তাঁর প্রশংসা কর, উচ্চতম স্বর্গ এবং আকাশমণ্ডলের ওপরের জলসমূহ।
হে ঊর্ধ্বতম স্বর্গলোক, তাঁর প্রশংসা করো হে আকাশের ঊর্ধ্বস্থিত জলরাশি, তোমরাও করো।

हे सबसे ऊँचे आकाश और हे आकाश के ऊपरवाले जल, तुम दोनों उसकी स्तुति करो।
सर्वोच्च आकाश, उनका स्तवन करे और वह जल भी, जो स्वर्ग के ऊपर संचित है.
