There is nothing from outside of the man that going into him can defile him; but the things which proceed out of the man are those that defile the man.

չկայ որեւէ բան, որ մարդու մէջ դրսից մտնելով կարողանայ նրան պղծել. այլ այն, ինչ ելնում է նրանից, ա՛յն է, որ պղծում է մարդուն:
Ոչինչ կայ՝ որ դուրսէն մտնէ մարդուն մէջ ու կարող ըլլայ պղծել զայն. հապա ինչ որ դուրս կ՚ելլէ անկէ, անիկա՛ է որ կը պղծէ մարդը:
বাহিৰৰ পৰা মানুহৰ ভিতৰলৈ সোমাই অশুচি কৰিব পৰা কোনো বস্তু নাই; কিন্তু মানুহৰ ভিতৰৰ পৰা যি যি বাহিৰলৈ ওলাই, সেইবোৰেহে মানুহক অশুচি কৰে।
