Joshua 7:3
They returned to Joshua, and said to him, “Do not let all the people go up, but let about two or three thousand men go up and strike Ai. Do not make all the people to toil there, for there are only a few of them.”

| ثُمَّ رَجَعُوا إِلَى يَشُوعَ وَقَالُوا لَهُ: «لَا يَصْعَدْ كُلُّ ٱلشَّعْبِ، بَلْ يَصْعَدْ نَحْوُ أَلْفَيْ رَجُلٍ أَوْ ثَلَاثَةُ آلَافِ رَجُلٍ وَيَضْرِبُوا عَايَ. لَا تُكَلِّفْ كُلَّ ٱلشَّعْبِ إِلَى هُنَاكَ لِأَنَّهُمْ قَلِيلُونَ». |
| ثُمَّ رَجَعُوا إِلَى يَشُوعَ قَائِلِينَ لَهُ: «إِنَّ أَهْلَ عَايَ قَلِيلُو الْعَدَدِ، فَلاَ تُوَجِّهْ كُلَّ الْجَيْشِ إِلَى هُنَاكَ، بَلْ أَرْسِلْ نَحْوَ أَلْفَيْ رَجُلٍ أَوْ ثَلاَثَةِ آلافِ رَجُلٍ فَقَطْ». |
পাছত তেওঁলোকে যিহোচূৱাৰ ওচৰলৈ উলটি আহি ক’লে, “অয়লৈ আটাইবোৰ মানুহ নপঠিয়াব; তালৈ উঠি গৈ অয়ক আক্ৰমণ কৰিবলৈ কেৱল দুই বা তিনি হাজাৰমান লোকহে পঠিয়াওক৷ ৰণত আটাইবোৰ মানুহক পঠাই কষ্ট নিদিব, কিয়নো সিহঁত সংখ্যাত তাকৰ।”

Kteřížto navrátivše se k Jozue, řekli jemu: Nechť nevstupuje všecken lid tento, okolo dvou tisíc mužů neb okolo tří tisíců mužů nechť vstoupí, a dobudouť Hai; neobtěžuj všeho lidu, vysílaje jej tam, nebo málo jest oněchno.
Kteřížto navrátivše se k Jozue, řekli jemu: Nechť nevstupuje všecken lid tento, okolo dvou tisíc mužů neb okolo tří tisíců mužů nechť vstoupí, a dobudouť Hai; neobtěžuj všeho lidu, vysílaje jej tam, nebo málo jest oněchno.

Daarna keerden zij weder naar Jozua, en zeiden tot hem: Dat het ganse volk niet optrekke, dat er omtrent twee duizend mannen, of omtrent drie duizend mannen optrekken, om Ai te slaan; vermoei daarheen al het volk niet; want zij zijn weinige.

And they returned to Joshua, and said to him, Let not all the people go up, but let about two or three thousand men go up and take the city by siege: carry not up thither the whole people, for [the enemy] are few.

When they returned they told Joshua, “The whole army isn't needed. Two or three thousand men is enough to go and attack Ai. Don't bother sending everyone—there's only a few of them.”

When they returned to Joshua they said, “There are only a few people in Ai. So we do not need to send all of our soldiers to defeat them. Send 2.000 or 3,000 men to attack them. That will be enough.”

