1 Пәрвәрдигар маңа мундақ деди: «Барғин, Йәһуда падишасиниң ордисиға чүшүп бу сөзни шу йәрдә қилғин: —
Thus said YHWH: "Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak there this word,
2 Пәрвәрдигарниң сөзини аңла, и Давутниң тәхтигә олтарғучи, Йәһуда падишаси — Сән, әләмдар-хизмәткарлириң вә мошу дәрвазилардин кирип-чиқидиған хәлқиң, —
Say, 'Hear the word of YHWH, king of Judah, who sits on the throne of David, you, and your servants, and your people who enter in by these gates.
3 Пәрвәрдигар мундақ дәйду: Адаләт вә һәққанийлиқ жүргүзүңлар; буланған кишини әзгүчиниң қолидин қутқузуңлар; мусапирларни, житим-йесирләрни вә тул хотунларни һеч харлимаңлар яки бозәк қилмаңлар, гунасиз қанларни бу йәрдә төкмәңлар.
Thus says YHWH: "Execute justice and righteousness, and deliver him who is robbed out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence, to the foreigner, the fatherless, nor the widow; neither shed innocent blood in this place.
4 Силәр бу әмирләргә һәқиқәтән әмәл қилсаңлар, әнди Давутниң тәхтигә олтарған падишалар, йәни улар, уларниң әмәлдар-хизмәткарлири вә хәлқи җәң һарвулириға олтирип вә атларға минип бу өйниң дәрвазилиридин кирип чиқишиду.
For if you do this thing indeed, then shall there enter in by the gates of this house kings sitting on the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, he, and his servants, and his people.
5 Бирақ силәр бу сөзләрни аңлимисаңлар, Мән Өз намим билән қәсәм ичкәнки, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар, — бу орда бир харабә болиду.
But if you will not hear these words, I swear by myself, says YHWH, that this house shall become a desolation."
6 Чүнки Пәрвәрдигар Йәһуда падишасиниң өйи тоғрилиқ мундақ дәйду: — Сән Маңа худди Гилеад, Ливанниң чоққисидәк болғиниң билән, бәрһәқ Мән сени бир чөл-баяван, адәмләр ваз кәчкән шәһәрләрдәк қилимән.
For thus says YHWH concerning the house of the king of Judah: "You are Gilead to me, the head of Lebanon. Yet surely I will make you a wilderness, cities which are not inhabited.
7 Мән һәр бири яхши қуралланған вәйран қилғучиларни саңа қарши әвәтимән; улар «есил кедирлириңни» кесиветип, отқа ташлайду.
I will prepare destroyers against you, everyone with his weapons; and they shall cut down your choice cedars, and cast them into the fire.
8 Нурғун әлләр бу шәһәрдин өтүп, һәр бири йеқинидин: «Немишкә Пәрвәрдигар бу улуқ шәһәрни бундақ қилғанду?» дәп сорайду.
Many nations shall pass by this city, and they shall say every man to his neighbor, 'Why has YHWH done thus to this great city?'
9 Вә улар җававән: «Чүнки улар Пәрвәрдигар Худасиниң әһдисидин ваз кечип, башқа илаһларға чоқунуп уларниң қуллуғиға киргән» — дәйду.
Then they shall answer, 'Because they forsook the covenant of YHWH their God, and worshiped other gods, and served them.'
10 Өлгинигә жиғлимаңлар, униң үчүн аһ-зарлимаңлар; бәлки сүргүн болғини үчүн қаттиқ жиғлаңлар, чүнки у өз жутиға һеч қачан қайтип кәлмәйду.
Do not weep for the dead, neither bemoan him; but weep bitterly for him who goes away; for he shall return no more, nor see his native country."
11 Чүнки Йәһуда падишаси Йосияниң оғли, йәни атиси Йосияниң орниға тәхтигә олтарған, бу йәрдин сүргүн болған Шаллум тоғрилиқ Пәрвәрдигар мундақ дәйду: У һәргиз бу йәргә қайтмайду;
For thus says YHWH touching Shallum the son of Josiah, king of Judah, who reigned instead of Josiah his father, and who went forth out of this place: "He shall not return there any more.
12 чүнки у әсир қилинип апирилған жутта өлиду, у бу зиминни иккинчи көрмәйду.
But in the place where they have led him captive, there shall he die, and he shall see this land no more."
13 Өйини адилсизлиқ билән, балихана-равақлирини адаләтсизлик билән қурғанниң һалиға вай! У хошнисини бекар ишлитип, әмгигигә һеч қандақ һәқ бәрмәйду;
Woe to him who builds his house by unrighteousness, and his rooms by injustice; who uses his neighbor's service without wages, and doesn't give him his hire;
14 у: «Өзүмгә кәңташа бир ордини, азатә равақлар билән қошуп салимән; тамлириға деризиләрни кәң чиқиримән; тамлирини кедир тахтайлар билән безәймән, өйлирини пәрәң сирлаймән» — дәйду. [Униң һалиға вай]!
who says, "I will build me a wide house and spacious rooms," and cuts him out windows; and it is ceiling with cedar, and painted with vermilion.
15 Сән кедир яғичидин ясалған тахтайларни чаплап, [ата-бовилириң] билән бәсләшсәң қандақму падиша болушқа лайиқ болисән? Сениң атаң йәп-ичишкә тәшәккүр ейтип, адаләт вә дурус ишларни жүргүзгән әмәсму? Шуңа у буниң яхшилиғини көргән.
