1 Xuning bilǝn Musa pütkül Israilni qaⱪirip ularƣa mundaⱪ dedi: — «I Israil, mǝn bügün ⱪulaⱪliringlarƣa anglitiwatⱪan bu bǝlgilimilǝrgǝ ⱨǝm ⱨɵkümlǝrgǝ ⱪulaⱪ selinglar, ularni ɵgininglar, ularƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilixⱪa kɵngül bɵlünglar!
Moses [Drawn out] called to all Israel [God prevails], and said to them, “Sh'ma ·Hear obey·, Israel [God prevails], the statutes and the judgments which I speak in your ears today, that you may learn them, and observe to do them.”
2 Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayimiz biz bilǝn Ⱨorǝb teƣida ǝⱨdǝ tüzdi.
Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God] made a covenant with us in Horeb [Desert].
3 Bu ǝⱨdini Pǝrwǝrdigar ata-bowilirimiz bilǝn tüzgǝn ǝmǝs, bǝlki biz bilǝn, yǝni bügünki kündǝ tirik ⱪalƣan bizlǝr bilǝn tüzdi.
Adonai didn’t make this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive today.
4 Taƣda ot iqidǝ turup Pǝrwǝrdigar silǝr bilǝn yüz turanǝ sɵzlǝxkǝnidi
Adonai spoke with you face to face on the mountain out of the middle of the fire,
5 (xu qaƣda silǝrgǝ Pǝrwǝrdigarning sɵz-kalamini jakarlax üqün mǝn silǝr wǝ Pǝrwǝrdigarning otturisida turƣanidim; silǝr otning aldida ⱪorⱪup, taƣⱪa qiⱪixni halimidinglar).
(I stood between Adonai and you at that time, to show you Adonai’s word; for you were afraid because of the fire, and didn’t go up onto the mountain) saying,
6 U mundaⱪ dedi: — «Mǝn seni Misir zeminidin, yǝni «ⱪulluⱪ makani»din qiⱪarƣan Pǝrwǝrdigaring Hudadurmǝn.
“I am Adonai your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt [Abode of slavery], out of the house of bondage.
7 Sening Mǝndin baxⱪa ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ ilaⱨing bolmaydu.
“You shall have no other deities before me.
8 Sǝn ɵzüng üqün mǝyli yuⱪiridiki asmanda bolsun, mǝyli tɵwǝndiki zeminda bolsun, yaki yǝr astidiki sularda bolsun, ⱨǝrⱪandaⱪ nǝrsining ⱪiyapitidiki ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ oyma xǝkilni yasima;
“You shall not make an engraved image for yourself, any likeness of what is in heaven above, or what is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
9 Sǝn bundaⱪ nǝrsilǝrgǝ bax urma yaki ularning ⱪulluⱪiƣa kirmǝ. Qünki Mǝnki Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying wapasizliⱪⱪa ⱨǝsǝt ⱪilƣuqi Hudadurmǝn. Mǝndin nǝprǝtlǝngǝnlǝrning ⱪǝbiⱨliklirini ɵzlirigǝ, oƣulliriƣa, ⱨǝtta nǝwrǝ-qǝwrilirigiqǝ qüxürimǝn.
You shall not hawa ·bow low, prostrate· yourself down to them, nor abad ·serve· them; for I, Adonai, your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, and on the third and on the fourth generation of those who hate me;
10 Əmma Meni sɵyidiƣan wǝ ǝmrlirimni tutidiƣanlarƣa ming ǝwladiƣiqǝ ɵzgǝrmǝs meⱨribanliⱪ kɵrsitimǝn.
and showing cheshed ·loving-kindness· to thousands of those who 'ahav ·affectionately love· me and keep my mitzvot ·instructions·.
11 Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayingning namini ⱪalaymiⱪan tilƣa alma; qünki kimdǝkim namini ⱪalaymiⱪan tilƣa alsa, Pǝrwǝrdigar uni gunaⱨkar ⱨesablimay ⱪalmaydu.
“You shall not take the name of Adonai your God in vain: for Adonai will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain.
12 Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying sanga ǝmr ⱪilƣandǝk xabat künini muⱪǝddǝs dǝp bilip tut, uningƣa ǝmǝl ⱪil.
“Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as Adonai your God enjoined you.
13 Altǝ kün ixlǝp barliⱪ ixliringni tügǝtkin;
You shall labor six days, and do all your work;
14 lekin yǝttinqi küni Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayingƣa atalƣan xabat künidur. Sǝn xu küni ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ ix ⱪilmaysǝn; mǝyli sǝn yaki oƣlung bolsun, mǝyli ⱪizing, mǝyli ⱪulung, mǝyli dediking, mǝyli buⱪang, mǝyli exiking, mǝyli ⱨǝrⱪandaⱪ baxⱪa uliƣing, yaki sǝn bilǝn bir yǝrdǝ turuwatⱪan musapir bolsun, ⱨeqⱪandaⱪ ix ⱪilmisun; xuning bilǝn ⱪulung wǝ dediking sǝndǝk aram alalaydu.
but the seventh day is a Sabbath ·To cease· to Adonai your God, in which you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your ox, nor your donkey, nor any of your livestock, nor your stranger who is within your gates; that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you.
15 Sǝn ɵzüngning ǝslidǝ Misir zeminida ⱪul bolƣanliⱪingni, Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying küqlük ⱪoli wǝ uzatⱪan biliki bilǝn seni xu yǝrdin qiⱪarƣanliⱪini esingdǝ tut; xu sǝwǝbtin Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying sanga xabat künini tutuxni ǝmr ⱪilƣan.
You shall remember that you were a servant in the land of Egypt [Abode of slavery], and Adonai your God brought you out of there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm. Therefore Adonai your God enjoined you to keep the Sabbath day.
16 Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying sanga ǝmr ⱪilƣandǝk ata-anangni ⱨɵrmǝt ⱪil. Xundaⱪ ⱪilsang Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudaying sanga ata ⱪilmaⱪqi bolƣan zeminda uzun ɵmür kɵrisǝn, ⱨaling yahxi bolidu.
“Honor your father and your mother, as Adonai your God enjoined you; that your days may be long, and that it may go well with you, in the land which Adonai your God gives you.
17 Ⱪatilliⱪ ⱪilma.
“You shall not murder.
18 Ⱨǝm zina ⱪilma.
“You shall not commit adultery.
19 Ⱨǝm oƣriliⱪ ⱪilma.
“You shall not steal.
20 Ⱨǝm ⱪoxnang toƣruluⱪ yalƣan guwaⱨliⱪ bǝrmǝ.
“You shall not give false witness against your neighbor.
21 Ⱨǝm ⱪoxnangning ayalini tǝmǝ ⱪilma wǝ nǝ uning ɵyi, uning etizi, uning ⱪuli, nǝ uning dediki, nǝ uning kalisi, nǝ uning exikigǝ yaki ⱪoxnangning ⱨǝrⱪandaⱪ baxⱪa nǝrsisigǝ kɵz ⱪiringni salma».
“You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. Neither shall you desire your neighbor’s house, his field, or his male servant, or his female servant, his ox, or his donkey, or anything that is your wrote neighbor’s.”
22 — bu sɵzlǝrni Pǝrwǝrdigar taƣda, ot, bulut wǝ sürlük ⱪarangƣuluⱪ iqidin küqlük awazi bilǝn silǝrning pütkül jamaitinglarƣa eytⱪan wǝ ularƣa ⱨeq baxⱪa [sɵzlǝrni] ⱪoxmiƣan; u ularni ikki tax tahtayƣa pütüp manga tapxurdi.
Adonai spoke these words to all your assembly on the mountain out of the middle of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a great voice. He added no more. He them on two stone tablets, and gave them to me.
23 Wǝ xundaⱪ boldiki, ⱪarangƣuluⱪtin qiⱪⱪan awazni angliƣininglarda wǝ otluⱪ taƣ kɵyginidǝ silǝr, yǝni ⱪǝbilǝ baxliⱪliringlar wǝ aⱪsaⱪalliringlar yenimƣa kelip: —
When you sh'ma ·heard obeyed· the voice out of the middle of the darkness, while the mountain was burning with fire, you came near to me, even all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;
24 «Mana, Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayimiz ɵz xan-xǝripi wǝ uluƣluⱪini ayan ⱪildi wǝ biz uning awazini ot otturisidin angliduⱪ, xuning bilǝn biz bügünki kündǝ Huda insanlar bilǝn sɵzlǝxkǝn bolsimu, ularning tirik ⱪalƣanliⱪini kɵrduⱪ.
and you said, “Behold, Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God] has shown us his kavod ·weighty glory· and his greatness, and we have sh'ma ·heard obeyed· his voice out of the middle of the fire. We have seen today that God does speak with man, and he lives.
