| وَإِذْ حَكَمَ اللهُ عَلَى مَدِينَتَيْ سَدُومَ وَعَمُورَةَ بِالْخَرَابِ، حَوَّلَهُمَا إِلَى رَمَادٍ، جَاعِلاً مِنْهُمَا عِبْرَةً لِلَّذِينَ يَعِيشُونَ حَيَاةً فَاجِرَةً. |

Մոխիրի վերածելով Սոդոմի ու Գոմորի քաղաքները՝ դատապարտեց զանոնք կործանումով, եւ օրինակ դարձուց յետագայ ամբարիշտներուն.

তিনি সদোম ও ঘমোরা নগর দুটিকে দোষী সাব্যস্ত করে ভস্মীভূত করেছিলেন, যেন ভবিষ্যতে ভক্তিহীন লোকদের প্রতি কী ঘটবে তার দৃষ্টান্ত স্থাপন করেন।
