< Rimliqlargha 3 >

1 Undaqta, Yehudiy bolghanning Yehudiy emestin néme artuqchiliqi bar? Xetnilik bolghanning néme paydisi bar?
What is the advantage, then, of being a Jew? or what is the good of circumcision?
2 Emeliyette, ularning her jehettin köp artuqchiliqi bar. Birinchidin, Xudaning bésharetlik sözliri Yehudiylargha amanet qilin’ghan.
Great in every way. First of all, because the Jews were entrusted with God’s utterances.
3 Emdi gerche ulardin beziliri ishenchsiz chiqqan bolsimu, buninggha néme bolatti? Ularning ishenchsizliki Xudaning ishenchliklikini yoqqa chiqiriwétermu?
What follows then? Some, no doubt, showed a want of faith; but will their want of faith make God break faith? Heaven forbid!
4 Hergiz undaq qilmaydu! Xuda rastchil hésablinip, hemme adem yalghanchi hésablansun! Xuddi [muqeddes yazmilarda Xuda heqqide] yézilghinidek: — «Sözliginingde adil dep ispatlan’ghaysen, Shikayetke uchrighiningda ghelibe qilghaysen».
God must prove true, though every man prove a liar! As Scripture says of God — ‘That thou mayest be pronounced righteous in what thou sayest, and gain thy cause when men would judge thee.’
5 Lékin bizning heqqaniysizliqimiz arqiliq Xudaning heqqaniyliqi téximu éniq körsitilse, buninggha néme deymiz? Heqqaniysizliq üstige ghezep tökidighan Xudani heqqaniy emes deymizmu (men insanche sözleymen)?
But what if our wrong-doing makes God’s righteousness all the clearer? Will God be wrong in inflicting punishment? (I can but speak as a man.) Heaven forbid!
6 Mundaq déyishke hergiz bolmaydu! Eger undaq bolsa, Xuda alemni qandaq soraqqa tartidu?
Otherwise how can God judge the world?
7 [Beziler yene]: «Méning yalghanchilqimdin Xudaning heqiqetliki téximu ochuq qilinsa, shundaqla ulughluqi téximu yorutulsa, emdi men yene néme üchün gunahkar dep qarilip soraqqa tartilimen?» [déyishi mumkin].
But, if my falsehood redounds to the glory of God, by making his truthfulness more apparent, why am I like others, still condemned as a sinner?
8 Undaq bolghanda némishqa (beziler bizge töhmet chaplimaqchi bolup, geplirimizni buriwetkendek) «Yamanliq qilayli, buningdin yaxshiliq chiqip qalar» — déyishke bolmaydu? Bundaq dégüchilerning jazalinishi heqliqtur!
Why should we not say — as some people slanderously assert that we do say — ‘Let us do evil that good may come’? The condemnation of such men is indeed just!
9 Emdi néme déyish kérek? Biz [Yehudiylar] [Yehudiy emeslerdin] üstün turamduq? Yaq, hergiz! Chünki biz yuqurida Yehudiylar bolsun, Grékler bolsun hemmisining gunahning ilkide ikenlikini ispatlap eyibliduq.
What follows, then? Are we Jews in any way superior to others? Not at all. Our indictment against both Jews and Greeks was that all alike were in subjection to sin.
10 Derweqe, muqeddes yazmilarda yézilghinidek: — «Heqqaniy adem yoq, hetta birimu yoqtur,
As Scripture says — ‘There is not even one who is righteous,
11 Yorutulghan kishi yoqtur, Xudani izdiginimu yoqtur.
not one who understands, not one who is searching for God!
12 Hemme adem yoldin chetnidi, Ularning barliqi erzimes bolup chiqti. Méhribanliq qilghuchi yoq, hetta birimu yoqtur.
They have all gone astray; they have one and all become depraved; there is no one who is doing good — no, not one!’
13 Ularning géli échilghan qebridek sésiqtur, Tilliri kazzapliq qilmaqta; Kobra yilanning zehiri lewliri astida turidu;
‘Their throats are like opened graves; they deceive with their tongues.’ ‘The venom of serpents lies behind their lips,’
14 Ularning zuwani qarghash hem zerdige tolghan.
‘And their mouths are full of bitter curses.’
15 «Putliri qan toküshke aldiraydu;
‘Swift are their feet to shed blood.
16 Barghanla yéride weyranchiliq we pajielik ishlar bardur.
Distress and trouble dog their steps,
17 Tinchliq-aramliq yolini ular héch tonughan emes».
and the path of peace they do not know.’
18 «Ularning neziride Xudadin qorqidighan ish yoqtur».
‘The fear of God is not before their eyes.’
