“‘“They shall go in to no dead person to defile themselves; but for father, or for mother, or for son, or for daughter, for brother, or for sister who has had no husband, they may defile themselves.

তারা কোন মরা লোকের কাছে গিয়ে অশুচি হবে না, কেবল বাবা কি মা, ছেলে কি মেয়ে, ভাই কি অবিবাহিতা বোনের জন্য তারা অশুচি হতে পারে।
“‘যাজক কোনও মৃত ব্যক্তির কাছে গিয়ে নিজেকে অশুচি করবে না; কিন্তু যদি সেই মৃত ব্যক্তি তার মা অথবা বাবা, ছেলে অথবা মেয়ে, ভাই অথবা অবিবাহিত বোন হয়, তাহলে সে নিজেকে অশুচি করতে পারে।

તેઓ માણસના મૃતદેહની પાસે જઈને પોતાને અશુદ્ધ કરે નહિ, તેમ જ તેઓના પિતા, માતા, દીકરા, દીકરી, ભાઈ કે બહેન પણ તે માણસ સાથે સૂઈ ગયા ના હોય, નહિ તો તેઓ અશુદ્ધ થશે.
