Jeremiah 7:23
but this thing I commanded them, saying, ‘Listen to my voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be my people. Walk in all the way that I command you, that it may be well with you.’

| إِنَّمَا أَوْصَيْتُهُمْ أَنْ يُطِيعُوا صَوْتِي فَأَكُونُ لَهُمْ إِلَهاً، وَيَكُونُونَ لِي شَعْباً وَأَنْ يَسْلُكُوا فِي كُلِّ الطَّرِيقِ الَّذِي أَوْصَيْتُهُمْ بِهِ، فَيَنَالُوا خَيْراً. |
কিন্তু তেওঁলোকক এই আজ্ঞাহে দিছিলোঁ! যে, তোমালোকে মোৰ বাক্য শুনা, তেতিয়া মই তোমালোকৰ ঈশ্বৰ হ’ম, আৰু তোমালোক মোৰ প্ৰজা হ’বা; আৰু যি পথত চলিবলৈ মই তোমালোকক আজ্ঞা কৰোঁ, তোমালোকৰ ভালৰ অৰ্থে তোমালোকে সেই পথত চলা।
Ancaq onlara bunu əmr edib dedim: ‹Sözümə qulaq asın. Onda Mən sizin Allahınız olacağam, siz də Mənim xalqım olacaqsınız. Hər barədə sizə əmr etdiyim yolla gedin ki, uğur qazanasınız›.

What I told them was, ‘Obey me; [if you do that], I will be your God and you will be my people. If you do the things that I want you to do, everything will go well for you.’
I only gave them this command, “Listen to my voice, and I will be your God and you will be my people. So walk in all the ways that I am commanding you, so that it may go well with you.”

ἀλλ’ ἢ τὸ ῥῆμα τοῦτο ἐνετειλάμην αὐτοῖς λέγων ἀκούσατε τῆς φωνῆς μου καὶ ἔσομαι ὑμῖν εἰς θεόν καὶ ὑμεῖς ἔσεσθέ μοι εἰς λαόν καὶ πορεύεσθε ἐν πάσαις ταῖς ὁδοῖς μου αἷς ἂν ἐντείλωμαι ὑμῖν ὅπως ἂν εὖ ᾖ ὑμῖν
