Leviticus 14:9
It shall be on the seventh day, that he shall shave all his hair off his head and his beard and his eyebrows. He shall shave off all his hair. He shall wash his clothes, and he shall bathe his body in water. Then he shall be clean.

| وَفِي الْيَوْمِ السَّابِعِ يَحْلِقُ مَا نَمَا مِنْ شَعْرِ رَأْسِهِ، وَكَذَلِكَ لِحْيَتَهُ وَحَوَاجِبَهُ، وَيَغْسِلُ ثِيَابَهُ وَيَسْتَحِمُّ بِمَاءٍ فَيُصْبِحُ طَاهِراً. |

સાતમે દિવસે તેણે પોતાના માથાના સર્વ વાળ, દાઢીના તથા પોતાના ભમરના તેમ જ શરીર પરના બીજા બધા વાળ મૂંડાવી નાખવા. તેણે પોતાના વસ્ત્રો ધોઈ નાખવાં અને પાણીમાં સ્નાન કરવું, પછી તે રોગથી સંપૂર્ણ રીતે શુદ્ધ થયો એવું જાહેર થાય.
