< Samu'il 2 10 >

1 Keyin xundaⱪ ix boldiki, Ammoniylarning padixaⱨi ɵldi wǝ uning Ⱨanun degǝn oƣli ornida padixaⱨ boldi.
And it came to pass after this, that the king of the children of Ammon died, and Hanun his son reigned in his position.
2 Dawut bolsa: Uning atisi manga iltipat kɵrsǝtkǝndǝk mǝn Naⱨaxning oƣli Ⱨanunƣa iltipat kɵrsitǝy, — dedi. Andin Dawut atisining pǝtisigǝ [Ⱨanunning] kɵnglini soraxⱪa ɵz hizmǝtkarliridin birnǝqqini mangdurdi. Dawutning hizmǝtkarliri Ammoniylarning zeminiƣa kǝlgǝndǝ,
Then said David, I will show kindness unto Hanun the son of Nahash, as his father showed kindness unto me. And David sent to comfort him by the hand of his servants for his father. And David's servants came into the land of the children of Ammon.
3 Ammoniylarning ǝmǝldarliri ƣojisi Ⱨanunƣa: Sili Dawutni rastla atilirining ⱨɵrmiti üqün ⱪaxliriƣa kɵngül sorap adǝm ǝwǝtiptu, dǝp ⱪaramla? Dawutning hizmǝtkarlirini ⱪaxliriƣa ǝwǝtkini xǝⱨǝrni paylap uningdin mǝlumat elix, andin bu xǝⱨǝrni aƣdurux üqün ǝmǝsmu? — dedi.
And the princes of the children of Ammon said unto Hanun their lord, Think you that David does honour your father, that he has sent comforters unto you? has not David rather sent his servants unto you, to search the city, and to spy it out, and to overthrow it?
4 Xuning bilǝn Ⱨanun Dawutning hizmǝtkarlirini tutup, saⱪallirining yerimini qüxürüp, kiyimlirining bǝldin tɵwinini kǝstürüp, kɵtini eqip kǝtküzüwǝtti.
Wherefore Hanun took David's servants, and shaved off the one half of their beards, and cut off their garments in the middle, even to their buttocks, and sent them away.
5 Bu hǝwǝr Dawutⱪa yǝtküzüldi; u ularni kütüwelixⱪa aldiƣa adǝm mangdurdi; qünki ular intayin nomus ⱨes ⱪilƣanidi. Padixaⱨ ularƣa: Saⱪal-burutunglar ɵskiqilik Yeriho xǝⱨiridǝ turup, andin yenip kelinglar, — dedi.
When they told it unto David, he sent to meet them, because the men were greatly ashamed: and the king said, Tarry at Jericho until your beards be grown, and then return.
6 Ammoniylar ɵzlirining Dawutning nǝpritigǝ uqriƣanliⱪini bilip, adǝm ǝwǝtip Bǝyt-Rǝⱨobdiki Suriylǝr bilǝn Zobaⱨdiki Suriylǝrdin yigirmǝ ming piyadǝ ǝskǝr, Maakaⱨning padixaⱨidin bir ming adǝm wǝ Tobdiki adǝmlǝrdin on ikki ming adǝmni yallap kǝldi.
And when the children of Ammon saw that they stank before David, the children of Ammon sent and hired the Syrians of Bethrehob and the Syrians of Zoba, twenty thousand footmen, and of king Maacah a thousand men, and of Ishtob twelve thousand men.
7 Dawut buni anglap, Yoabning pütkül jǝnggiwar ⱪoxunini [ularning aldiƣa] mangdurdi.
And when David heard of it, he sent Joab, and all the host of the mighty men.
8 Ammoniylar qiⱪip xǝⱨǝrning dǝrwazisining aldida sǝp tüzidi; Zobaⱨ bilǝn Rǝⱨobdiki Suriylǝr wǝ Tob bilǝn Maakaⱨning adǝmliri dalada sǝp tüzidi;
And the children of Ammon came out, and put the battle in array at the entering in of the gate: and the Syrians of Zoba, and of Rehob, and Ishtob, and Maacah, were by themselves in the field.
