The LORD of Armies says: “The children of Israel and the children of Judah are oppressed together. All who took them captive hold them fast. They refuse to let them go.

বাহিনীগণের সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, “ইস্রায়েলের লোকেরা ও যিহূদার লোকেরা অত্যাচারিত হচ্ছে। যারা তাদেরকে বন্দীদশায় রেখেছে, তারা তাদেরকে শক্তভাবে ধরে রেখেছে, তাদেরকে যেতে দিতে অসম্মত রয়েছে।

“सेनाओं का यहोवा यह कहता है, इस्राएल और यहूदा दोनों बराबर पिसे हुए हैं; और जितनों ने उनको बँधुआ किया वे उन्हें पकड़े रहते हैं, और जाने नहीं देते।
सेनाओं के याहवेह का संदेश यह है: “इस्राएल वंशज उत्पीड़ित किए जा रहे हैं, यहूदाह गोत्रज भी; वे सभी, जिन्होंने उन्हें बंदी बनाया है, उन्हें मुक्त नहीं कर रहे.