Shall you reign, because you strive to excel in cedar? Did not your father eat and drink, and do justice and righteousness? Then it was well with him.
16 У мөминләрниң вә намратларниң дәвасини тоғра сориған; шуңа хәлиқниң әһвали яхши еди. Бундақ иш Мени тонуштин ибарәт әмәсму?» — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар.
He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well. Wasn't this to know me?' says YHWH.
17 — Бирақ көзүң вә көңлүң болса пәқәт өз җазанә-мәнпәәтиңгә еришиш, гунасизларниң қенини төкүш, зорлуқ-зумбулуқ вә булаңчилиқ қилиш пәйтини көзләп тикилгәндур.
"But your eyes and your heart are not but for your covetousness, and for shedding innocent blood, and for oppression, and for violence, to do it."
18 Шуңа Пәрвәрдигар Йәһуда падишаси Йосияниң оғли Йәһоаким тоғрилиқ мундақ дәйду: — Хәлиқ униң өлүмидә: «Аһ, акам! Аһ, сиңлим!» дәп аһ-зарлар көтәрмәйду; яки униң үчүн: «Аһ, бегим! Аһ, униң һәйвиси!» дәп аһ-зарлар көтәрмәйду;
Therefore thus says YHWH concerning Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah: "they shall not lament for him, saying, 'Alas my brother. or, Alas sister.' They shall not lament for him, saying, 'Alas lord.' or, 'Alas his majesty.'
19 у ешәкниң дәпнисидәк көмүлиду, җәсити Йерусалим дәрвазилириниң сиртиға чөрүп ташлиниду.
He shall be buried with the burial of a donkey, drawn and cast forth beyond the gates of Jerusalem.
20 Ливанға чиқип пәряд қил, Башанда авазиңни көтәр, Абаримниң чоққилиридинму налә көтәр; чүнки сениң «ашнилириң»ниң һәммиси набут қилинди.
Go up to Lebanon, and cry; and lift up your voice in Bashan, and cry from Abarim; for all your lovers are destroyed.
21 Мән аман-есән турғиниңда саңа агаһландурдум; лекин сән: «Аңлимаймән!» — дедиң. Яшлиғиңдин тартипла бундақ қилип Мениң авазимға қулақ салмаслиқ дәл сениң йолуң болуп кәлгән.
I spoke to you in your prosperity; but you said, 'I will not hear.' This has been your way from your youth, that you did not obey my voice.
22 Шамал барлиқ «баққучи»лириңға «баққучи» болуп уларни учуруп кетиду, шуниң билән ашнилириң сүргүн болушқа чиқиду; бәрһәқ, сән шу чағда барлиқ рәзиллигиң түпәйлидин хиҗил болуп рәсва болисән.
The wind shall feed all your shepherds, and your lovers shall go into captivity: surely then you will be ashamed and confounded for all your wickedness.
23 И «Ливан»да турғучи, кедир дәрәқлири үстигә угилиғучи, сән толғақ тутқан аялниң азаплиридәк, дәрд-әләмләр бешиңға чүшкәндә қанчилик иңрап кетәрсән!
Inhabitant of Lebanon, who makes your nest in the cedars, how greatly you will groan when pangs come on you, the pain as of a woman in travail.
24 Өз һаятим билән қәсәм ичимәнки, — дәйду Пәрвәрдигар, — сән Йәһоакимниң оғли Кония һәтта оң қолумдики мөһүрлүк үзүк болсаңму, Мән сени шу йәрдин жулуп ташлаймән;
As I live," says YHWH, "though Coniah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah were the signet on my right hand, yet would I pluck you there;
25 Мән сени җениңни издигүчиләрниң қолиға вә сән қорққан адәмләрниң қолиға, йәни Бабил падишаси Небоқаднәсарниң қолиға вә калдийләрниң қолиға тапшуримән.
and I will give you into the hand of those who seek your life, and into the hand of them of whom you are afraid, even into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of the Chaldeans.
26 Мән сени һәм сени туққан анаң иккиңларни өзүңлар туғулмиған ят бир жутқа чөриветимән; силәр шу йәрдә өлисиләр.
I will cast you out, and your mother who bore you, into another country, where you were not born; and there you will die.
27 Җениңлар қайтип келишкә шунчә тәшна болған бу зиминға болса, силәр һәргиз қайтип келәлмәйсиләр.
But to the land whereunto their soul longs to return, there shall they not return."
28 Кония дегән бу киши чеқилған, нәзәргә елинмайдиған сапал козиму? Һеч ким қаримайдиған бир қачиму? Әнди немишкә улар, йәни у вә униң нәсли болғанлар чөриветилгән, улар тонумайдиған бир жутқа ташливетилиду?
Is this man Coniah a despised broken vessel? Is he a vessel in which none delights? Why are they cast out, he and his descendants, and cast into a land that they do not know?
29 И зимин, зимин, зимин, Пәрвәрдигарниң сөзини аңла!
O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of YHWH.
30 Пәрвәрдигар мундақ дәйду: — Бу адәм «пәрзәнтсиз, өз күнидә һеч ғәлибә қилалмиған бир адәм» дәп язғин; чүнки униң нәслидин һеч қандақ адәм ғәлибә қилип, Давутниң тәхтигә олтирип Йәһуда арисида һөкүм сүрмәйду.
Thus says YHWH, "Write this man down childless, a man who will not succeed in his days; for none of his descendants will succeed in sitting on the throne of David, and ruling in Judah.
