< Matta 8 >

1 U taghdin chüshkende, top-top kishiler uninggha egiship mangdi.
When Jesus had come down from the hill, great crowds followed him.
2 We mana, maxaw késili bar bolghan bir kishi uning aldigha kélip, béshini yerge urup tizlinip: — Teqsir, eger xalisingiz, méni késilimdin pak qilalaysiz! — dédi.
He saw a leper who came up, and bowed to the ground before him, and said, “Master, if only you are willing, you are able to make me clean.”
3 Eysa uninggha qolini tegküzüp turup: — Xalaymen, pak bolghin! — déwidi, bu ademning maxaw késili shuan pak bolup saqaydi.
Stretching out his hand, Jesus touched him, saying as he did so, “I am willing; become clean.” Instantly he was made clean from his leprosy;
4 Eysa uninggha: — Hazir bu ishni héchkimge éytma, belki udul bérip kahin’gha özüngni körsitip, ularda bir guwahliq bolush üchün, Musa bu ishta emr qilghan hediye-qurbanliqni sun’ghin, — dédi.
and then Jesus said to him, “Be careful not to say a word to anyone, but go and show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift directed by Moses, as evidence of your cure.”
5 U Kepernahum shehirige barghanda, [rimliq] bir yüzbéshi uning aldigha kélip, uningdin yélinip:
After Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion in the Roman army came up to him, entreating his help.
6 — Teqsir, chakirim palech bolup qélip, bek azablinip öyde yatidu, — dédi.
“Sir,” he said, “my manservant is lying ill at my house with a stroke of paralysis, and is suffering terribly.”
7 Men bérip uni saqaytip qoyay, — dédi Eysa.
“I will come and cure him,” answered Jesus.
8 Yüzbéshi jawaben: — Teqsir, torusumning astigha kirishingizge layiq emesmen. Peqet bir éghizla söz qilip qoysingiz, chakirim saqiyip kétidu.
“Sir,” the centurion went on, “I am unworthy to receive you under my roof; but only speak, and my manservant will be cured.
9 Chünki menmu bashqa birsining hoquqi astidiki ademmen, méning qol astimda leshkerlirim bar. Birige bar désem baridu, birige kel désem, kélidu. Qulumgha bu ishni qil désem, u shu ishni qilidu, — dédi.
For I myself am a man under the orders of others, with soldiers under me; and, if I say to one of them ‘Go,’ he goes, and to another ‘Come,’ he comes, and to my slave ‘Do this,’ he does it.”
10 Eysa bu geplerni anglap, heyran boldi. Özi bille kelgenlerge: — Men silerge shuni berheq éytip qoyayki, bundaq ishenchni hetta Israillar arisidimu tapalmighanidim.
Jesus was surprised to hear this, and said to those who were following him, “Never I tell you, in any Israelite have I met with such faith as this!
11 Silerge shuni éytayki, nurghun kishiler künchiqish we künpétishtin kélip, ersh padishahliqida Ibrahim, Ishaq we Yaquplar bilen bir dastixanda olturidu.
Yes, and many will come in from East and West and take their places beside Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven;
12 Lékin bu padishahliqning öz perzentliri bolsa, sirtta qarangghuluqqa tashlinip, u yerde yigha-zarlar kötüridu, chishlirini ghuchurlitidu, — dédi.
while the heirs to the kingdom will be banished into the darkness outside; there, there will be weeping and grinding of teeth.”
13 Andin, Eysa yüzbéshigha: — Öyüngge qayt, ishen’giningdek sen üchün shundaq qilinidu, dédi. Héliqi chakarning késili shu peytte saqaytildi.
Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go now, and it will be according to your faith.” And the man was cured that very hour.
14 Eysa Pétrusning öyige barghanda, Pétrusning qéynanisining qizip orun tutup yétip qalghinini kördi.
When Jesus went into Peter’s house, he saw Peter’s mother-in-law prostrated with fever.
15 U uning qolini tutiwidi, uning qizitmisi yandi. [Ayal] derhal ornidin turup, Eysani kütüshke bashlidi.
On his taking her hand, the fever left her, and she rose and began to take care of him.
16 Kech kirgende, kishiler jin chaplashqan nurghun ademlerni uning aldigha élip kélishti. U bir éghiz söz bilenla jinlarni heydiwetti we barliq késellerni saqaytti.
In the evening the people brought to Jesus many who were possessed by demons; and he drove out the spirits with a word, and cured all who were ill,
17 Buning bilen, Yeshaya peyghember arqiliq yetküzülgen: «U özi aghriq-silaqlirimizni kötürdi, késellirimizni üstige aldi» dégen söz emelge ashuruldi.
in fulfillment of these words in the prophet Isaiah – ‘He took our infirmities on himself, and bore the burden of our diseases.’
