Jeremiah 4:10
Then I said, “Ah, Lord GOD! Surely you have greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, ‘You will have peace;’ whereas the sword reaches to the heart.”

| عِنْدَئِذٍ قُلْتُ: «آهِ أَيُّهَا السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ، حَقّاً إِنَّكَ خَدَعْتَ هَذَا الشَّعْبَ، وَأَوْهَمْتَ أَهْلَ أُورُشَلِيمَ قَائِلاً: سَيَكُونُ لَكُمْ سَلاَمٌ، وَهَا السَّيْفُ قَدْ بَلَغَ حَدَّ النَّفْسِ. |
তেতিয়া মই উত্তৰ দি ক’লোঁ, “হায় হায়, হে মোৰ প্ৰভু যিহোৱা, স্বৰূপেই তুমি এই জাতিক আৰু যিৰূচালেমক অত্যন্ত প্ৰবঞ্চনা কৰিলা, কাৰণ তুমি কৈছিলা, ‘তোমালোকৰ শান্তি হব’ অথচ তৰোৱালে মৰ্ম ভেদিছে!”
Mən dedim: «Ah, ey Xudavənd Rəbb! Bu xalqı və Yerusəlimi tamamilə aldatdın. “Sizin üçün əmin-amanlıq olacaq” dedin, halbuki qılınc boğazımıza dirəndi».

তখন আমি বললাম, “হায়, হায়! হে প্রভু সদাপ্রভু, ‘তোমাদের শান্তি হবে,’ এই কথা বলার মাধ্যমে তুমি নিশ্চয় এই লোকদের ও যিরূশালেমের সঙ্গে সম্পূর্ণভাবে ছলনা করেছ। তবুও তরোয়াল তাদের প্রাণের বিরুদ্ধে আঘাত করছে।”
তখন আমি বললাম, “হায়, সার্বভৌম সদাপ্রভু! তুমি এই লোকেদের এবং জেরুশালেমকে এই কথা বলে পুরোপুরি প্রতারণা করলে যে, ‘তোমরা শান্তি পাবে,’ অথচ তরোয়াল এখন একেবারে আমাদের গলার কাছে!”
Тогава рекох: О, Господи Иеова! Ти наистина съвсем си излъгал тия люде и Ерусалим Като си казал: Мир ще имате; Когато напротив ножът е стигнал до душата им.

我说：“哀哉！主耶和华啊，你真是大大地欺哄这百姓和耶路撒冷，说：‘你们必得平安。’其实刀剑害及性命了。”
我說：「哀哉！主耶和華啊，你真是大大地欺哄這百姓和耶路撒冷，說：『你們必得平安。』其實刀劍害及性命了。」
人必要說：「哎! 吾主上主! 你的確欺騙了這人民和耶路撒冷說：你們必享平安；其實，刀劍已到我們的咽喉! 」

