Deuteronomy 24:19
When you reap your harvest in your field, and have forgotten a sheaf in the field, you shall not go again to get it. It shall be for the foreigner, for the fatherless, and for the widow, that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.

তুমি ক্ষেতে নিজের শস্য কাটার দিনের যদি এক আঁটি ক্ষেতে ফেলে রেখে এসে থাক, তবে তা নিয়ে আসতে ফিরে যেও না; তা বিদেশীর, পিতৃহীনের ও বিধবার জন্য থাকবে; যেন তোমার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু তোমার হাতের সব কাজে তোমাকে আশীর্বাদ করেন।
তোমাদের জমির ফসল কাটবার পরে যদি শস্যের কোনও আঁটি তোমার সঙ্গে নিয়ে যেতে ভুলে যাও, তবে সেটি নেওয়ার জন্য আর ফিরে যেয়ো না। বিদেশির, পিতৃহীনের এবং বিধবার জন্য সেটি রেখে দেবে, যেন তোমাদের ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু সবকাজেই তোমাদের আশীর্বাদ করেন।
