< Ba Hibbulu 1 >

1 Chiindi chakale Leza wakaambula kuli basikale besu kwiinda muba sinsimi muzyiindi zyiingi alimwi amunzila zyiingi.
Long ago God spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in many ways.
2 Pesi muli aaya mazuba aamamanino wakaambula kulindiswe kwiinda mumwana mulombe, ooyo ngwaakayimikizya kuti akabesikulya lukonowezintu zyoonse. Nkwiindila mulinguwe alubo Leza wakachita bwaanze. (aiōn g165)
But in these last days, he has spoken to us through a Son, whom he appointed to be the heir of all things. It is through him that God also made the universe. (aiōn g165)
3 We ngusikubalangala kwabulemu bwa Leza. Bwiiminizi bulimbubo bwabwiime bwakwe. Aboobo ulajata zinti zyoonse amwii ajwi lyamanguzu aakwe. Naakamana kusanzya zibi, wakakkala aansi kululyo lwabupati kujulu.
He is the brightness of God's glory, the exact representation of his being. He even holds everything together by the word of his power. After he had made cleansing for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.
4 Wakaba ulanguzu kubangelo mbuli zina ndyakakona liluleme kwiinda aabo mazina.
He has become just as superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than their name.
5 Nkaambo nkuli uuli wabangelo Leza ngwakatgi “Uli mwana wangu, sunu ndaba wuso”? Nakuti nguuli wabangelo Leza ngwakati, “Ndiyoba wisi kulinguwe alimwi we uyoba mwana kulindime”?
For to which of the angels did God ever say, “You are my son, today I have become your father”? Or to which of the angels did God ever say, “I will be a father to him, and he will be a son to me”?
6 Pesi lubo aawo Leza nayeta mwana mutaanzi munyika, we utii, “Boonse bangelo mba Leza beelede kumukomba.”
But again, when God brings the firstborn into the world, he says, “All God's angels must worship him.”
7 Aatala abangelo utii, “Nguwe uuchita bangelo bakwe babe myuuya, mpawo balanda bakwe babe malabi amulilo
About the angels he says, “He is the one who makes his angels spirits, and his servants flames of fire.”
8 Pesi aatala amwana utuu, “Chuuno chakwe, Leza, chikkala mane kukabe kutamani. Lubeteko lwabwami bwako ndubeteko lwabululami. (aiōn g165)
But to the Son he says, “Your throne, God, is forever and ever. The scepter of your kingdom is the scepter of justice. (aiōn g165)
9 Wakayanda bulumi mpawo wasula kutabaamba mulawu. Nkunkaako webo Leza wako wakunanika amafuta aalukondo kwiinda beenzinyokwe.”
You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness. Therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of joy more than your companions.”
10 “Kumatalikilo, Mwami wakayala matalisyo aanyika. Majulu milimo yamaboko aako.
“In the beginning, Lord, you laid the earth's foundation. The heavens are the work of your hands.
11 Bayoonyonyooka, pesi uyooyinkila kunembo. Bayoozakala boonse mbuli chimpanzi chasila.
They will perish, but you will continue. They will all wear out like a piece of clothing.
12 Uyobavunga mbuli chizwaato mpawo bayosandulwa mbuli chimpanzi chasila. Pesi webo tosanduki, amyaaka yako tiimani.”
You will roll them up like a cloak, and they will be changed like a piece of clothing. But you are the same, and your years do not end.”
13 Mpesi kuli ooyo bangelo ba Leza bakati amulichili chiikndi, “Kkala kululyo lwangu mane ndikachite basinkondonyokwe bakabe chilyatilizyo chamawulu aako.”?
But to which of the angels has God said at any time, “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a stool for your feet”?
14 Teensi bangelo boonse myuuya iibeleka na, abaabo bakatumwa kutabilila aabo bayokona lufutuko?
Are not all angels spirits who serve, and who are sent to care for those who will inherit salvation?
