When she could no longer hide him, she took a papyrus basket for him, and coated it with tar and with pitch. She put the child in it, and laid it in the reeds by the river’s bank.

| وَلَمَّا لَمْ تَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ تُخْفِيَهُ بَعْدُ، أَتَتْ بِسَلَّةٍ مِنَ الْبَرْدِيِّ وَطَلَتْهُ بِالْحُمَرِ والزِّفْتِ وأَضْجَعَتِ الطِّفْلَ وَوَضَعَتْهُ بَيْنَ الْحَلْفَاءِ عَلَى ضَفَّةِ النَّهْرِ. |
Երբ այլեւս չէին կարող նրան թաքցնել, նրա մայրն առաւ եղէգից հիւսուած մի զամբիւղ, այն ծեփեց կպրաձիւթով, դրա մէջ դրեց մանկանը եւ զամբիւղը դրեց ծանծաղուտ մի տեղ, գետափին մօտիկ:
কিন্তু তেওঁ যেতিয়া দেখিলে যে, ল’ৰাটোক বেছি দিন লুকুৱাই ৰাখিব নোৱাৰিব; তেতিয়া তেওঁ নলেৰে এটা পাচি সাজিলে, আৰু সেই পাচিটো শিলাজতু আৰু এঠাৰে লেপি ল’লে, পাছত সেই পাচিটোত ল’ৰাজনক সুমুৱাই ল’লে, আৰু নদীৰ দাঁতিত থকা নল-খাগড়িৰ মাজত গৈ থলে।
Bundan artıq onu gizlədə bilməyərək qamışdan bir səbət götürüb ona qır və qatran sürtdü, körpəni səbətin içinə salıb Nil çayının kənarındakı qamışlığın arasına qoydu.

পরে আর লুকাতে না পেরে তিনি এক নলের ঝুড়ি নিয়ে পিচ তেল ও আলকাতরা মাখিয়ে তার মধ্যে ছেলেটিকে রাখলেন ও নদীর তীরে নলবনে সেটি রাখলেন।
কিন্তু যখন তিনি তাকে আর লুকিয়ে রাখতে পারলেন না, তখন তিনি তার জন্য নলখাগড়া দিয়ে একটি ডালি তৈরি করলেন ও সেটিতে আলকাতরা ও পিচ লেপন করে দিলেন। পরে তিনি সেই শিশুটিকে সেটির মধ্যে শুইয়ে দিয়ে সেটি নীলনদের পাড়ে নলবনের মধ্যে রেখে দিলেন।