Toen zeide ik: Ach, Heere HEERE! waarlijk, Gij hebt dit volk en Jeruzalem grotelijks bedrogen, zeggende: Gijlieden zult vrede hebben; daar het zwaard tot aan de ziel raakt.
Ze roepen: Ach Jahweh, mijn Heer, Gij hebt dus dit volk en Jerusalem bedrogen. Gij hebt gezegd: Ge zult vrede hebben; En het zwaard bedreigt nu ons leven.
Toen zeide ik: Ach, Heere HEERE! waarlijk, Gij hebt dit volk en Jeruzalem grotelijks bedrogen, zeggende: Gijlieden zult vrede hebben; daar het zwaard tot aan de ziel raakt.
Ze roepen: Ach Jahweh, mijn Heer, Gij hebt dus dit volk en Jerusalem bedrogen. Gij hebt gezegd: Ge zult vrede hebben; En het zwaard bedreigt nu ons leven.
Then I said, Ah, lord Jehovah! Surely thou have greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have peace, whereas the sword reaches to the life.
Then I said, “Ah, Lord GOD! Surely you have greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, ‘You will have peace;’ whereas the sword reaches to the heart.”
Then said I, Ah, Lord Jehovah! surely thou hast greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have peace; whereas the sword reacheth unto the life.
Then I said, “Ah, Lord GOD, how completely You have deceived this people and Jerusalem by saying, ‘You will have peace,’ while a sword is at our throats.”
Then said I, Ah, Lord God! your words were not true when you said to this people and to Jerusalem, You will have peace; when the sword has come even to the soul.
And I said, O sovereign Lord, verily thou hast deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, There shall be peace; whereas behold, the sword has reached even to their soul.
And I said, O sovereign Lord, verily you have deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, There shall be peace; whereas behold, the sword has reached even to their soul.
And I said: “Alas, alas, alas, O Lord God! Could it be that you have deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying: ‘Peace shall be yours,’ while, behold, the sword reaches even to the soul?”
And I said, Alas, Lord Jehovah! surely thou hast greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have peace; whereas the sword reacheth unto the soul.
And I said: Alas, alas, alas, O Lord God, hast thou then deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying: You shall have peace: and behold the sword reacheth even to the soul?
Then I said, “Oh, Lord God, you have completely fooled the people of Jerusalem by telling them, ‘You will have peace,’ while holding a sword to our throats.”
Then saide I, Ah, Lord God, surely thou hast deceiued this people and Ierusalem, saying, Ye shall haue peace, and the sworde perceth vnto the heart.
Then said I: 'Ah, Lord GOD! surely Thou hast greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying: Ye shall have peace; whereas the sword reacheth unto the soul.'
Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! surely thou hast greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have peace; whereas the sword reacheth unto the soul.

And I said, O sovereign Lord, verily you have deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, There shall be peace; whereas behold, the sword has reached even to their soul.
Then said I, Ah, Lord Eternal! surely thou hast greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have peace; whereas the sword reacheth unto the soul.
And I say, “Aah! Lord YHWH, Surely you have entirely forgotten this people and Jerusalem, Saying, Peace is for you, And a sword has struck to the soul!”
Then I said, "Ah, Lord GOD. Surely you have greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, 'You shall have peace;' whereas the sword reaches to the heart."
Then I said, "Ah, Lord Jehovah. Surely you have greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, 'You shall have peace;' whereas the sword reaches to the heart."
Then I said, "Ah, Lord GOD. Surely you have greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, 'You shall have peace;' whereas the sword reaches to the heart."

Then said I, Alas, O Lord Jehovah! Surely thou hast greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem; Thou hast said, “Ye shall have peace”; And the sword reacheth to the very life!
Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! surely thou hast greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have peace; whereas the sword reacheth unto the soul.
Then said I, —Ah! My Lord Yahweh! Surely, thou hast suffered this people and Jerusalem to be beguiled, saying, Peace, shall ye have, —whereas the sword shall reach unto the soul.
And I said alas! - O Lord Yahweh truly certainly you have deceived the people this and Jerusalem saying peace it will belong to you and it will reach a sword to the throat.

Then I replied, “Yahweh [my] God, you completely deceived the people by telling them that there would be peace in Jerusalem, but now [our enemies] [PRS] are ready to slaughter us with their swords!”
So I said, “Ah! Lord Yahweh. Surely you have completely deceived this people and Jerusalem by saying, 'There will be peace for you.' Yet the sword is striking against their life.”
Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! surely thou hast greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have peace; whereas the sword reacheth to the soul.
Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! surely thou hast greatly deceived this people and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall have peace; though the sword reacheth to the soul.

