لاۋىيلار 17

1 پەرۋەردىگار مۇساغا سۆز قىلىپ مۇنداق دېدى: ــ

And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,

2 ھارۇن بىلەن ئوغۇللىرى ۋە بارلىق ئىسرائىللارغا مۇنداق دېگىن: ــ پەرۋەردىگار سىلەرگە بۇيرۇغان ھۆكۈم شۇكى: ــ

Speak to Aaron and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel, and you shall say to them, This is the word which the Lord has commanded, saying,

3 ئىسرائىلنىڭ جەمەتلىرىدىن بولغان ھەرقانداق كىشى قۇربانلىق قىلماقچى بولۇپ، كالا ياكى قوي ياكى ئۆچكىنى جامائەت چېدىرىنىڭ كىرىش ئاغزىدا، پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ تۇرالغۇ چېدىرىنىڭ ئالدىغا، پەرۋەردىگارغا ئاتالغان قۇربانلىق سۈپىتىدە يېتىلەپ ئەپكەلمەي، بەلكى چېدىرگاھنىڭ ئىچىدە ياكى تاشقىرىدا بوغۇزلىسا، ئۇنىڭدىن ئاققان قان شۇ كىشىنىڭ گەدىنىگە ئارتىلىدۇ؛ بۇ ئادەم «قان تۆككەن» دەپ، ئۆز خەلقىدىن ئۈزۈپ تاشلىنىدۇ.

Every man of the children of Israel, or of the strangers dwelling among you, who shall kill a calf, or a sheep, or a goat in the camp, or who shall kill it out of the camp,

and shall not bring it to the door of the tabernacle of witness, so as to sacrifice it for a whole burnt offering or peace-offering to the Lord to be acceptable for a sweet smelling savor: and whoever shall kill it without, and shall not bring it to the door of the tabernacle of witness, so as to offer it as a gift to the Lord before the tabernacle of the Lord; blood shall be imputed to that man, he has shed blood; that soul shall be cut off from his people.

5 بۇ ھۆكۈمنىڭ مەقسىتى ئىسرائىللارنىڭ ھازىرقىدەك دالادا مال سويۇپ قۇربانلىق قىلىشنىڭ ئورنىغا، قۇربانلىقلىرىنى جامائەت چېدىرىنىڭ كىرىش ئاغزىدا پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ ئالدىغا كەلتۈرۈپ، كاھىنغا تاپشۇرۇپ پەرۋەردىگارغا «ئىناقلىق قۇربانلىقلىرى» سۈپىتىدە سۇنۇپ بوغۇزلىشى ئۈچۈندۇر.

That the children of Israel may offer their sacrifices, all that they shall kill in the fields, and bring them to the Lord to the doors of the tabernacle of witness to the priest, and they shall sacrifice them as a peace-offering to the Lord.

6 كاھىن قاننى ئېلىپ جامائەت چېدىرىنىڭ كىرىش ئاغزىنىڭ يېنىدىكى پەرۋەردىگارنىڭ قۇربانگاھىنىڭ ئۈستىگە سېپىپ، پەرۋەردىگارغا خۇشبۇي كەلتۈرۈش ئۈچۈن ماينى كۆيدۈرسۇن.

And the priest shall pour the blood on the altar round about before the Lord by the doors of the tabernacle of witness, and shall offer the fat for a sweet smelling savor to the Lord.

7 شۇنىڭ بىلەن ئۇلار ئەمدى بۇرۇنقىدەك بۇزۇقلۇق قىلىپ تېكە-جىنلارنىڭ كەينىدە يۈرۈپ، ئۇلارغا ئۆز قۇربانلىقلىرىنى ئۆتكۈزۈپ يۈرمىسۇن. مانا بۇ ئۇلار ئۈچۈن دەۋردىن-دەۋرگىچە ئەبەدىي بىر بەلگىلىمە بولسۇن.

And they shall no longer offer their sacrifices to vain [gods] after which they go a whoring; it shall be a perpetual statute to you for your generations.

8 سەن ئۇلارغا: ــ ئىسرائىلنىڭ جەمەتىدىن ياكى ئۇلارنىڭ ئارىسىدا تۇرۇۋاتقان ياقا يۇرتلۇقلاردىن بىرى كۆيدۈرمە قۇربانلىق ياكى [باشقا] قۇربانلىق ئۆتكۈزمەكچى بولسا،

And you shall say to them, Whatever man of the children of Israel, or of the sons of the proselytes dwelling among you, shall offer a whole burnt offering or a sacrifice,

9 ئۇنى پەرۋەردىگارغا ئاتاپ سۇنۇش ئۈچۈن جامائەت چېدىرىغا كىرىش ئاغزىنىڭ ئالدىغا كەلتۈرمىسە، ئۇ كىشى ئۆز خەلقلىرىدىن ئۈزۈپ تاشلانسۇن» ــ دېگىن.

and shall not bring it to the door of the tabernacle of witness to sacrifice it to the Lord, that man shall be destroyed from among his people.