25 Əmdi biz jenimizƣa tǝwǝkkül ⱪiliximizning nemǝ ⱨajiti? Qünki muxu dǝⱨxǝtlik ot bizni yutuwetidu. Əgǝr biz Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayimizning awazini anglawǝrsǝk ɵlüp ketimiz.
Now therefore why should we die? For this great fire will consume us. If we sh'ma ·hear obey· Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God]’s voice any more, then we shall die.
26 Qünki ǝt igiliridin ⱨayat igisi Hudaning otning otturisidin sɵzligǝn awazini anglap, bizdǝk tirik turuwatⱪanlardin kim bar?
For who is there of all flesh, that has sh'ma ·heard obeyed· the voice of the Elohim Chayim [Living God] speaking out of the middle of the fire, as we have, and lived?
27 Sǝn ɵzüng Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayimizƣa yeⱪinlixip, uning sɵzligǝnlirining ⱨǝmmisini angliƣin; andin Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayimiz sanga sɵzligǝnlirining ⱨǝmmisini bizgǝ eytip berisǝn; xuning bilǝn biz uni anglap ǝmǝl ⱪilimiz» — dedinglar.
Go near, and sh'ma ·hear obey· all that Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God] shall say, and tell us all that Yahweh Eloheikhem [Yahweh our God] tells you; and we will sh'ma ·hear obey· it, and do it.”
28 Pǝrwǝrdigar silǝrning bu manga eytⱪan sɵzliringlarni anglap manga: «Bu hǝlⱪning sanga eytⱪan sɵzlirini anglidim; ularning barliⱪ eytⱪan sɵzliri durustur.
Adonai sh'ma ·heard obeyed· the voice of your words, when you spoke to me; and Adonai said to me, “I have sh'ma ·heard obeyed· the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken to you. They have well said all that they have spoken.
29 Kaxki ularda Mǝndin ⱪorⱪup, ǝmrlirimni izqil tutidiƣan bir ⱪǝlb bolsidi, ularning ⱨali wǝ baliliringning ⱨali mǝnggügǝ yahxi bolatti!
Oh that there were such a heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my mitzvot ·instructions· always, that it might be well with them, and with their children forever!
30 Sǝn berip ularƣa: «Qediringlarƣa ⱪaytinglar» — degin.
“Go tell them, ‘Teshuvah ·Completely return· to your tents.’
31 Sǝn bolsang yenimda turƣin; Mǝn sening ularƣa ɵgitixing kerǝk bolƣan ǝmrlǝr, bǝlgilimilǝr wǝ ⱨɵkümlǝrning ⱨǝmmisini sanga eytip berimǝn; xuning bilǝn ular Mǝn ularƣa tǝwǝlik ⱪilip beridiƣan zeminda turup bularƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilidiƣan bolidu.
But as for you, stand here by me, and I will tell you all the mitzvot ·instructions·, and the statutes, and the judgments, which you shall teach them, that they may do them in the land which I give them to possess it.”
32 Əmdi Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayinglar silǝrgǝ ǝmr ⱪilƣandǝk ⱪilixⱪa kɵngül bɵlünglar; uningdin ong wǝ solƣa taymanglar!
You shall observe to do therefore as Adonai your God has enjoined you. You shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left.
33 Pǝrwǝrdigar Hudayinglar silǝrgǝ ǝmr ⱪilƣan barliⱪ yollirida menginglar; xundaⱪ ⱪilsanglar ⱨayatliⱪ tepip, ⱨalinglar yahxi bolidu wǝ silǝr igidarqiliⱪ ⱪilidiƣan zeminda turup künliringlar uzun bolidu».
You shall walk in all the way which Adonai your God has enjoined you, that you may live, and that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days in the land which you shall possess.