19 Tewrattiki barliq sözlerning Tewrat qanuni astida yashaydighanlargha qarita éytilghanliqi bizge ayan. Bularning meqsiti, her insanning aghzi bahane körsitelmey tuwaqlinip, pütkül dunyadikiler Xudaning soriqida eyibkar iken dep ayan qilinsun, dégenliktur.
Now we know that everything said in the Law is addressed to those who are under its authority, in order that every mouth may be closed, and the whole world become liable to the judgment of God.
20 Shunga, héchqandaq et igisi Tewrat-qanunigha emel qilishqa intilishliri bilen [Xudaning] aldida heqqaniy hésablanmaydu; chünki Tewrat qanuni arqiliq insan öz gunahini tonup yétidu.
For ‘no human being will be pronounced righteous before God’ as the result of obedience to Law; for it is Law that shows what sin is.
21 Biraq, hazir qanun yoli bilen emes, belki Xudaning Özidin kelgen birxil heqqaniyliq ashkarilandi! Bu xil heqqaniyliqqa qanunning özi we peyghemberlerning [yazmilirimu] guwahliq bergendur;
But now, quite apart from Law, the Divine Righteousness stands revealed, and to it the Law and the Prophets bear witness —
22 yeni, Xudaning Eysa Mesihning ishench-sadaqetliki arqiliq étiqad qilghuchilarning hemmisining ichige hem üstige yetküzidighan heqqaniyliqidur! Bu ishta ayrimchiliq yoqtur
the Divine Righteousness which is bestowed, through faith in Jesus Christ, upon all, without distinction, who believe in him.
23 (chünki barliq insanlar gunah sadir qilip, Xudaning shan-sheripige yételmey, uningdin mehrum boldi)
For all have sinned, and all fall short of God’s glorious ideal,
24 Chünki étiqadchilarning hemmisi Mesih Eysada bolghan nijat-hörlük arqiliq, [Xudaning] méhir-shepqiti bilen bedelsiz heqqaniy qilinidu.
but, in his loving-kindness, are being freely pronounced righteous through the deliverance found in Christ Jesus.
25 Xuda Uni gunahlarning jazasini kötürgüchi kafaret qurbanliqi süpitide teyinlidi; [insanlarning] Uning [qurbanliq] qénigha ishench baghlishi bilen [qurbanliq] inawetliktur. Xuda bu arqiliq burunqi zamandikilerning sadir qilghan gunahlirigha sewr-taqetlik bolup, jazalimay ötküzüwétishining adilliq ikenlikini körsetti.
For God set him before the world, to be, by the shedding of his blood, a means of reconciliation through faith. And this God did to prove his righteousness, and because, in his forbearance, he had passed over the sins that men had previously committed;
26 Buninggha oxshash bu [qurbanliq] arqiliq U hazirqi zamanda bolghan heqqaniyliqinimu körsetken. Shundaq qilip U Özining hem heqqaniy ikenlikini hem Eysaning étiqadida bolghuchini heqqaniy qilghuchi ikenlikinimu namayan qildi.
as a proof, I repeat, at the present time, of his own righteousness, that he might be righteous in our eyes, and might pronounce righteous the man who takes his stand on faith in Jesus.
27 Undaq bolsa, insanning néme maxtan’ghuchiliki bar? Maxtinish yoq qilindi! — Néme prinsipqa asasen? Qanun’gha intilish prinsipi bilenmu? — Yaq! «Étiqad» prinsipi bilen!
What, then, becomes of our boasting? It is excluded. By what sort of Law? A Law requiring obedience? No, a Law requiring faith.
28 Chünki «Insan Tewrat qanunigha emel qilishqa intilishliri bilen emes, belki étiqad bilen heqqaniy qilinidu» dep hésablaymiz!
For we conclude that a man is pronounced righteous on the ground of faith, quite apart from obedience to Law.
29 Ejeba, Xuda peqetla Yehudiylarningla Xudasimu? U ellerningmu Xudasi emesmu? Shundaq, u ellerningmu Xudasidur.
Or can it be that God is the God only of the Jews? Is not he also the God of the Gentiles?
30 Xuda bolsa birdur, U xetne qilin’ghanlarni étiqad bilen hemde xetne qilinmighanlarnimu étiqad bilen heqqaniy qilidu.
Yes, of the Gentiles also, since there is only one God, and he will pronounce those who are circumcised righteous as the result of faith, and also those who are uncircumcised on their showing the same faith.
31 Emdi étiqad prinsipi bilen Tewrat qanunini bikar qiliwétimizmu? Yaq, del buning eksiche, uni küchke ige qilimiz.
Do we, then, use this faith to abolish Law? Heaven forbid! No, we establish Law.
