यहोवा की यह वाणी है कि मैं इस स्थान और इसके रहनेवालों के साथ ऐसा ही काम करूँगा, मैं इस नगर को तोपेत के समान बना दूँगा।

Kota ini dengan penduduknya akan Kujadikan seperti Tofet.

ഞാൻ ഈ സ്ഥലത്തോടും അതിലെ നിവാസികളോടും ഇപ്രകാരം ചെയ്യും. ഞാൻ ഈ നഗരത്തെ തോഫെത്തുപോലെ ആക്കിത്തീർക്കും, എന്ന് യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.
परमेश्वर असे म्हणतो, हे ठिकाण आणि त्यातील राहणारे, ज्यांच्या बाबतीत मी असेच करीन. मी या नगरीला तोफेतप्रमाणे करीन.
