He arose, and went into the house. Then he poured the oil on his head, and said to him, “The LORD, the God of Israel, says, ‘I have anointed you king over the people of the LORD, even over Israel.

| فَنَهَضَ وَتَبِعَهُ إِلَى مُخْدَعٍ دَاخِلِيٍّ، حَيْثُ صَبَّ النَّبِيُّ الزَّيْتَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ وَقَالَ لَهُ: «هَذَا مَا يَقُولُهُ الرَّبُّ إِلَهُ إِسْرَائِيلَ: قَدِ اخْتَرْتُكَ لِتَكُونَ مَلِكاً عَلَى شَعْبِ الرَّبِّ إِسْرَائِيلَ، |
তাতে যেহূ উঠি ঘৰৰ ভিতৰলৈ গ’ল। তেতিয়া সেই ভাৱবাদীয়ে যেহূৰ মূৰত তেল ঢালি দি ক’লে, “ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ঈশ্বৰ যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: ‘যিহোৱাৰ লোকসকলৰ ওপৰত অর্থাৎ ইস্ৰায়েলৰ ওপৰত ৰজা হিচাবে মই তোমাক অভিষেক কৰিলোঁ।

So Jehu got up and went with the young prophet into a house. There the young prophet poured some [olive] oil on Jehu’s head and said to him, “Yahweh, the God whom we Israelis [worship], declares this: ‘I am appointing you to be the king of my Israeli people.

καὶ ἀνέστη καὶ εἰσῆλθεν εἰς τὸν οἶκον καὶ ἐπέχεεν τὸ ἔλαιον ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτοῦ καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ τάδε λέγει κύριος ὁ θεὸς Ισραηλ κέχρικά σε εἰς βασιλέα ἐπὶ λαὸν κυρίου ἐπὶ τὸν Ισραηλ
પછી યેહૂ ઊઠીને ઘરમાં ગયો અને પ્રબોધકે તેના માથા પર તેલ રેડીને તેને કહ્યું, “ઇઝરાયલના યહોવાહ એવું કહે છે, ‘મેં તને યહોવાહના લોકો એટલે ઇઝરાયલ પર રાજા તરીકે અભિષિક્ત કર્યો છે.
