Deuteronomy 22:26
but to the lady you shall do nothing. There is in the lady no sin worthy of death; for as when a man rises against his neighbor and kills him, even so is this matter;
por nuk do t’i bësh asgjë vajzës; kjo nuk ka asnjë mëkat që meriton vdekjen, sepse ky rast është si ai kur një njeri ngrihet kundër të afërmit të tij dhe e vret;
| وَأَمَّا ٱلْفَتَاةُ فَلَا تَفْعَلْ بِهَا شَيْئًا. لَيْسَ عَلَى ٱلْفَتَاةِ خَطِيَّةٌ لِلْمَوْتِ، بَلْ كَمَا يَقُومُ رَجُلٌ عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ وَيَقْتُلُهُ قَتْلًا. هَكَذَا هَذَا ٱلْأَمْرُ. |
| وَأَمَّا الْفَتَاةُ فَلاَ تُرْجَمُ، لأَنَّهَا لَمْ تَرْتَكِبْ خَطِيئَةً جَزَاؤُهَا الْمَوْتُ، بَلْ تَكُونُ كَرَجُلٍ هَاجَمَهُ آخَرُ وَقَتَلَهُ، |
কিন্তু ছোৱালীজনীক হ’লে আপোনালোকে একো নকৰিব। প্ৰাণদণ্ডৰ যোগ্য কোনো পাপ তাই কৰা নাই; কিয়নো, ই এজনে আন এজনৰ বিৰুদ্ধে উঠি তেওঁক বধ কৰাৰ দৰেই হয়।
Gənc qadına heç nə etməyin, çünki onda ölümə layiq günah yoxdur. Ona görə ki bir adam qonşusuna necə hücum edib öldürərsə, bu iş də elədir.

但不可办女子；她本没有该死的罪，这事就类乎人起来攻击邻舍，将他杀了一样。

Do nothing to the young woman, because she has committed no sin worthy of death. This case is just like one in which a man attacks his neighbor and murders him.
Nothing is to be done to the virgin, because there is no cause of death in her: it is the same as if a man made an attack on his neighbour and put him to death:

You must not punish the young woman, because she did not do anything for which she deserves to be executed. This case is like when one man attacks another man [in the countryside] and murders him,

Tu ne feras rien à la jeune fille; il n'y a pas en elle de crime digne de mort, car c'est comme lorsqu'un homme se jette sur son prochain et le tue; le cas est le même.

La jeune fille ne devra rien souffrir, et elle n’est pas digne de mort, parce que, comme un voleur s’élève contre son frère et le tue, ainsi a enduré aussi cette jeune fille.
Tu ne feras rien à la jeune fille; elle n’est pas coupable d’un crime digne de mort, car il en est de ce cas comme de celui où un homme se jette sur son prochain et lui ôte la vie.

Et tu ne feras rien à la fille; il n'y a à la charge de la fille aucun péché qui mérite la mort: c'est le même cas que celui de l'homme qui attaque son prochain et le tue.
Quant à la jeune fille, elle ne sera point coupable du crime capital, mais l'homme sera punissable autant que s'il s'était levé contre son prochain et l'eût tué.
et à la jeune fille tu ne feras rien: elle n’a rien commis qui mérite la mort. Car, comme si un homme se jetait sur un autre et le tuait traîtreusement, ainsi s’est passée la chose.

καὶ τῇ νεάνιδι οὐ ποιήσετε οὐδέν οὐκ ἔστιν τῇ νεάνιδι ἁμάρτημα θανάτου ὅτι ὡς εἴ τις ἐπαναστῇ ἄνθρωπος ἐπὶ τὸν πλησίον καὶ φονεύσῃ αὐτοῦ ψυχήν οὕτως τὸ πρᾶγμα τοῦτο
પણ તે કન્યાને તમારે કંઈ કરવું નહિ; મરણયોગ્ય કોઈ પાપ કન્યાએ કર્યું નથી. આ તો કોઈ માણસ તેના પડોશી વિરુદ્ધ ઊઠીને તેને મારી નાખે તેના જેવી તે વાત છે.

और उस कन्या से कुछ न करना; उस कन्या का पाप प्राणदण्ड के योग्य नहीं, क्योंकि जैसे कोई अपने पड़ोसी पर चढ़ाई करके उसे मार डाले, वैसी ही यह बात भी ठहरेगी;
उस कन्या को कोई दंड न दिया जाए; उसने मृत्यु दंड के योग्य कोई अनाचार नहीं किया है. यह स्थिति वैसी है, जिसमें मानो किसी व्यक्ति ने घात लगाकर अपने पड़ोसी की हत्या कर दी हो,

Gadis itu tak boleh diapa-apakan karena ia tidak melakukan sesuatu yang pantas dihukum mati. Perkara itu seperti perkara seorang yang menyerang orang lain dan membunuhnya.
tetapi gadis itu janganlah kauapa-apakan. Gadis itu tidak ada dosanya yang sepadan dengan hukuman mati, sebab perkara ini sama dengan perkara seseorang yang menyerang sesamanya manusia dan membunuhnya.
Jangan menghukum perempuan itu, karena dia tidak bersalah. Pemerkosaan itu terjadi di luar sebuah kota, sehingga meskipun perempuan itu berteriak minta tolong, tidak ada orang yang bisa mendengarnya. Jadi, perkara ini sama seperti kasus pembunuhan yang dilakukan tanpa ada saksi mata.

その女には何をも爲べからず女には死にあたる罪なし人その鄰人に起むかひてこれを殺せるとその事おなじ
その女には何もしてはならない。女には死にあたる罪がない。人がその隣人に立ちむかって、それを殺したと同じ事件だからである。