Et je dis: Ah! Seigneur Yahweh, vous avez donc trompé ce peuple et Jérusalem, en disant: " Vous aurez la paix! " alors que l'épée va les frapper à mort!
Alors je dis: « Ah, Seigneur Yahvé! Tu as beaucoup trompé ce peuple et Jérusalem, en disant: 'Vous aurez la paix', mais l'épée atteint le cœur. »
Et je dis: Ah, Seigneur Éternel! certainement tu as bien trompé ce peuple et Jérusalem, en disant: Vous aurez la paix!… et l’épée est venue jusqu’à l’âme.
C'est pourquoi j'ai dit: ha! ha! Seigneur Eternel! oui certainement tu as abusé ce peuple et Jérusalem, en disant: vous aurez la paix; et l'épée est venue jusqu’à l'âme.
Et j’ai dit: Hélas, hélas, hélas, Seigneur Dieu, avez-vous donc trompé ce peuple et Jérusalem, disant: La paix sera avec vous; et voilà qu’un glaive est parvenu jusqu’à l’âme?
Je dis: Ah! Seigneur Éternel! Tu as donc trompé ce peuple et Jérusalem, en disant: Vous aurez la paix! Et cependant l’épée menace leur vie.
Et je dis: Ah! Seigneur Yahweh, vous avez donc trompé ce peuple et Jérusalem, en disant: « Vous aurez la paix! » alors que l’épée va les frapper à mort!
Et je dis: Ah! Seigneur Éternel! Tu as donc véritablement abusé ce peuple et Jérusalem, en disant: Vous aurez la paix! et l'épée a pénétré jusqu'à l'âme.
Alors je dis: Ah! Seigneur, Éternel, en vérité tu as trompé ce peuple et Jérusalem en disant: Vous serez sains et saufs! et cependant l'épée pénètre jusqu'à son cœur.
Et je dis: O Seigneur, maître, est-ce donc que vous avez trompé ce peuple et Jérusalem, disant: La paix règnera, et voilà que le glaive a pénétré jusqu'à leur âme!
Et je m’écriai: "Eh quoi! Eternel Dieu! Ainsi donc tu aurais complètement leurré ce peuple et Jérusalem, quand tu disais: "Vous obtiendrez la paix!—Et le glaive pénètre jusqu’à l’âme!
Ein Klagelied: "Ach Herr, o Herr! Gar gründlich hast Du dieses Volk getäuscht, mitsamt Jerusalem. Du sprachst: 'Der Friede wird euch sein!' Nun geht das Schwert an ihre Kehle."
Da sprach ich: Ach, Herr, Jehova! fürwahr, getäuscht hast du dieses Volk und Jerusalem, indem du sprachst: Ihr werdet Frieden haben; und das Schwert dringt bis an die Seele!

Da sprach ich: Ach, Herr Jahwe! Fürwahr gründlich hast du dieses Volk und Jerusalem getäuscht, als du sprachst: Heil soll euch widerfahren! während ihnen nun das Schwert ans Leben geht.
Ich aber sprach: Ach, HERR HERR, du hast's diesem Volk und Jerusalem weit fehlen lassen, da sie sagten: Es wird Friede bei euch sein, so doch das Schwert bis an die Seele reicht.

Da sagte ich: »Ach, HERR, mein Gott! Wahrlich, arg hast du dieses Volk und Jerusalem getäuscht, als du verhießest: ›Heil soll euch widerfahren!‹, und nun ist das Schwert ihnen gedrungen bis ans Leben!« –
Da sprach ich: Ach, Herr, HERR, du hast wahrlich dieses Volk und Jerusalem arg getäuscht, indem du sprachst: «Ihr sollt Frieden haben!» und nun reicht das Schwert bis an die Seele!
Und ich sprach: Ach, Herr Jehovah, fürwahr hast Du dies Volk und Jerusalem verführen und ihm sagen lassen: Ihr werdet Frieden haben, und es reicht bis an die Seele das Schwert.

