When he opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar the souls of those who had been killed for the Word of God, and for the testimony of the Lamb which they had.

| ثُمَّ فَكَّ الْحَمَلُ الْخَتْمَ الْخَامِسَ، فَرَأَيْتُ مَذْبَحاً تَحْتَهُ أَرْوَاحُ الَّذِينَ سُفِكَتْ دِمَاؤُهُمْ مِنْ أَجْلِ كَلِمَةِ اللهِ، وَمِنْ أَجْلِ الشَّهَادَةِ الَّتِي أَدَّوْهَا، |

যখন মেষ শিশু পঞ্চম সীলমোহর খুললেন, তখন আমি একটা বেদির নীচে এমন সব লোকের আত্মা দেখতে পেলাম, যাঁদের ঈশ্বরের বাক্যের জন্য এবং সাক্ষ্য দেবার জন্য মেরে ফেলা হয়েছিল।
