1 Biz yene özimizni tewsiye qilghili turuwatamduq? Yaki bashqa bezilerge kérek bolghandek, silerge yézilghan yaki siler yazghan tewsiyinamiler bizge kérekmu?
Do we begin again anew to show who we are? or do we need as others to write epistles of commendation to you concerning ourselves, or that you should write to commend us?
2 Siler özünglar bizning tewsiyinamimizdursiler, qelbimizde pütülgen, her insan’gha tonush bolghan we oqulidighan.
But you yourselves are our epistle, written in our hearts, and known and read of every man.
3 Silerning biz teripimizdin perwish qilin’ghan, Mesihning mektupi ikenlikinglar ayan boldi (bu mektup siyah bilen emes, belki tirik Xudaning Rohi bilen yézilghan; tash taxtaylargha emes, belki qelbning etlik taxtaylirigha pütüklüktur).
For you know that you are an epistle of the Meshiha, who hath been ministered by us; written, not with ink but by the Spirit of Aloha the Living; not on tablets of stone, but on the fleshly tablets of the heart.
4 Emdi bizning Mesih arqiliq Xudagha qaraydighan shunche zor ishenchimiz bar;
BUT such confidence we have through the Meshiha toward Aloha.
5 özimizni birernersini qilghudek iqtidarimiz bar dep chaghlighinimiz yoqtur; iqtidarliqimiz bolsa belki Xudadindur.
For we are not sufficient to think any thing as of ourselves; but our power is from Aloha,
6 U bizni yéngi ehdining xizmetkarliri bolushqa iqtidarliq qildi; bu ehde pütüklük söz-jümlilerge emes, belki Rohqa asaslan’ghan. Chünki pütüklük söz-jümliler ademni öltüridu; lékin Roh bolsa ademge hayat keltüridu.
who hath made us fit to be ministers of the new covenant, not in the writing, but in the spirit. For the writing killeth, but the Spirit maketh alive.
7 Emma söz-jümliler bilen tashlargha oyulghan, ölüm keltüridighan xizmet shan-sherep bilen bolghan we shundaqla Israillar Musaning yüzide julalan’ghan shan-shereptin yüzige közlirini tikip qariyalmighan yerde (gerche shu shan-sherep hazir emeldin qaldurulghan bolsimu),
But if the ministry of death in the writing engraven on stones was with glory, as that the sons of Israel could not look on the face of Musha because of the glory of his face which is abolished,
8 Roh bilen yürgüzülidighan xizmet téximu shan-shereplik bolmamdu?
how much more then doth not the ministry Of the Spirit excel in glory?
9 Chünki ademning gunahini békitidighan xizmet shereplik bolghan yerde, insanni heqqaniy qilidighan xizmetning sheripi téximu éship tashmamdu!?
For if the ministry of condemnation was glorious, how much more doth not the ministry of justification excel in glory?
10 Chünki eslide shan-shereplik bolghan ishning hazirqi ghayet zor shan-shereplik ishning aldida héchqandaq shan-shereplikliki yoqtur;
For that which was glorified had no glory, in comparison of this excelling glory.
11 chünki emeldin qaldurulghan ish eslide shan-sherep bilen keltürülgen yerde, hazir ornini basqan ish téximu shan-shereplik bolidu.
For if that which was abolished was with glory, how much more shall that which endureth be with glory?
12 Bizde shunche zor shundaq bir ümid bolghaniken, biz tolimu yüreklik bolimiz.
Therefore because we have this hope, we speak the more boldly,
13 Biz Israillarni emeldin qaldurulidighan [ehdining] parlaq nurigha közini tikip qarashning aqiwitige uchrap ketmisun dep yüzige chümperde tartiwalghan Musagha oxshimaymiz.
and (are) not as Musha, who threw the veil upon his face, that the sons of Israel might not look upon the End of that which was to be abolished.
14 Emma ularning oy-köngülliri qadaqlashqanidi; chünki bügün’ge qeder kona ehdini oqughinida mushu chümperde éliwétilmey keldi; chünki peqet Mesihde bolghandila u élip tashliwétilidu.
But they are blinded in their minds unto this day. For when the old covenant is read, that very veil standeth upon them, nor is it apparent (to them) that in the Meshiha it hath been abolished.
15 Emma bügün’ge qeder, Musaning yazmiliri oqulghinida shu chümperde yenila qelbini yépiwalmaqta.
And unto this day, when Musha is read, the veil is thrown upon their heart.
16 Emma herkim Rebge qarap burulsa, chümperde élip tashlinidu.
And when any one of them is converted unto the Lord, the veil from him is uplifted.
17 Emma Reb shu Rohtur; we Rebning Rohi qeyerde bolsa, shu yerde hörlük bolidu.
But the Lord himself is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord, (there) is liberty.
18 We biz hemmimizning yüzimiz chümperdisiz halda Rebning shan-sheripige qarighinida, Uning oxshash süritide bolushqa Roh bolghan Reb teripidin shan-sherep üstige shan-sherep qoshulup özgertilmektimiz.
But we all with disclosed faces behold the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, and into the resemblance of it are changed from brightness to brightness, as by the Lord the Spirit.
