1 Hỡi Vua, là Ðức Chúa Trời tôi, tôi sẽ tôn cao Ngài, Chúc tụng danh Ngài đến đời đời vô cùng.
A psalm of David. A song of praise. I will glorify you, my God and King! I will praise who you are forever and ever!
2 Hằng ngày tôi sẽ chúc tụng Chúa. Ngợi khen danh Chúa đến đời đời vô cùng.
I will praise you every day; I will praise your character forever and ever!
3 Ðức Giê-hô-va là lớn và đáng ngợi khen thay; Sự cao cả Ngài không thể dò xét được.
The Lord is great and deserves much praise! His greatness cannot be measured!
4 Dòng dõi nầy sẽ ca tụng công việc Chúa cho dòng dõi kia, Và rao truyền việc quyền năng của Chúa.
Let every generation tell the next all that you do, sharing the stories of your amazing miracles!
5 Tôi sẽ suy gẫm về sự tôn vinh oai nghi rực rỡ của Chúa, Và về công việc lạ lùng của Ngài.
They will speak of your majesty, your glorious splendor, and I will meditate on the wonderful things you have done.
6 Người ta sẽ nói ra sự năng lực về việc đáng kinh của Chúa; Còn tôi sẽ rao truyền sự cao cả của Chúa.
They will speak of the power of your awesome actions, and I will say how wonderful you are.
7 Người ta sẽ truyền ra kỷ niệm về sự nhơn từ lớn của Chúa, Và hát lớn lên sự công bình Chúa.
They will explain to everyone how famous you are for your tremendous goodness, and joyfully celebrate how you always do what is right.
8 Ðức Giê-hô-va hay làm ơn, có lòng thương xót, Chậm nóng giận, và đầy sự nhơn từ.
The Lord is merciful and gracious, not easily angered, and full of trustworthy love.
9 Ðức Giê-hô-va làm lành cho muôn người, Sự từ bi Ngài giáng trên các vật Ngài làm nên.
The Lord is good to everyone, and he shows mercy to all his created beings.
10 Hỡi Ðức Giê-hô-va, các công việc Ngài sẽ ngợi khen Ngài; Những người thánh Ngài cũng sẽ chúc tụng Ngài.
All the created beings will thank you, Lord, and all who faithfully follow you will praise you.
11 Họ sẽ nói về sự vinh hiển nước Chúa, Thuật lại quyền năng của Chúa.
They will praise the glory of your kingdom, and talk about your power.
12 Ðặng tỏ ra cho con loài người biết việc quyền năng của Chúa, Và sự vinh hiển oai nghi của nước Ngài.
They will explain to people your wonderful miracles, and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.
13 Nước Chúa là nước có đời đời, Quyền cai trị của Chúa còn đến muôn đời.
Your kingdom never ends, and your rule continues for all generations. What the Lord promises can always be trusted; he is merciful in all he does.
14 Ðức Giê-hô-va nâng đỡ mọi người sa ngã, Và sửa ngay lại mọi người cong khom.
The Lord helps up all those who fall down; he lifts up all those who are bowed down.
15 Con mắt muôn vật đều ngửa trông Chúa, Chúa ban cho chúng đồ ăn tùy theo thì.
All eyes are on you, waiting in hope, and you give food at just the right time.
16 Chúa sè tay ra, Làm cho thỏa nguyện mọi loài sống.
You give generously and satisfy the needs of every living thing.
17 Ðức Giê-hô-va là công bình trong mọi đường Ngài, Hay làm ơn trong mọi công việc Ngài.
The Lord does right in everything—his actions are always trustworthy.
18 Ðức Giê-hô-va ở gần mọi người cầu khẩn Ngài. Tức ở gần mọi người có lòng thành thực cầu khẩn Ngài.
The Lord is close to all who ask for his help, to all who ask in sincerity.
19 Ngài làm thỏa nguyện mọi người kính sợ Ngài; Cũng nghe tiếng kêu cầu của họ, và giải cứu cho.
He satisfies the needs of those who follow him. He hears their cries for help and he saves them.
20 Ðức Giê-hô-va bảo hộ những kẻ yêu mến Ngài, Song hủy diệt những kẻ ác.
The Lord takes care of all those who love him, but he will destroy all those who are wicked.
21 Miệng tôi sẽ đồn ra sự ngợi khen Ðức Giê-hô-va; Nguyện cả loài xác thịt chúc tụng danh thánh của Ngài, Cho đến đời đời vô cùng.
I will speak in praise of the Lord, and may everyone honor his holy character, forever and ever.