10 ئەگەر ئىسرائىلنىڭ جەمەتىدىن بولغان ھەرقانداق ئادەم ياكى ئۇلارنىڭ ئارىسىدا تۇرۇۋاتقان ياقا يۇرتلۇقلار قان يېسە، مەن يۈزۈمنى قاننى يېگەن شۇ كىشىگە قارشى قىلىمەن، ئۇنى ئۆز خەلقىدىن ئۈزۈپ تاشلايمەن.

And whatever man of the children of Israel, or of the strangers dwelling among you, shall eat any blood, I will even set my face against that soul that eats blood, and will destroy it from its people.

11 چۈنكى ھەربىر جانىۋارنىڭ جېنى بولسا ئۇنىڭ قېنىدىدۇر؛ مەن ئۇنى جېنىڭلار ئۈچۈن قۇربانگاھ ئۈستىگە كافارەت كەلتۈرۈشكە بەرگەنمەن. چۈنكى قان ئۆزىدىكى جاننىڭ ۋاسىتىسى بىلەن كافارەت كەلتۈرىدۇ.

For the life of flesh is its blood, and I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls; for its blood shall make atonement for the soul.

12 شۇڭا بۇ سەۋەبتىن مەن ئىسرائىللارغا: ــ «سىلەرنىڭ ھېچبىرىڭلار قان يېمەسلىكىڭلار كېرەك، ئاراڭلاردا تۇرۇۋاتقان ياقا يۇرتلۇقلارمۇ قان يېمەسلىكى كېرەك» ــ دېگەنىدىم.

Therefore I said to the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, and the stranger that abides among you shall not eat blood.

13 ئەگەر ئىسرائىللاردىن بىرى ياكى ئۇلارنىڭ ئارىسىدا تۇرۇۋاتقان ياقا يۇرتلۇقلارنىڭ بىرى يېيىشكە بولىدىغان بىر چارپاي ھايۋان ياكى قۇشنى ئوۋلاپ، قېنىنى تۆكسە، ئۇنى توپا بىلەن يېپىپ قويسۇن.

And whatever man of the children of Israel, or of the strangers dwelling among you shall take any animal in hunting, beast, or bird, which is eaten, then shall he pour out the blood, and cover it in the dust.

14 چۈنكى ھەربىر جانىۋارنىڭ جېنى بولسا، ئۇنىڭ قېنىدىن ئىبارەتتۇر. ئۇنىڭ جېنى قېنىدا بولغاچ مەن ئىسرائىللارغا: «سىلەر ھېچقانداق جانىۋارنىڭ قېنىنى يېمەڭلار، چۈنكى ھەربىر جانىۋارنىڭ جېنى ئۇنىڭ قېنىدىدۇر؛ كىمكى ئۇنى يېسە ئۈزۈپ تاشلىنىدۇ» ــ دېدىم.

For the blood of all flesh is its life; and I said to the children of Israel, You shall not eat the blood of any flesh, for the life of all flesh is its blood: every one that eats it shall be destroyed.

15 كىمدەكىم ئۆلۈپ قالغان ياكى يىرتقۇچلار بوغۇپ تىتما-تىتما قىلىۋەتكەن بىر ھايۋاننى يېسە، مەيلى ئۇ يەرلىك ياكى ياقا يۇرتلۇق بولسۇن ئۆز كىيىملىرىنى يۇيۇپ، سۇدا يۇيۇنسۇن ۋە كەچ كىرگۈچە ناپاك سانالسۇن؛ ئاندىن ئۇ پاك بولىدۇ.

And every soul which eats that which has died of itself, or is taken of beasts, either among the natives or among the strangers, shall wash his garments, and bathe himself in water, and shall be unclean until evening: then shall he be clean.

16 لېكىن ئۇ ياكى كىيىملىرىنى يۇمىسا، ياكى سۇدا بەدىنىنى يۇمىسا، شۇ كىشى ئۆز قەبىھلىكىنىڭ جازاسىنى تارتىدۇ.

But if he do not wash his garments, and do not bathe his body in water, then shall he bear his iniquity.
