Now let our princes be appointed for all the assembly, and let all those who are in our cities who have married foreign women come at appointed times, and with them the elders of every city and its judges, until the fierce wrath of our God is turned from us, until this matter is resolved.”

| فَلْيَقِفْ رُؤَسَاؤُنَا لِكُلِّ ٱلْجَمَاعَةِ. وَكُلُّ ٱلَّذِينَ فِي مُدُنِنَا قَدِ ٱتَّخَذُوا نِسَاءً غَرِيبَةً، فَلْيَأْتُوا فِي أَوْقَاتٍ مُعَيَّنَةٍ وَمَعَهُمْ شُيُوخُ مَدِينَةٍ فَمَدِينَةٍ وَقُضَاتُهَا، حَتَّى يَرْتَدَّ عَنَّا حُمُوُّ غَضَبِ إِلَهِنَا مِنْ أَجْلِ هَذَا ٱلْأَمْرِ». |
| لِذَلِكَ فَلْيَقْضِ كُلُّ رُؤَسَائِنَا لِكُلِّ الْجَمَاعَةِ، وَلْيَأْتِ مِنْ مُدُنِنَا كُلُّ مَنْ تَزَوَّجَ مِنِ امْرَأَةٍ غَرِيبَةٍ، فِي أَوْقَاتٍ مُعَيَّنَةٍ، بِرِفْقَةِ شُيُوخِ مَدِينَتِهِ وَقُضَاتِهَا، فَيَرْتَدَّ عَنَّا احْتِدَامُ غَضَبِ إِلَهِنَا مِنْ جَرَّاءِ خَطِيئَتِنَا». |
সেয়ে গোটেই সমাজক আমাৰ কৰ্মচাৰীসকলে প্রতিনিধিত্ব কৰক। আমাৰ ঈশ্বৰৰ প্ৰচণ্ড ক্ৰোধ যেতিয়ালৈকে আমাৰ পৰা দূৰ নহয়, তেতিয়ালৈকে নগৰৰ বৃদ্ধলোক আৰু বিচাৰকৰ্ত্তাসকলে নিৰূপিত কৰা সময়ত যি সকলে অন্য জাতিৰ মহিলাক নগৰবোৰত বসবাস কৰিবলৈ অনুমতি দিছিল, তেওঁলোক আহক।”

অতএব আমাদের এই বিষয়টিকে যথাযথভাবে বিচার করার জন্য আমাদের কর্মকর্তাদের নিযুক্ত করা হোক। এরপর আমাদের নগরগুলিতে যারা বিজাতীয় মহিলাদের বিয়ে করেছে তার এবং তাদের সঙ্গে নগরের প্রাচীনেরা ও বিচারপতিরা একটি নিরূপিত সময়ে এখানে আসুক, যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত এ বিষয়ে আমাদের ঈশ্বরের মহারোষ প্রশমিত হয়ে আমাদের থেকে দূরে সরে না যায়।”

Que nos chefs restent, et qu'ils aillent, au temps prescrit, en toutes les villes, pour tous ceux qui ont épousé des femmes étrangères; que dans chaque ville ils s'adjoignent les anciens et les juges, afin de détourner de nous la colère du Seigneur notre Dieu, au sujet de ce péché.
Que nos chefs se substituent donc à l’assemblée plénière, et tous ceux qui, dans nos villes respectives, ont pris chez eux des femmes étrangères, viendront à des époques déterminées, accompagnés des anciens et des magistrats de chacune des villes, afin de détourner de nous la colère de notre Dieu, provoquée par cette affaire."
Unsere Obersten mögen für die ganze Gemeinde tagen! Dann können alle, die in unseren Städten fremde Weiber heimgeführt, zur bestimmten Zeit kommen und mit ihnen die Ältesten und Priester jeder Stadt, um unseres Gottes Zornesglut von uns in dieser Sache abzuwenden."

