiōn g165)

Seeing a fig tree by the road, he came to it, and found nothing on it but leaves. He said to it, "Let there be no fruit from you forever." Immediately the fig tree withered away. (aiōn g165)

Then he will say also to those on the left hand, 'Depart from me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels; (aiōnios g166)

These will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into everlasting life." (aiōnios g166)
