1 Besh kündin kéyin, bash kahin Ananiyas aqsaqallardin birnechcheylen we Tertullus isimlik bir adwokat bilen Qeyseriyege chüshüp, Pawlus toghrisidiki resmiy shikayetlirini waliygha sundi.
And after five days the chief priest Ananias came down, with the elders, and a certain orator—Tertullus, and they disclosed to the governor [the things] against Paul;
2 Pawlus chaqirtilip, Tertullus uning üstidin shikayet qilip mundaq dédi: — Hörmetlik Féliks janabliri! Biz özlirining qol astilirida her tereptin aman-ésenlikke nésip bolup kelmektimiz we aldin körerlikliri bilen xelqimiz arisida dana islahatlar barliqqa keltürülmekte, biz bu ishlardin her waqit, her jayda toluq minnetdarliq bilen behriman boluwatimiz.
and he having been called, Tertullus began to accuse [him], saying, “Enjoying much peace through you, and worthy deeds being done to this nation through your forethought,

always, also, and everywhere we receive it, most noble Felix, with all thankfulness;
4 Biraq öz waqitlirini köp élip qoymasliqim üchün, shepqetliri bilen sözimizni qisqila anglashlirini ötünüp soraymen.
and that I may not be further tedious to you, I exhort you to hear us concisely in your gentleness;
5 Chünki biz shuni tonup yettuqki, bu adem balaxor bolup, pütkül jahandiki Yehudiylar arisida majira-topilang peyda qilishni küshkürtküchi, shundaqla «Nasaretlikler» dep atalghan mezhepning kattiwashliridin biridur.
for having found this man a pestilence, and moving a dissension to all the Jews through the world—also a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes—
6 U bizning ibadetxanimiznimu bulghimaqchi bolghanidi. Shunga, biz uni tutuwalduq we uni öz qanunimiz boyiche sotlayttuq. Lékin mingbéshi Lisiyas esheddiy zorluq bilen uni qollirimizdin tartiwaldi we uninggha erz qilghuchilarni özlirining aldigha kélishke buyrughanidi.
who also tried to profane the temple, whom we also took, [[and wished to judge according to our law,

and Lysias the chief captain having come near, took away out of our hands with much violence,
8 Uni soraq qilip körsile, bizning uninggha qilghan erzlirimizning toghriliqini bilip yétidila!
having commanded his accusers to come to you, ]] from whom you may be able, yourself having examined, to know concerning all these things of which we accuse him”;
9 Sorunda bolghan Yehudiylarmu uning éytqanlirigha qoshulup: Rast, rast, dep shikayetni kücheytti.
and the Jews also agreed, professing these things to be so.
10 Waliy Pawlusqa söz qilghin dep qol isharitini qilghanda, u mundaq dédi: — Men silining uzun yillardin béri bu xelqni sorap kelgenliklirini bilgechke, xatirjemlik bilen aldilirida özüm toghramda jawab bérimen.
And Paul—the governor having beckoned to him to speak—answered, “Knowing [that] for many years you have been a judge to this nation, I answer more cheerfully the things concerning myself;
11 Asanla bileleydiliki, men Yérusalémgha ibadet qilishqa barghinimdin hazirghiche peqet on ikki künla ötti.
you being able to know that it is not more than twelve days to me since I went up to worship in Jerusalem,
12 Ular méning ibadetxanida birer adem bilen munazirileshkinimni körmigen, yaki sinagoglarda yaki sheherde ammini topilanggha qutratqanliqimnimu héch körmidi.
and neither did they find me reasoning with anyone in the temple, or making a dissension of the multitude, nor in the synagogues, nor in the city;
13 Ular yene hazir janablirigha méning üstümdin qilghan shikayetlirige héch ispatmu keltürelmeydu.
nor are they able to prove against me the things concerning which they now accuse me.
14 Biraq silige shuni étirap qilimenki, men ular «mezhep» dep atighan yol bilen méngip, Tewratta we peyghemberlerning yazmilirida pütülgenlerningmu hemmisige ishinip, ata-bowilirimning Xudasigha ibadet qilimen.