9 Yoab jǝngning aldi ⱨǝm kǝynidin bolidiƣanliⱪiƣa kɵzi yetip, Israildin bir ⱪisim sǝrhil adǝmlǝrni ilƣap, Suriyǝlǝrgǝ ⱪarxi sǝp tüzidi;
When Joab saw that the front of the battle was against him before and behind, he chose of all the choice men of Israel, and put them in array against the Syrians:
10 ⱪalƣanlarni Ammoniylarƣa ⱪarxi sǝp tizƣin dǝp inisi Abixayning ⱪoliƣa tapxurp, uningƣa:
And the rest of the people he delivered into the hand of Abishai his brother, that he might put them in array against the children of Ammon.
11 — Əgǝr Suriylǝr manga küqlük kǝlsǝ, sǝn manga yardǝm bǝrgǝysǝn; ǝmma Ammoniylar sanga küqlük kǝlsǝ, mǝn berip sanga yardǝm berǝy.
And he said, If the Syrians be too strong for me, then you shall help me: but if the children of Ammon be too strong for you, then I will come and help you.
12 Jür’ǝtlik bolƣin! Ɵz hǝlⱪimiz üqün wǝ Hudayimizning xǝⱨǝrliri üqün baturluⱪ ⱪilayli. Pǝrwǝrdigar Ɵzigǝ layiⱪ kɵrünginini ⱪilƣay! — dedi.
Be of good courage, and let us play the men for our people, and for the cities of our God: and the LORD do that which seems him good.
13 Əmdi Yoab wǝ uning bilǝn bolƣan adǝmlǝr Suriylǝrgǝ ⱨujum ⱪilƣili qiⱪti; Suriylǝr uning aldida ⱪaqti.
And Joab drew nigh, and the people that were with him, unto the battle against the Syrians: and they fled before him.
14 Ammoniylar Suriylǝrning ⱪaqⱪinini kɵrgǝndǝ, ularmu Abixaydin ⱪeqip, xǝⱨǝrgǝ kiriwaldi. Yoab bolsa Ammoniylar bilǝn jǝng ⱪilixtin qekinip, Yerusalemƣa yenip kǝldi.
And when the children of Ammon saw that the Syrians were fled, then fled they also before Abishai, and entered into the city. So Joab returned from the children of Ammon, and came to Jerusalem.
15 Suriylǝr bolsa ɵzlirining Israillarning aldida mǝƣlup bolƣinini kɵrgǝndǝ, yǝnǝ jǝm boluxti.
And when the Syrians saw that they were smitten before Israel, they gathered themselves together.
16 Ⱨadad’ezǝr adǝmlǝrni ǝwǝtip, [Əfrat] dǝryasining neri tǝripidiki Suriylǝrni [yardǝmgǝ] qaⱪirip, ularni yɵtkǝp kǝldi; ular Helam xǝⱨirigǝ kǝlgǝndǝ, Ⱨadad’ezǝrning ⱪoxunining sǝrdari Xobak ularƣa baxqiliⱪ ⱪildi.
And Hadarezer sent, and brought out the Syrians that were beyond the river: and they came to Helam; and Shobach the captain of the host of Hadarezer went before them.
17 Bu hǝwǝr Dawutⱪa yǝtkǝndǝ, u pütkül Israilni yiƣdurup, Iordan dǝryasidin ɵtüp, Helam xǝⱨirigǝ bardi. Suriylǝr Dawutⱪa ⱪarxi sǝp tizip, uningƣa ⱨujum ⱪildi.
And when it was told David, he gathered all Israel together, and passed over Jordan, and came to Helam. And the Syrians set themselves in array against David, and fought with him.
18 Suriylǝr yǝnǝ Israildin ⱪaqti. Dawut bolsa yǝttǝ yüz jǝng ⱨarwiliⱪni, ⱪiriⱪ ming atliⱪ ǝskǝrni ⱪirdi ⱨǝm ⱪoxunining sǝrdari Xobakni u yǝrdǝ ɵltürdi.
And the Syrians fled before Israel; and David slew the men of seven hundred chariots of the Syrians, and forty thousand horsemen, and stroke Shobach the captain of their host, who died there.
19 Ⱨadad’ezǝrgǝ beⱪinƣan ⱨǝmmǝ padixaⱨlar ɵzlirining Israil aldida yengilginini kɵrgǝndǝ, Israil bilǝn sülⱨ ⱪilixip ularƣa beⱪindi. Xuningdin keyin Suriylǝr Ammoniylarƣa yǝnǝ yardǝm birixkǝ jür’ǝt ⱪilalmidi.
And when all the kings that were servants to Hadarezer saw that they were smitten before Israel, they made peace with Israel, and served them. So the Syrians feared to help the children of Ammon any more.
