that this shall be no grief to you, nor offense of heart to my lord, either that you have shed blood without cause, or that my lord has avenged himself. When the LORD has dealt well with my lord, then remember your servant.”

তখন আমার প্রভুকে আর তাঁর বিবেকে অনর্থক রক্তপাতের বা নিজেরই নেওয়া প্রতিশোধের হতভম্বকারী বোঝা বয়ে বেড়াতে হবে না। আপনার ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভু যখন আমার প্রভুকে সাফল্য দেবেন, আপনার এই দাসীকে তখন একটু স্মরণ করবেন।”

When that happens, [you will be glad that you did not kill any] people in Nabal’s household. ceci ne sera point pour toi une occasion de chute, ni un achoppement pour le cœur de mon seigneur, d’avoir sans cause versé le sang, et que mon seigneur se soit fait justice à lui-même. Et quand l’Éternel aura fait du bien à mon seigneur, souviens-toi de ta servante.
Que ceci donc ne soit point en obstacle, ni un sujet de regret dans l'âme de mon Seigneur, d'avoir répandu du sang sans cause, et de s'être vengé lui-même; [et] quand l'Eternel aura fait du bien à mon Seigneur, tu te souviendras de ta servante.
Ce ne sera pas pour vous un sujet de soupir, ni un scrupule de conscience pour mon seigneur, d’avoir versé un sang innocent, et de vous être vengé vous-même: et lorsque le Seigneur aura fait du bien à mon seigneur, vous vous souviendrez de votre servante.
mon seigneur n’aura ni remords ni souffrance de cœur pour avoir répandu le sang inutilement et pour s’être vengé lui-même. Et lorsque l’Éternel aura fait du bien à mon seigneur, souviens-toi de ta servante.

Ceci ne te sera point en achoppement; et le cœur de mon seigneur n'aura point le remords d'avoir, sans cause, répandu le sang, et de s'être vengé soi-même; et quand l'Éternel aura fait du bien à mon seigneur, tu te souviendras de ta servante.
mon Seigneur n'aura ni remords, ni embarras de conscience pour avoir versé gratuitement le sang et s'être vengé lui-même. Mais lorsque mon Seigneur sera l'objet des bienfaits de l'Éternel, souviens-toi de ta servante.
Et mon seigneur n'aura point commis le péché et l'abomination de verser, sans cause, le sang innocent ni de se venger par sa main; et le Seigneur sera bienveillant pour mon seigneur; et tu te souviendras de ta servante, tu seras bienveillant pour elle.