Revenus auprès de Josué, ils lui dirent: « Que le peuple ne monte pas tout entier! Deux mille hommes ou trois mille hommes n’ont qu’à monter et ils battront Haï; ne fatigue pas tout le peuple pour cette ville, car ses habitants sont peu nombreux. »
Puis ils revinrent vers Josué, et lui dirent: Que tout le peuple n'y monte point, et qu'environ deux ou trois mille hommes y montent, et ils battront Aï. Ne fatigue pas là tout le peuple; car ils sont peu nombreux.
Et étant revenus auprès de Josué, ils lui dirent: Il n'y a pas lieu de mettre tout le peuple en campagne; deux ou trois mille hommes environ n'ont qu'à marcher et ils réduiront Aï; n'en donne pas la fatigue à tout le peuple, car il n'y a que peu de monde.
Les hommes montèrent donc, observèrent Haï, retournèrent auprès de Josué, et lui dirent: Ne fais pas monter tout le peuple; que seulement deux ou trois mille hommes partent, et ils réduiront la ville; ne conduis pas là le peuple entier, car ils sont en petit nombre.
Revenus auprès de Josué, ils lui dirent: "Il ne faut pas que le peuple entier y monte; deux ou trois mille hommes suffisent pour triompher d’Aï. Ne fatigue pas tout le peuple à cette expédition, car ils sont peu nombreux."
Dann kehrten sie zu Josue zurück und berichteten ihm: "Nicht das ganze Volk braucht hinaufzuziehen. Zwei- oder dreitausend Mann mögen hinziehen, Ai zu erobern. Bemühe nicht das ganze Volk dorthin! Denn ihrer sind wenige."
Und sie kehrten zu Josua zurück und sprachen zu ihm: Es ziehe nicht das ganze Volk hinauf; bei zweitausend Mann oder bei dreitausend Mann mögen hinaufziehen und Ai schlagen; bemühe nicht das ganze Volk dahin, denn ihrer sind wenige.

Και επιστρέψαντες προς τον Ιησούν είπαν προς αυτόν, Ας μη αναβή πας ο λαός, αλλ' ως δύο ή τρεις χιλιάδες άνδρες ας αναβώσι και ας πατάξωσι την Γαί· μη βάλης πάντα τον λαόν εις κόπον φέρων αυτόν έως εκεί· διότι είναι ολίγοι.
καὶ ἀνέστρεψαν πρὸς Ἰησοῦν καὶ εἶπαν πρὸς αὐτόν μὴ ἀναβήτω πᾶς ὁ λαός ἀλλ’ ὡς δισχίλιοι ἢ τρισχίλιοι ἄνδρες ἀναβήτωσαν καὶ ἐκπολιορκησάτωσαν τὴν πόλιν μὴ ἀναγάγῃς ἐκεῖ τὸν λαὸν πάντα ὀλίγοι γάρ εἰσιν

Y volviendo a Josué, le dijeron: No suba todo el pueblo, mas suban como dos mil o como tres mil hombres, y tomarán a Hai; no fatigues a todo el pueblo yendo allí, porque son pocos.
Cuando regresaron, le dijeron a Josué: “No necesitamos a todo el ejército. Dos o tres mil hombres serán suficientes para atacar la ciudad de Hai. No te molestes en enviarlos a todos, pues sólo hay unos pocos”.
Volvieron a Josué y le dijeron: “No dejes subir a todo el pueblo, sino que suban unos dos o tres mil hombres y ataquen a Hai. No hagas que todo el pueblo trabaje allí, pues son pocos”.
Regresaron a Josué y le dijeron: Que no suba todo el pueblo, sino que suban como 2.000 ó 3.000 hombres y tomen a Hai. No ordenes que todo el pueblo se fatigue al marchar hacia allá, porque ellos son pocos.
Y volviendo a Josué, dijéronle: No suba todo el pueblo, mas suban como dos mil, o como tres mil hombres: y tomarán a Hai. No fatigues a todo el pueblo allí, porque pocos son.

Luego volvieron a Josué y le dijeron: No mandes a todas las personas, sino que unos dos o tres mil hombres suban y ataquen a Hai. No hay necesidad de fatigar a todas las personas yendo allí, ya que es solo una ciudad pequeña.
De vuelta a Josué le dijeron: “No es menester que suba todo el pueblo, suban solo unos dos o tres mil hombres para derrotar a Hai. No fatigues a todo el pueblo para marchar allí, porque sus habitantes son pocos.”

Nang bumalik sila kay Josue, sinabi nila sa kaniya, “Huwag mong ipadala ang lahat ng tao sa Ai. Magpadala ka lamang ng dalawa o tatlong libong kalalakihan para pumunta at lusubin ang Ai. Huwag mong ipadala ang lahat ng tao sa labanan, dahil kakaunti lamang sila sa bilang.”