And I confess this to you, that, according to The Way that they call a sect, so I serve the God of the fathers, believing all things that have been written in the Law and the Prophets,
15 Méning Xudagha baghlighan ümidim barki (bu kishilermu bu ümidni tutidu), kelgüside hem heqqaniylarning hem heqqaniysizlarning ölümdin tirilishi bolidu.
having hope toward God, which they themselves also wait for, [that] there is about to be a resurrection of the dead, both of righteous and unrighteous;
16 Shu sewebtin, özüm hemishe Xuda aldidimu, insanlar aldidimu pak wijdanliq bolushqa intilimen.
and in this I exercise myself, to always have a conscience void of offense toward God and men.
17 Men [Yérusalémdin] ayrilghili xéli yillar bolghan bolup, bu qétim u yerge öz xelqimge xeyr-sediqe yetküzüp bergili we Xuda aldigha hediye sun’ghili barghanidim.
And after many years I came, about to do kind acts to my nation, and offerings,
18 Men bu ishlarda boluwatattim, beziler méni tazilinish qaidisini ada qilip bolghan chaghda ibadetxana hoylisida uchratti; lékin men etrapimgha adem toplighinimmu yoq, malimanchiliq chiqarghinimmu yoq.
in which certain Jews from Asia found me purified in the temple, not with multitude, nor with tumult,
19 Emeliyette méni uchratqanlar bolsa Asiya ölkisidin kelgen bezi Yehudiylar idi; ularning üstümdin shikayetliri bar bolsa, esli ular özliri kélip, silining aldilirida erz qilishqa toghra kéletti.
whom it is necessary to be present before you, and to accuse, if they had anything against me,
20 Bolmisa, mushu sorundikiler aliy kéngeshme aldida turghinimda, méningdin qandaq jinayet tapqanliqini éytip baqsun!
or let these same say if they found any unrighteousness in me in my standing before the Sanhedrin,
21 Peqet mundaq bir ish bolghanidi: — Men ularning aldida, «Bügünki künde ölgenlerning qayta tirilishi toghruluq silerning soriqinglargha tartilghanmen!» dep warqirighanidim.
except concerning this one voice, in which I cried, standing among them—Concerning a resurrection of the dead I am judged by you today.”
22 [Rebning] yoli toghruluq tepsiliy xewiri bar bolghan Féliks soraqni toxtitip, ulargha: — Mingbéshi Lisiyas kelgende dewayinglar toghrisidiki hökümni chiqirimen, — dédi.
And having heard these things, Felix delayed them—having known more exactly of the things concerning The Way—saying, “When Lysias the chief captain may come down, I will know fully the things concerning you”;
23 U yüzbéshigha Pawlusni nezerbend astigha élip, emma uninggha bir’az kengchilik qilip, dost-buraderlirining herqaysisining uning hajetliridin chiqishini tosmighin, dep buyrudi.
having also given a direction to the centurion to keep Paul, to let [him] also have liberty, and to forbid none of his own friends to minister or to come near to him.
24 Birnechche kündin kéyin, waliy Féliks ayali Drusila bilen bille keldi (Drusila Yehudiy idi). U Pawlusni chaqirtip, uningdin Mesih Eysagha étiqad qilish yoli toghruluq anglidi.
And after certain days, Felix having come with his wife Drusilla, being a Jewess, he sent for Paul, and heard him concerning faith toward Christ,
25 Pawlus heqqaniy yashash, özini tutuwélish, qiyamet künidiki soal-soraq qilinishlar toghrisida sözlewatqanda, Féliks wehimige chüshüp uninggha: — Hazirche qaytip tursang bolidu. Kéyin manga peyt kelgende, yene chaqirtimen, — dédi.
and he reasoning concerning righteousness, and self-control, and the judgment that is about to be, Felix, having become afraid, answered, “For the present be going, and having time, I will call for you”;
26 U shuning bilen bir waqitta Pawlusning para bérishini ümid qilatti. Shuning üchün, uni imkanqeder pat-pat chaqirtip, uning bilen sözlishetti.
and at the same time also hoping that money will be given to him by Paul, that he may release him, therefore, also sending for him often, he was conversing with him;
27 Lékin ikki yil toshqanda, Féliksning ornigha Porkiyus Féstus waliy boldi. Féliks Yehudiylargha iltipat körsitip ularning könglini élish üchün Pawlusni solaqta qaldurdi.
and two years having been fulfilled, Felix received a successor, Porcius Festus; Felix also willing to lay a favor on the Jews, left Paul bound.
