پەند-نەسىھەتلەر 8
| [قۇلاق سال،] دانالىق چاقىرىۋاتمامدۇ؟ يورۇقلۇق سادا چىقىرىۋاتمامدۇ؟ | 1 |
¿ Not wisdom does she call out and understanding does she give forth? voice her.
| يوللارنىڭ ئېگىز جايلىرىدىن، دوقمۇشلاردىن ئۇ ئورۇن ئالىدۇ، | 2 |
At [the] top of [the] heights on [the] way between [the] pathways she stations herself.
| شەھەرگە كىرىدىغان قوۋۇقلارنىڭ يېنىدا، ھەرقانداق دەرۋازا ئېغىزلىرىدا ئۇ مۇراجىئەت قىلماقتا: ــ | 3 |
To [the] side of [the] gates to [the] opening of [the] town [the] entrance of [the] doorways they cry aloud.
| «ئى مۆتىۋەرلەر، سىلەرگە مۇراجئەت قىلىمەن، ھەي، ئادەم بالىلىرى، سادانى سىلەر ئۈچۈن قىلىمەن، | 4 |
To you O people I call and voice my [is] to [the] children of humankind.
| گۆدەك بولغانلار، زېرەكلىكنى ئۆگىنىۋېلىڭلار، ئەخمەق بولغانلار، يورۇقلۇققا ئېرىشىڭلار! | 5 |
Understand O naive people prudence and O fools understand heart.
| ماڭا قۇلاق سېلىڭلار، چۈنكى گۈزەل نەرسىلەرنى دەپ بېرىمەن، ئاغزىمنى ئېچىپ، دۇرۇس ئىشلارنى [سىلەرگە] يەتكۈزىمەن. | 6 |
Listen for princely things I will speak and [the] utterance of lips my [will be] uprightness.
| ئېيتقانلىرىم ھەقىقەتتۇر، ئاغزىم رەزىللىكتىن نەپرەتلىنىدۇ؛ | 7 |
For truth it will utter palate my and [is] an abomination of lips my wickedness.
| سۆزلىرىمنىڭ ھەممىسى ھەق، ئۇلاردا ھېچقانداق ھىيلىگەرلىك ياكى ئەگىتمىلىك يوقتۇر. | 8 |
[are] Righteousness all [the] words of mouth my there not among them [is] a twisted [thing] and a distorted [thing].
| ئۇلارنىڭ ھەممىسى چۈشەنگەنلەر ئۈچۈن ئېنىق، بىلىم ئالغانلار ئۈچۈن دۇرۇس-توغرىدۇر. | 9 |
All of them [are] right to the discerning [person] and upright to [those who] find knowledge.
| كۈمۈشكە ئېرىشكەندىن كۆرە، نەسىھەتلىرىمنى قوبۇل قىلىڭلار، ساپ ئالتۇننى ئېلىشتىن كۆرە بىلىمنى ئېلىڭلار. | 10 |
Take discipline my and may not [you take] silver and knowledge more than gold chosen.
| چۈنكى دانالىق لەئەل-ياقۇتلاردىن ئەۋزەل، ھەرقانداق ئەتىۋارلىق نەرسەڭمۇ ئۇنىڭغا تەڭ كەلمەستۇر. | 11 |
For [is] good wisdom more than jewels and all pleasures not they compare with it.
| مەن بولسام دانالىقمەن، زېرەكلىك بىلەن بىللە تۇرىمەن، ئىستىقامەتتىن كېلىپ چىققان بىلىمنى ئايان قىلىمەن. | 12 |
I wisdom I dwell prudence and knowledge of discretion I find.
| پەرۋەردىگاردىن ئەيمىنىش ــ يامانلىققا نەپرەتلىنىش دېمەكتۇر؛ تەكەببۇرلۇق، مەغرۇرلۇق، يامان يول ھەم شۇم ئېغىزنى ئۆچ كۆرىمەن. | 13 |
[the] fear of Yahweh [is] to hate evil pride and arrogance - and a way evil and a mouth of perversities I hate.
| مەندە ئوبدان مەسلىھەتلەر، پىشقان ھېكمەت بار؛ مەن دېگەن يورۇقلۇق، قۇدرەت مەندىدۇر. | 14 |
[belong] to Me counsel and sound wisdom I [am] understanding [belongs] to me strength.
| پادىشاھلار مەن ئارقىلىق ھۆكۈم سۈرىدۇ، مەنسىز ھاكىملار ئادىل ھۆكۈم چىقارماس. | 15 |
By me kings they reign and rulers they enact righteousness.
| مەن ئارقىلىقلا ئەمىرلەر ئىدارە قىلىدۇ، ئالىيجانابلار، يەر يۈزىدىكى بارلىق سوراقچىلار [توغرا] ھۆكۈم قىلىدۇ. | 16 |
By me princes they rule and noble [people] all judges of (righteousness. *LH)
| كىمكى مېنى سۆيسە، مەنمۇ ئۇنى سۆيىمەن، مېنى تەلمۈرۈپ ئىزدىگەنلەر مېنى تاپالايدۇ؛ | 17 |
I ([those who] love me *QK) I love and [those who] earnestly seek me they find me.
| مەندە بايلىق، شۆھرەت، ھەتتا كونىرىماس، كۆچمەس دۆلەت ۋە ھەققانىيەتمۇ بار. | 18 |
Wealth and honor [are] with me wealth enduring and righteousness.
| مەندىن چىققان مېۋە ئالتۇندىن، ھەتتا ساپ ئالتۇندىن قىممەتلىكتۇر، مەندىن ئالىدىغان دارامەت ساپ كۈمۈشتىنمۇ ئۈستۈندۇر. | 19 |
[is] good Fruit my more than gold and more than pure gold and gain my more than silver chosen.
