In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth day of the month, the LORD’s word came to me, saying,

| وَفِي الْيَوْمِ الثَّانِي عَشَرَ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ الْعَاشِرِ الْعِبْرِيِّ (أَيْ كَانُونَ الأَوَّلِ - دِيسَمْبَرَ) مِنَ السَّنَةِ الْعَاشِرَةِ (لِسَبْيِ الْمَلِكِ يَهُويَاكِينَ)، أَوْحَى إِلَيَّ الرَّبُّ بِكَلِمَتِهِ قَائِلاً: |

বাবিলে আমাদের বন্দিত্বের সময়ে দশম বছরের দশম মাসে, মাসের দ্বাদশ দিনের, সদাপ্রভুর এই বাক্য আমার কাছে এল,
দশম বছরের, দশম মাসের বারো দিনের দিন, সদাপ্রভুর বাক্য আমার কাছে উপস্থিত হল,
