Mereka yang tercerai berai oleh karena penganiayaan yang terjadi ketika Stefanus dibunuh melakukan perjalanan sampai ke Fenisia, Siprus dan Antiokia. Namun mereka hanya menceritakan kabar baik ini kepada sesama orang Yahudi.
Sementara itu banyak saudara-saudara telah tersebar karena penganiayaan yang timbul sesudah Stefanus dihukum mati. Mereka tersebar sampai ke Fenisia, Siprus dan Antiokhia; namun mereka memberitakan Injil kepada orang Yahudi saja.
Sementara itu, para pengikut Kristus yang sudah terpencar karena penganiayaan yang terjadi sesudah pembunuhan Stefanus melarikan diri sampai ke negeri Fenisia, pulau Siprus, dan kota Antiokia. Mereka masih terus menyampaikan Firman Allah tentang Yesus di tempat-tempat itu, tetapi hanya kepada orang Yahudi.
