Hosea 4:14
I will not punish your daughters when they play the prostitute, nor your brides when they commit adultery; because the men consort with prostitutes, and they sacrifice with the shrine prostitutes; so the people without understanding will come to ruin.
Nuk do t’i dënoj bijat tuaja në se kurvërohen, as nuset e bijve tuaj në se shkelin kurorën, sepse ata vetë veçohen me prostitutat dhe ofrojnë flijime bashkë me prostitutat e tempujve; prandaj njerëzia që nuk ka mend do të vdesë.
| لَا أُعَاقِبُ بَنَاتِكُمْ لِأَنَّهُنَّ يَزْنِينَ، وَلَا كَنَّاتِكُمْ لِأَنَّهُنَّ يَفْسِقْنَ. لِأَنَّهُمْ يَعْتَزِلُونَ مَعَ ٱلزَّانِيَاتِ وَيَذْبَحُونَ مَعَ ٱلنَّاذِرَاتِ ٱلزِّنَى. وَشَعْبٌ لَا يَعْقِلُ يُصْرَعُ. |
| وَلَكِنِّي لَنْ أُعَاقِبَ بَنَاتِكُمْ حِينَ يَزْنِينَ، وَلاَ كَنَّاتِكُمْ حِينَ يَفْسِقْنَ لأَنَّ الرِّجَالَ أَنْفُسَهُمْ قَدْ تَوَرَّطُوا مَعَ الزَّانِيَاتِ، وَذَبَحُوا مُحَرَّمَاتٍ مَعَ بَغَايَا الْمَعَابِدِ الْوَثَنِيَّةِ، وَالشَّعْبُ غَيْرُ الْمُتَعَقِّلِ يَلْحَقُ بِهِ الدَّمَارُ. |
তোমালোকৰ ছোৱালীবোৰে বেশ্যাকৰ্ম কৰিলেও, বা তোমালোকৰ বোৱাৰীবোৰে ব্যভিচাৰ কৰিলেও মই তেওঁলোকক শাস্তি নিদিম; কিয়নো পুৰুষসকলে নিজেই বেশ্যাসকলৰ সৈতে নিৰ্জন ঠাইলৈ যায়, আৰু দেৱদাসী বেশ্যাসকলৰ সৈতে বলি উৎসর্গ কৰে; এই বুদ্ধিহীন জাতি ধ্বংস হৈ যাব।

আমি তোমাদের মেয়েদের শাস্তি দেব না যখন তারা বেশ্যা বৃত্তি করতে চায়, না তোমাদের ছেলের বৌয়েদের যখন তারা ব্যভিচার করতে চায়। কারণ পুরুষেরাও নিজেদেরকে বেশ্যাদের হাতে দেয় এবং তারা বলিদান উত্সর্গ যাতে তারা মন্দিরের বেশ্যাদের সঙ্গে মন্দ কাজ করতে পারে। তাই এই লোকেরা যারা বোঝে না তারা ধ্বংস হবে।
“তোমাদের কন্যারা বেশ্যাবৃত্তি গ্রহণ করলে, বা তোমাদের পুত্রবধূরা ব্যভিচারে লিপ্ত হলে, আমি তাদের শাস্তি দেব না, কারণ পুরুষেরা স্বেচ্ছায় দেবদাসদের সঙ্গে গোপন স্থানে যায় ও দেবদাসীদের সঙ্গে নৈবেদ্য উৎসর্গ করে, এই নির্বোধ জাতি ধ্বংস হয়ে যাবে!
Няма особено да накажа дъщерите ви, когато блудстват, Или снахите ви, когато прелюбодействат; Защото самите бащи отиват насаме с блудниците И жертват с безчестните жени; За това неразумните люде ще бъдат съборени.

你们的女儿淫乱， 你们的新妇行淫， 我却不惩罚她们； 因为你们自己离群与娼妓同居， 与妓女一同献祭。 这无知的民必致倾倒。

[They are all] foolish people, and they will [all] be ruined.

Je ne punirai pas vos filles pour s’être prostituées, ni vos belles-filles pour avoir commis l’adultère; car ils se sont séparés eux-mêmes avec les prostituées, et sacrifient avec des femmes consacrées à la prostitution; et le peuple qui n’a pas d’intelligence court à sa perte.
Je ne ferai point punition de vos filles quand elles se seront abandonnées, ni des femmes de vos fils, quand elles auront commis adultère; à cause qu'ils se séparent avec les prostituées, et qu'ils sacrifient avec les femmes débauchées; ainsi le peuple qui est sans intelligence, sera ruiné.
Je ne punirai pas vos filles lorsqu’elles auront forniqué, ni vos femmes lorsqu’elles auront commis l’adultère; puisqu’eux mêmes vivaient avec des femmes de mauvaise vie, et qu’avec des efféminés ils sacrifiaient, et qu’un peuple non intelligent sera châtié.

Et Je ne visiterai plus vos filles quand elles se prostitueront, ni vos femmes quand elles seront adultères, parce que vous-mêmes vous vous êtes souillés avec des prostituées, et que vous avez sacrifié avec des initiés, et que le peuple (un peuple intelligent!) s'est laissé prendre aux filets d'une prostituée.
Je ne punirai pas vos filles parce qu’elles se prostituent ni vos brus parce qu’elles deviennent adultères, car eux-mêmes s’isolent avec des prostituées et sacrifient de concert avec les courtisanes sacrées. C’Est ainsi que se perd un peuple, faute de sens!
Soll ich an euren Töchtern nicht die Buhlerei bestrafen, an euren Bräuten nicht den Treuebruch? Sie selber haben sich den Buhlerinnen beigesellt und opfern mit geweihten Dirnen, und das gedankenlose Volk wird so geschändet."
Ich werde es an euren Töchtern nicht heimsuchen, daß sie huren, und an euren Schwiegertöchtern, daß sie Ehebruch treiben; denn sie selbst [d. h. das Volk] gehen mit den Huren beiseite und opfern mit den Buhldirnen; und das Volk, das keinen Verstand hat, kommt zu Fall.
Ich werde es an euren Töchtern nicht heimsuchen, daß sie huren, und an euren Schwiegertöchtern, daß sie Ehebruch treiben; denn sie selbst gehen mit den Huren beiseite und opfern mit den Buhldirnen; und das Volk, das keinen Verstand hat, kommt zu Fall.
An euren Töchtern will ich's nicht heimsuchen, daß sie huren, noch an euren jungen Weibern, daß sie die Ehe brechen. Denn sie selbst, die Priester gehen mit den Huren abseits und bringen zusammen mit den geweihten Lustdirnen Schlachtopfer dar, so daß das einsichtslose Volk zu Falle kommt!
