1 Расуллуққа таллап чақирилған, Худаниң хуш хәвирини җакалашқа айрип тайинланған, Мәсиһ Әйсаниң қули болған мәнки Павлустин салам!
PAULOS, a servant of Jeshu Meshiha, called, and an apostle, who hath been separated unto the gospel of Aloha,
2 Худа бу хуш хәвәрниң келишини хелә бурунла пәйғәмбәрлири арқилиқ муқәддәс язмиларда вәдә қилған еди.
which from of old he had promised by the hand of the prophets, in the holy writings,
3 Бу хуш хәвәр Өз Оғли, йәни Рәббимиз Әйса Мәсиһ тоғрисидидур; җисманий җәһәттин У Давутниң нәслидин туғулған; бирдин-бир пак-муқәддәс Роһ тәрипидин өлүмдин тирилдүрүлүш арқилиқ «күч-қудрәт Егиси Худаниң Оғли» дәп көрситилип бекитилгән;
concerning his Son, who was born, according to the flesh, of the seed of the house of David,
and is known (to be) the Son of Aloha by power, and by the Holy Spirit, who raised him from among the dead, Jeshu Meshiha our Lord:
5 У арқилиқ, шундақла Униң нами үчүн барлиқ әлләр арисида Худаға етиқаттин болған итаәтмәнлик вуҗудқа кәлтүрүлүшкә биз меһри-шәпқәткә вә расуллуққа муйәссәр болдуқ;
by whom we have received grace and apostleship among all nations, that they should become obedient unto the faith of his name:
6 Силәр улар арисида, Әйса Мәсиһ тәрипидин чақирилғансиләр.
and you also are of them, called in Jeshu Meshiha:
7 Шуңа, Худа сөйгән вә У «муқәддәс бәндилирим» дәп чақирған Рим шәһиридики һәммиңларға, Атимиз Худадин вә Рәббимиз Әйса Мәсиһтин меһри-шәпқәт вә аман-хатирҗәмлик болғай!
To all who are in Ruma, beloved of Aloha, called and saints; peace and grace be with you from Aloha our Father, and from our Lord Jeshu Meshiha.
8 Алди билән мән Әйса Мәсиһ арқилиқ һәммиңлар үчүн Худайимға тәшәккүр ейтимән; чүнки силәрниң етиқатиңлар пүткүл аләмгә пур кәтти.
First, I praise my God through Jeshu Meshiha on behalf of you all, that your faith is heard (of) in all the world.
9 Өз Оғли тоғрисидики хуш хәвәрдә чин роһ-қәлбим билән мән хизмитини қиливатқан Худа Өзи мениң дуалиримда силәрни шунчә үзлүксиз әсләп турғанлиғимға гувадур.
For a witness unto me is Aloha, whom I serve in the spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing at all time I remember you in my prayers.
10 Мән дуалиримда, мүмкин қәдәр Худаниң ирадиси билән силәрниң йениңларға беришқа ахир муйәссәр болушқа һемишә өтүнимән.
And I pray that from now there may be opened unto me the way, by the will of Aloha, to come to you.
11 Чүнки мән силәрни бирәр роһий илтипатқа егә қилиш арқилиқ мустәһкәмләш үчүн силәр билән көрүшүшкә интайин тәқәззамән;
For I greatly desire to see you, and to impart to you the gift of the Spirit,
12 йәни, мән араңларда болсам, бир-биримизниң етиқатидин өз ара тәсәлли вә илһам алалаймиз демәкчимән.
that thereby you may be established, and that together we may be comforted by your faith and mine.
13 Қериндашлар, мән силәрниң шуни билишиңларни халаймәнки, башқа йәрдики әлликләрниң арисида хизмитим мевә бәргәндәк, силәрниң араңлардиму хизмитимниң мевә бериши үчүн йениңларға беришни көп қетим нийәт қилдим, лекин бүгүнгичә тосалғуға учрап келиватимән.
BUT I will that you know, my brethren, that many times I have willed to come to you, and have been hindered until this;
14 Мән һәр қандақ адәмләргә, мәйли Юнанлиқлар вә ят таипиләргә, данишмән вә наданларға болсун, һәммисигә қәриздармән.
that among you also I may have fruit as among the rest of the nations of the Javnoyee and Barbaroyee, the wise and the foolish,
15 Шуниң үчүн имканийәт маңа яр бәрсила мән Римдики силәргиму хуш хәрвәрни йәткүзүп баян қилишқа қизғинмән.
because to every man am I obligated to preach; and so am I urged to evangelize unto you also who are in Ruma.
16 Чүнки мән Мәсиһ тоғрисидики бу хуш хәвәрдин һәргиз хиҗил болмаймән! Чүнки у униңға ишәнгүчилириниң һәммисини, алди билән Йәһудийларни, андин кейин Грекләрни ниҗатқа ериштүридиған Худаниң күч-қудритидур!
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of Aloha for the salvation of all who believe in him, whether of the Jihudoyee first, or of the Aramoyee:
17 Чүнки [хуш хәвәрдә] етиқатқа асасланған, Худаниң бир хил һәққанийлиғи етиқат қилғучиларға вәһий қилинғандур. [Муқәддәс язмиларда] йезилғинидәк: — «Һәққаний адәм ишәш-етиқати билән һаят болиду».
for the righteousness of Aloha in it is revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, The righteous by faith shall live.
18 Чүнки һәққанийәтсизлик билән һәқиқәтни басидиған инсанларниң барлиқ ипласлиғиға вә һәққанийәтсизлигигә нисбәтән Худаниң қаратқан ғәзиви әрштин очуқ вәһий қилинмақта.