18 Eysa özini oriwalghan top-top kishilerni körüp, [muxlislirigha] déngizning u qétigha ötüp kétishni emr qildi.
Seeing a crowd around him, Jesus gave orders to go across.
19 Shu chaghda, Tewrat ustazliridin biri kélip, uninggha: — Ustaz, sen qeyerge barsang, menmu sanga egiship shu yerge barimen, — dédi.
A teacher of the Law came up to him, and said, “Teacher, I will follow you wherever you go.”
20 Eysa uninggha: — Tülkilerning öngkürliri, asmandiki qushlarning uwiliri bar; biraq Insan’oghlining béshini qoyghudek yérimu yoq, — dédi.
“Foxes have holes,” answered Jesus, “and wild birds their nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head.”
21 Muxlisliridin yene biri uninggha: — Reb, méning awwal bérip atamni yerlikke qoyushumgha ijazet bergeysen, — dédi.
“Master,” said another, who was a disciple, “let me first go and bury my father.”
22 Biraq Eysa uninggha: — Manga egeshkin, we ölükler öz ölüklirini yerlikke qoysun, — dédi.
But Jesus answered, “Follow me, and leave the dead to bury their dead.”
23 U kémige chüshti, muxlislirimu chüshüp bille mangdi.
Then he got into the boat, followed by his disciples.
24 We mana, déngiz üstide qattiq boran chiqip ketti; shuning bilen dolqunlar kémidin halqip kémini gherq qiliwétey dep qaldi. Lékin u uxlawatatti.
Suddenly so great a storm came up on the sea, that the waves broke right over the boat. But Jesus was asleep;
25 Muxlislar kélip uni oyghitip: — I ustaz, bizni qutuldurghaysen! Biz halaket aldida turimiz — dédi.
and the disciples came and roused him. “Master,” they cried, “save us; we are lost!”
26 — Némishqa qorqisiler, i ishenchi ajizlar! — dédi u we ornidin turup, boran-chapqun’gha we déngizgha tenbih bériwidi, hemmisi birdinla tinchidi.
“Why are you so timid?” he said. “You of little faith!” Then Jesus rose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and a great calm followed.
27 Muxlislar intayin heyran bolup, bir-birige: — Bu zadi qandaq ademdu? Hetta boran-chapqunlar we déngizmu uninggha boysunidiken-he! — dep kétishti.
The men were amazed, and exclaimed, “What kind of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!”
28 Eysa déngizning u qétidiki Gadaraliqlarning yurtigha barghinida, jin chaplashqan ikki kishi görliridin chiqip uninggha aldigha keldi. Ular shunche wehshiy idiki, héchkim bu yerdin ötüshke jür’et qilalmaytti.
On getting to the other side – the region of the Gadarenes – Jesus met two men who were possessed by demons, coming out of the tombs. They were so violent that no one was able to pass that way.
29 Uni körgende ular: — I Xudaning Oghli, séning biz bilen néme karing! Sen waqit-saiti kelmeyla bizni qiynighili keldingmu? — dep towlidi.
Suddenly they shrieked out, “What do you want with us, Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before our time?”
30 Shu yerdin xéli yiraqta chong bir top tongguz padisi otlap yüretti.
A long way off, there was a herd of many pigs, feeding;
31 Jinlar emdi uninggha: — Eger sen bizni qoghliwetmekchi bolsang, bizni tongguz padisi ichige kirgüzüwetkeysen, — dep yalwurushti.
and the foul spirits began begging Jesus, “If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs.”
32 U ulargha: — Chiqinglar! — déwidi, jinlar chiqip, tongguzlarning ténige kiriwaldi. Mana, pütkül tongguz padisi tik yardin étilip chüshüp, sularda gherq boldi.
“Go,” he said. The spirits came out, and entered the pigs; and the whole herd rushed down the steep slope into the sea, and died in the water.
33 Lékin tongguz baqquchilar beder qéchip, sheherge kirip, bu ishning bash-axirini, jümlidin jin chaplashqan kishilerning kechürmishlirini xalayiqqa éytip bérishti.
At this the men who tended them ran away and went to the town, carrying the news of all that had occurred, and of what had happened to the possessed men.
34 We mana, pütün sheherdikiler Eysa bilen körüshkili chiqti. Ular uni körgende, uning özlirining shu rayonidin ayrilip kétishini ötündi.
At the news the whole town went out to meet Jesus, and, when they saw him, they entreated him to go away from their region.
