But when Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled by the way of the garden house. Jehu followed after him, and said, “Strike him also in the chariot!” They struck him at the ascent of Gur, which is by Ibleam. He fled to Megiddo, and died there.

| وَعِنْدَمَا رَأَى أَخَزْيَا مَلِكُ يَهُوذَا هَذَا، فَرَّ هَارِباً فِي الطَّرِيقِ الْمُفْضِيَةِ إِلَى بَيْتِ الْبُسْتَانِ، فَتَعَقَّبَهُ يَاهُو هَاتِفاً: «اقْتُلُوهُ». فَأَصَابُوهُ بِجِرَاحٍ مُمِيتَةٍ وَهُوَ فِي مَرْكَبَتِهِ عِنْدَ عَقَبَةِ جُورَ الْقَرِيبَةِ مِنْ يِبْلَعَامَ، وَلَكِنَّهُ تَابَعَ هَرَبَهُ إِلَى مَجِدُّو حَيْثُ مَاتَ هُنَاكَ. |
যি ঘটিল, তাকে দেখি যিহূদাৰ ৰজা অহজিয়াই বৈৎ-হাগগানৰ পথেদি পলাই গ’ল। যেহূৱে তেওঁৰ পাছে পাছে খেদি গৈ চিঞৰিলে, “তেওঁকো ৰথৰ ভিতৰত বধ কৰা।” তেতিয়া তেওঁলোকে যিব্লিয়ামৰ ওচৰৰ গূৰলৈ উঠি যোৱা পথত তেওঁক আঘাত কৰিলে। অহজিয়াই মগিদ্দোলৈ পলাই গ’ল আৰু তাতে তেওঁ মৰিল।

But Jehu pursued him and said [to his other commanders], “Shoot him, also!” So they shot him [with arrows] while he was riding in his chariot on the road up to Gur, near Ibleam [town]. He continued going in his chariot until he reached Megiddo [city], where he died.