For the wrath of Aloha is revealed from heaven against all the unrighteousness and depravity of the sons of men, who the truth in unrighteousness detain.
19 Чүнки инсанлар Худа тоғрисида биләләйдиған ишлар уларниң көз алдида туриду; чүнки Худа һәммини уларға очуқ көрситип бәргән
Because the knowledge of Aloha is revealed in them; for Aloha revealed it in them.
20 (чүнки дуния апиридә болғандин бери Худаниң көзгә көрүнмәс өзгичиликлири, йәни мәңгүлүк қудрити вә бирдин-бир Худа екәнлиги Өзи яратқан мәвҗудатлар арқилиқ очуқ көрүлмәктә, шундақла буни чүшинип йәткили болиду. Шу сәвәптин инсанлар һеч банә көрситәлмәйду) (aïdios g126)
For the occult things of Aloha from the foundations of the world, unto his creatures by intelligence are apparent, and his power and his Godhead eternal, that they may be without excuse. (aïdios g126)
21 — чүнки инсанлар Худани билсиму, уни Худа дәп улуқлимиди, Униңға тәшәккүр ейтмиди; әксичә, уларниң ой-пикирлири бемәна болуп, надан қәлби қараңғулишип кәтти.
For when they knew Aloha, they did not as Aloha glorify him and praise him, but became vain in their imaginations, and their heart was darkened, that they understood not.
22 Өзлирини данишмән қилип көрсәтсиму, лекин әқилсиз болуп чиқти;
And while thinking in themselves that they were wise, they were fools.
23 чиримас Худаниң улуқлуғиниң орниға чирип өлидиған адәмзатқа, учар-қанатларға, төрт аяқлиқ һайванларға вә йәр беғирлиғучиларға охшайдиған бутларни алмаштуруп қойған еди.
And they changed the glory of Aloha the Incorruptible into the likeness of the image of corruptible man, and into the likeness of birds and of four-footed (beasts) and of reptiles of the earth.
24 Шуңа Худа уларни қәлбидики шәһваний һәвәслири билән ипласлиқ қилишқа, шундақла бир-бириниң тәнлирини номусқа қалдурушқа қоюп бәрди.
Because of this Aloha delivered them up to the unclean lusts of their hearts, that they would debase their bodies among them.
25 Улар Худа тоғрисидики һәқиқәтни ялғанға айландурди, Яратқучиниң орниға яритилған нәрсиләргә чоқунуп, тавап-таәт қилған еди. Һалбуки, Яратқучиға тәшәккүр-мәдһийә мәңгүгә оқулмақта! Амин! (aiōn g165)
And they changed the truth of Aloha into a lie, and worshipped and served the creatures rather than their Creator, to whom be praises and blessings for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
26 Мана шуниң үчүн, Худа уларни пәскәш шәһваний һәвәсләргә қоюп бәрди. Һәтта аялларму тәбиий җинсий мунасивәтни ғәйрий мунасивәткә айландурди;
WHEREFORE Aloha delivered them up to passions of vileness: for their females changed the use of their nature, and to what is not natural were used.
27 шуниңдәк, әрләрму аяллар билән болидиған тәбиий җинсий мунасивәтләрни ташлап, башқа әрләргә шәһваний һәвәсләр билән көйүп пишидиған болди. Әрләр әрләр билән шәрмәндиликкә киришти вә нәтиҗидә уларниң мухалип қилмишлири өз бешиға чиқти.
And also their males likewise left the natural use of their females, and were inflamed with concupiscence one with another, and male with male wrought shamefulness, and the just retribution for their perverseness in themselves received.
28 Улар Худани билиштин ваз кечишни лайиқ көргәнлиги таллиғанлиғи үчүн, Худа уларни бузуқ нийәтләргә вә налайиқ ишларни қилишқа қоюп бәрди.
And as they did not decide in themselves to know Aloha, so did Aloha cause them to be delivered up to a mind of vainness, and to do what is not fit;
29 Улар һәр хил һәққанийәтсизлик, рәзиллик, нәпсанийәтчилик, өчмәнликкә чөмүп, һәсәтхорлуқ, қатиллиқ, җедәлхорлуқ, мәккарлиқ вә һәр хил бәтнийәтләр билән толди. Улар иғвагәр,
being filled with all wickedness, and uncleanness, and rancour, and malice, and rapacity, and envy, and murder, and contention, and deceit, and evil imaginings, and murmurings,
30 төһмәтхор, Худаға нәпрәтлинидиған, кибирлик, махтанчақ, чоңчи, һәр хил рәзилликләрни ойлап чиқиридиған, ата-анисиниң сөзини аңлимайдиған,
and slanders, and hating of Aloha: vilifiers, inflated ones, boasters, inventors of evil things, mindless, disobedient to parents,
31 йорутулмиған, вәдисидә турмайдиған, көйүмсиз вә рәһимсиз инсанлардур.
(men) to whom a compact is nothing, and (who) neither love peace nor (have) mercy in them; who,
32 Улар Худаниң шуларға болған адил һөкүмини, йәни шундақ ишларни қилғучиларниң өлүмгә лайиқ екәнлигини ениқ билсиму, бу ишларни өзлири қилипла қалмай, бәлки шундақ қилидиған башқилардин сөйүнүп уларни алқишлайду.
knowing the judgment of Aloha, that they who these things do, unto death are condemned, (yet) not only do them, but also participate with those who do them.
