Jeremiah 36:6
Therefore you go, and read from the scroll which you have written from my mouth, the LORD’s words, in the ears of the people in the LORD’s house on the fast day. Also you shall read them in the ears of all Judah who come out of their cities.

| فَادْخُلْ أَنْتَ وَاتْلُ مِنَ الدَّرْجِ الَّذِي دَوَّنْتَهُ عَنْ فَمِي إِنْذَارَ اتِ الرَّبِّ عَلَى مَسَامِعِ الشَّعْبِ فِي هَيْكَلِ الرَّبِّ فِي يَوْمِ الصَّوْمِ. كَذَلِكَ اقْرَأْهُ فِي مَسَامِعِ شَعْبِ يَهُوذَا الْقَادِمِينَ مِنْ مُدُنِهِمْ. |
এই হেতুকে তুমি গৈ যিহোৱাৰ গৃহত উপবাসৰ দিনা, মোৰ মুখৰ পৰা পুথিখনত লিখা যিহোৱাৰ বাক্যবোৰ তেওঁৰ গৃহত থকা লোকসকলে আৰু বিভিন্ন নগৰৰ পৰা অহা যিহূদাৰ সকলো লোকে শুনাকৈ পাঠ কৰা।

তাই তুমি অবশ্যই যাও ও আমার নির্দেশে লেখা সেই গুটানো কাগজটি পড়। সদাপ্রভুর সেই বাক্য একটি উপবাসের দিনের সদাপ্রভুর গৃহে গিয়ে লোকদের কাছে পড়ে শোনাও। আর তুমি নিজের শহর থেকে আসা সমস্ত যিহূদার সামনেও তা পড়বে। তাদের বিরুদ্ধে এই বাক্য ঘোষণা কর।
তাই এক উপবাসের দিনে তুমি সদাপ্রভুর গৃহে যাও এবং লোকদের কাছে পুঁথিতে লেখা সদাপ্রভুর বাক্য পাঠ করো, যেগুলি আমি মুখে বলেছিলাম ও তুমি লিখেছিলে। সেগুলি যিহূদার নগরগুলি থেকে আসা সব লোকের কাছে পাঠ করো।

Gij moet er dus heen gaan, en uit de boekrol, die ge geschreven hebt, zoals ik u opgaf, op de vastendag in de tempel van Jahweh het volk voorlezen wat Jahweh gezegd heeft; ook aan alle Judeërs, die uit hun steden zullen komen, moet ge het voorlezen.

So you have to go to the Lord's Temple on a day when people are fasting, and read to them the Lord's messages from the scroll I dictated to you. Read them to all the people of Judah who come in from their towns.

So, you go [to the temple] on the [next] day when the people are (fasting/abstaining from food), and read to them the messages from Yahweh that you wrote while I dictated them to you. Read them [aloud] to all the people [who are there, including] the people of Judah who come [there] from their towns.
So you must go and read from the scroll that you wrote at my dictation. On the day of the fast, you must read Yahweh's words in the hearing of the people in his house, and also in the hearing of all of Judah who have come from their cities. Proclaim these words to them.

Mutta mene sinä sinne ja lue kirja, johon sinä Herran sanat minun suustani kirjoittanut olet, kansan korvain edessä Herran huoneessa, paastopäivänä; ja sinun pitä myös ne lukeman koko Juudan korvain edessä, jotka heidän kaupungeistansa tulleet ovat.
Mene sinä ja lue kirjakääröstä, jonka olet kirjoittanut suoraan minun suustani, Herran sanat kansan kuullen Herran temppelissä paastopäivänä; myöskin koko Juudan kuullen, kaikkien, jotka tulevat kaupungeistansa, on sinun ne luettava.

Geh du jetzt hin! Lies aus der Rolle, die du meinem Munde abgeschrieben, die Herrenworte laut dem Volk am Festtag vor im Haus des Herrn! Lies sie auch vor den Ohren von ganz Juda, das aus seinen Städten kommt!
