< Deuteronomy 25:1 >

If there is a controversy between men, and they come to judgment and the judges judge them, then they shall justify the righteous and condemn the wicked.

إِذَا نَشَبَتْ خُصُومَةٌ بَيْنَ قَوْمٍ وَرَفَعُوا دَعْوَاهُمْ إِلَى الْقَضَاءِ لِيَحْكُمَ الْقُضَاةُ بَيْنَهُمْ، فَلْيُبَرِّئُوا الْبَرِيءَ وَيَحْكُمُوا عَلَى الْمُذْنِبِ.
যদি লোকসকলৰ মাজত বিবাদ হয় আৰু সেই বিবাদ আদালতলৈ নিয়া হয়, তেন্তে বিচাৰকসকলে বিচাৰ কৰি তেওঁলোকৰ নিৰ্দোষীক নিৰ্দোষ আৰু দোষীক দোষী কৰিব;
İnsanlar arasında münaqişə olarsa, qoy onlar məhkəməyə getsinlər. Hakimlər bu işə baxıb haqlı adama bəraət, haqsıza isə cəza versinlər.
মানুষদের মধ্যে বিতর্ক হলে ওরা যদি বিচারকর্তাদের কাছে যায়, আর তারা বিচার করে, তবে নির্দোষকে নির্দোষ ও দোষীকে দোষী করবে।
লোকদের মধ্যে যখন ঝগড়া হবে, সেই বিষয় যেন আদালতে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয় এবং বিচারকেরা তার বিচার করে নির্দোষকে নির্দোষ এবং দোষীকে দোষী বলে রায় দেবে।

כִּֽי־יִהְיֶ֥ה רִיב֙ בֵּ֣ין אֲנָשִׁ֔ים וְנִגְּשׁ֥וּ אֶל־הַמִּשְׁפָּ֖ט וּשְׁפָט֑וּם וְהִצְדִּ֙יקוּ֙ אֶת־הַצַּדִּ֔יק וְהִרְשִׁ֖יעוּ אֶת־הָרָשָֽׁע׃
“यदि मनुष्यों के बीच कोई झगड़ा हो, और वे न्याय करवाने के लिये न्यायियों के पास जाएँ, और वे उनका न्याय करें, तो निर्दोष को निर्दोष और दोषी को दोषी ठहराएँ।
यदि दो व्यक्ति अपना विवाद लेकर न्यायालय को जाते हैं, और न्यायाध्यक्ष उनके विवाद पर अपना निर्णय दे देते हैं, निर्दोष को न्याय प्राप्‍त हो जाता है और दुष्ट को दंड.

ಇಬ್ಬರು ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯವಾಡುತ್ತಾ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದರೆ, ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧಿಪತಿಗಳು ತಪ್ಪಿಲ್ಲದವನನ್ನು ನಿರಪರಾಧಿ ಎಂದೂ ತಪ್ಪುಳ್ಳವನನ್ನು ಅಪರಾಧಿ ಎಂದೂ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಬೇಕು.