समस्त मण्डली की ओर से हमारे हाकिम नियुक्त किए जाएँ; और जब तक हमारे परमेश्वर का भड़का हुआ कोप हम से दूर न हो, और यह काम पूरा न हो जाए, तब तक हमारे नगरों के जितने निवासियों ने अन्यजाति स्त्रियाँ ब्याह ली हों, वे नियत समयों पर आया करें, और उनके संग एक नगर के पुरनिये और न्यायी आएँ।”
हमारे प्रधान सारी सभा की अगुवाई करें तथा वे सभी नगरवासी जिनकी विदेशी पत्नियां हैं, निर्धारित अवसर पर हर एक नगर के प्राचीनों एवं न्यायाध्यक्षों के साथ यहां आ जाएं, कि इस विषय के कारण हमारे परमेश्वर का यह भड़का हुआ क्रोध हम पर से शांत हो जाए.”

Lalu, sesuai jadwal yang akan ditetapkan, setiap orang yang mempunyai istri dari bangsa asing akan datang dan disidang di depan pemimpin dan hakim dari kotanya. Dengan cara demikian, masalah ini bisa diselesaikan secara tuntas agar murka Allah yang menyala-nyala tidak menimpa kami.”

ಆದಕಾರಣ ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಸಭೆಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರಧಾನರು ನಿಲ್ಲಲಿ. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯದ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರ ಕಠಿಣ ಕೋಪವು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗುವವರೆಗೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಹೂದ್ಯರಲ್ಲದ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡವರು, ನೇಮಿಸಿದ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದು, ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಪ್ರತಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹಿರಿಯರೂ, ಅದರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳೂ ಇರಲಿ,” ಎಂದರು.
ಆದುದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಹಿರಿಯರು, ನಾಯಕರು ಸರ್ವಸಮೂಹಕ್ಕೋಸ್ಕರ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ; ನಮ್ಮ ನಮ್ಮ ಊರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ಯಜನರ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ನೇಮಿತವಾದ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಊರಿನ ಹಿರಿಯರೊಡನೆಯೂ ಮತ್ತು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳೊಡನೆಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿ ಬರಲಿ. ನಮ್ಮ ದೇವರು ಈ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಉಗ್ರಕೋಪವು ಹೀಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರವಾಗಲಿ” ಎಂದು ಉತ್ತರಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

ആകയാൽ ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാർ സൎവ്വസഭെക്കും പ്രതിനിധികളായി നില്ക്കട്ടെ; ഈ കാൎയ്യം നിമിത്തം നമ്മുടെ ദൈവത്തിന്നുള്ള കഠിനകോപം ഞങ്ങളെ വിട്ടുമാറുവോളവും ഞങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടണങ്ങളിൽ അന്യജാതിക്കാരത്തികളെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഏവരും അവരോടുകൂടെ അവിടങ്ങളിലെ മൂപ്പന്മാരും ന്യായാധിപതിമാരും നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ട സമയങ്ങളിൽ വരികയും ചെയ്യട്ടെ.

எனவே இந்தக் காரியத்தில் எங்கள் அதிகாரிகள் முழுச் சபைக்காகவும் செயல்படட்டும். இதினிமித்தம் நம்முடைய இறைவனின் கடுங்கோபம் எங்களைவிட்டுத் திரும்பும்படி, எங்கள் பட்டணங்களில் அந்நிய பெண்ணைத் திருமணம் செய்த ஒவ்வொருவனும் அந்தந்தப் பட்டணத்தைச் சேர்ந்த முதியவர்களுடனும், நீதிபதிகளுடனும் குறிப்பிட்ட நேரத்தில் வரட்டும்” என்றார்கள்.

अब सारी जमा'अत के लिए हमारे सरदार मुक़र्रर हों, और हमारे शहरों में जिन्होंने अजनबी 'औरतें ब्याह ली हैं, वह सब मुक़र्ररा वक़्तों पर आएँ और उनके साथ हर शहर के बुज़ुर्ग और क़ाज़ी हों, जब तक कि हमारे ख़ुदा का क़हर — ए — शदीद हम पर से टल न जाए और इस मु'आमिले का फ़ैसला न हो जाए।