Τότε είπα, Ω Κύριε Θεέ απατών λοιπόν ηπάτησας τον λαόν τούτον και την Ιερουσαλήμ, λέγων, Ειρήνην θέλετε έχει· ενώ η μάχαιρα έφθασεν έως της ψυχής.
καὶ εἶπα ὦ δέσποτα κύριε ἄρα γε ἀπατῶν ἠπάτησας τὸν λαὸν τοῦτον καὶ τὴν Ιερουσαλημ λέγων εἰρήνη ἔσται ὑμῖν καὶ ἰδοὺ ἥψατο ἡ μάχαιρα ἕως τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῶν
તેથી હું બોલ્યો, આહા, પ્રભુ યહોવાહ, ‘તમને શાંતિ થશે.’ એમ કહીને તમે આ લોકને તથા યરુશાલેમને સંપૂર્ણ છેતર્યા છે. અહીં તો તલવાર જીવ સુધી આવી પહોંચી છે.”

| ואמר אהה אדני יהוה אכן השא השאת לעם הזה ולירושלם לאמר שלום יהיה לכם ונגעה חרב עד הנפש |

| וָֽאֹמַר אֲהָהּ ׀ אֲדֹנָי יֱהֹוִה אָכֵן הַשֵּׁא הִשֵּׁאתָ לָעָם הַזֶּה וְלִירוּשָׁלַ͏ִם לֵאמֹר שָׁלוֹם יִהְיֶה לָכֶם וְנָגְעָה חֶרֶב עַד־הַנָּֽפֶשׁ׃ |
| ואמר אהה אדני יהוה אכן השא השאת לעם הזה ולירושלם לאמר שלום יהיה לכם ונגעה חרב עד הנפש׃ |
| וָאֹמַר אֲהָהּ ׀ אֲדֹנָי יְהוִה אָכֵן הַשֵּׁא הִשֵּׁאתָ לָעָם הַזֶּה וְלִירוּשָׁלַ͏ִם לֵאמֹר שָׁלוֹם יִהְיֶה לָכֶם וְנָגְעָה חֶרֶב עַד־הַנָּֽפֶשׁ׃ |

| ــ ئاندىن مەن: ــ ئاھ، رەب پەرۋەردىگار! بەرھەق سەن بۇ خەلقنى، جۈملىدىن يېرۇسالېمنى: «سىلەر ئامان-تىنچ بولىسىلەر» دەپ ئالدىدىڭ؛ ئەمەلىيەتتە بولسا قىلىچ جانغا يېتىپ كەلدى، دېدىم. |
— Андин мән: — Аһ, Рәб Пәрвәрдигар! Бәрһәқ Сән бу хәлиқни, җүмлидин Йерусалимни: «Силәр аман-тинич болисиләр» дәп алдидиң; әмәлийәттә болса қилич җанға йетип кәлди, дедим.
— Andin men: — Ah, Reb Perwerdigar! Berheq Sen bu xelqni, jümlidin Yérusalémni: «Siler aman-tinch bolisiler» dep aldiding; emeliyette bolsa qilich jan’gha yétip keldi, dédim.
— Andin mǝn: — Aⱨ, Rǝb Pǝrwǝrdigar! Bǝrⱨǝⱪ Sǝn bu hǝlⱪni, jümlidin Yerusalemni: «Silǝr aman-tinq bolisilǝr» dǝp aldiding; ǝmǝliyǝttǝ bolsa ⱪiliq janƣa yetip kǝldi, dedim.
Bấy giờ tôi nói: Oâi! hỡi Chúa Giê-hô-va! Thật Ngài đã phỉnh dân nầy và Giê-ru-sa-lem lắm, mà nói rằng: Các ngươi sẽ được bình an! Những lưỡi gươm đã thấu đến sự sống.

Tôi liền thưa: “Lạy Chúa Hằng Hữu Chí Cao, dân này đã bị gạt bởi những điều Chúa nói, Chúa đã hứa cho Giê-ru-sa-lem được bình an. Thế mà lưỡi gươm đang kề cổ họ!”
Nígbà náà ni mo sì wí pé, “Háà! Olúwa Olódùmarè, báwo ni ìwọ ti ṣe tan àwọn ènìyàn wọ̀nyí àti Jerusalẹmu jẹ nípa sísọ wí pé, ‘Ìwọ yóò wà ní àlàáfíà,’ nígbà tí o jẹ́ wí pé idà wà ní ọ̀fun wa.”