| مەن ھەققانىيەت يولىغا ماڭىمەن؛ ئادالەت يولىنىڭ ئوتتۇرىسىدا يۈرىمەنكى، | 20 |
In [the] path of righteousness I walk in [the] midst of [the] pathways of justice.
| مېنى سۆيگەنلەرنى ئەمەلىي نەرسىلەرگە مىراس قىلدۇرىمەن؛ ئۇلارنىڭ خەزىنىلىرىنى تولدۇرىمەن. | 21 |
To give as an inheritance [those who] love me - substance and treasuries their I fill.
| پەرۋەردىگار ئىشلىرىنى باشلىشىدىلا، قەدىمدە ياسىغانلىرىدىن بۇرۇنلا، مەن ئۇنىڭغا تەۋەدۇرمەن. ئەزەلدىن تارتىپلا ــ مۇقەددەمدە، يەر-زېمىن يارىتىلماستىلا، مەن تىكلەنگەنمەن. | 22 |
Yahweh he created me [the] beginning of way his [the] beginning of works his from then.
| 23 |
From long ago I was installed from [the] beginning from [the] beginnings of [the] earth.
| چوڭقۇر ھاڭلار، دېڭىز-ئوكيانلار ئاپىرىدە بولۇشتىن ئاۋۋال، مەن مەيدانغا چىقىرىلغانمەن؛ مول سۇ ئۇرغۇپ تۇرىدىغان بۇلاقلار بولماستىنلا، | 24 |
When there not [were] [the] deeps I was brought forth when there not [were] springs abounding of water.
| ئېگىز تاغلار ئۆز ئورۇنلىرىغا قويۇلماستىنلا، تۆپىلىكلەر شەكىللەنمەستىنلا، [پەرۋەردىگار] بىپايان زېمىن، كەڭ دالالارنى، ئالەمنىڭ ئەسلىيدىكى توپا-چاڭلىرىنىمۇ تېخى ياراتماستىنلا، مەن مەيدانغا چىقىرىلغانمەن. | 25 |
Before mountains they were planted before [the] hills I was brought forth.
| 26 |
Until not he had made [the] earth and [the] open places and [the] first of [the] dusts of [the] world.
| ئۇ ئاسمانلارنى بىنا قىلىۋاتقىنىدا، دېڭىز يۈزىگە ئۇپۇق سىزىقىنى سىزىۋاتقىنىدا، ئەرشتە بۇلۇتلارنى ئورۇنلاشتۇرۇپ، چوڭقۇر دېڭىزدىكى بۇلاق-مەنبەلەرنى مۇستەھكەملەۋاتقىنىدا، دېڭىز سۇلىرىنى بېكىتكەن دائىرىدىن ئېشىپ كەتمىسۇن دەپ پەرمان چۈشۈرىۋاتقىنىدا، بىپايان زېمىننىڭ ئۇللىرىنى قۇرۇۋاتقىنىدا، مەن ئۇ يەردە ئىدىم؛ | 27 |
When established he [the] heavens [was] there I when marked out he a circle on [the] surface of [the] deep.
| 28 |
When made firm he [the] clouds above when became strong [the] springs of [the] deep.
| 29 |
When set he for the sea - limit its and [the] waters not they will transgress mouth his when marked out he [the] foundations of [the] earth.
| شۇ چاغدا گويا ئۇستا بىر ھۈنەرۋەندەك ئۇنىڭ يېنىدا تۇرغانىدىم، مەن ھەردائىم ئۇنىڭ ئالدىدا شادلىناتتىم، مەن ئۇنىڭ كۈندىلىك دىلئارامى ئىدىم؛ | 30 |
And I was beside him an artisan and I was delight day - day playing before him at every time.
| مەن ئۇنىڭ ئالىمىدىن، يەر-زېمىنىدىن شادلىنىپ، دۇنيادىكى ئىنسانلاردىن خۇرسەنلىك تېپىپ يۈرەتتىم، | 31 |
Playing in [the] world of earth his and delight my [were] with [the] children of humankind.
| شۇڭا ئى بالىلار، ئەمدى ماڭا قۇلاق سېلىڭلار؛ چۈنكى يوللىرىمنى چىڭ تۇتقانلار نەقەدەر بەخت تاپار! | 32 |
And therefore O children listen to me and how blessed! [are those who] ways my they observe.
| ئالغان نەسىھەتكە ئەمەل قىلىپ، دانا بولغىن، ئۇنى رەت قىلما. | 33 |
Listen to correction and act wisely and may not you neglect [it].
| سۆزۈمگە قۇلاق سېلىپ، ھەركۈنى دەرۋازىلىرىم ئالدىدىن كەتمەي، ئىشىكلىرىم ئالدىدا مېنى كۈتىدىغان كىشى نەقەدەر بەختلىكتۇر! | 34 |
How blessed! [is] a person [who] listens to me by keeping watch at doors my day - day by watching [the] doorposts of doorways my.
| كىمكى مېنى تاپسا ھاياتنى تاپىدۇ، پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ شەپقىتىگە نېسىپ بولىدۇ. | 35 |
For [one who] finds me (he finds *QK) life and he obtained favor from Yahweh.
| لېكىن ماڭا گۇناھ قىلغان ھەركىم ئۆز جېنىغا زىيان كەلتۈرىدۇ، مېنى يامان كۆرگەنلەر ئۆلۈمنى دوست تۇتقان بولىدۇ». | 36 |
And [one who] misses me [is] doing wrong to self his all [those who] hate me they love death.
