তোমালোকে দুৰ্ব্বল হাত সবল কৰা, আৰু কঁপা আঠু সুস্থিৰ কৰা।
Zəif əllərə qüvvət verin, Əsən dizləri möhkəmləndirin.
দুর্বল হাত শক্তিশালী কর এবং কম্পন হাঁটু সুস্হির কর।
