Від Матвія 4
1 Тоді Дух повів Ісуса в пустелю, щоб диявол спокушав Його.
Then Yeshua [Salvation] was led up by haRuach [the Spirit] into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.
2 Там постив сорок днів та сорок ночей, і зрештою Він зголоднів.
When he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was hungry afterward.
3 Тоді спокусник, підійшовши, промовив до Нього: ―Якщо Ти Син Божий, скажи, щоб ці камені стали хлібами.
The tempter came and said to him, “If you are the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·, command that these stones become bread.”
4 [Ісус] же у відповідь сказав: ―Написано: «Не одним тільки хлібом буде жити людина, але кожним словом, яке виходить з уст Божих».
But he answered, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of Adonai.’”
5 Тоді диявол узяв Його до святого міста й, поставивши на покрівлю Храму,
Then the devil took him into the holy city. He set him on the pinnacle of the temple,
6 сказав Йому: ―Якщо ти Син Божий, кинься вниз, бо написано: «Ангелам Своїм Він віддасть наказ про Тебе, і на своїх долонях вони понесуть Тебе, щоб не спіткнулася нога Твоя об камінь».
and said to him, “If you are the Ben-Elohim ·Son of Elohim God·, throw yourself down, for it is written, ‘He will enjoin his angels unto you.’ And, ‘On their hands they will bear you up, so that you don’t dash your foot against a stone.’”
7 Ісус відповів йому: ―Також написано: «Не спокушай Господа, Бога твого!»
Yeshua [Salvation] said to him, “Again, it is written, ‘You shall not test MarYah [Master Yahweh], your God.’”
8 Знову диявол узяв Ісуса, повів на дуже високу гору й показав Йому всі царства світу та їхню славу.
Again, the devil took him to an exceedingly high mountain, and showed him all the kingdoms of the world, and their glory.
9 І сказав Йому: ―Усе це Тобі віддам, якщо впадеш ніц та поклонишся мені.
He said to him, “I will give you all of these things, if you will fall down and worship me.”
10 Тоді Ісус відповів йому: ―Відійди, сатано! Бо написано: «Господу Богу твоєму поклоняйся і Йому єдиному служи».
Then Yeshua [Salvation] said to him, “Get behind me, Satan [Adversary]! For it is written, ‘You shall worship MarYah [Master Yahweh] your God, and you shall serve him only.’”
11 Тоді диявол залишив Ісуса, і ось прийшли ангели та служили Йому.
Then the devil left him, and behold, angels came and served him.
12 Почувши, що Івана ув’язнено, [Ісус] повернувся до Галілеї.
Now when Yeshua [Salvation] heard that John [Yah is gracious] was delivered up, he withdrew into Galilee [District, Circuit].
13 І, залишивши Назарет, пішов жити до Капернаума біля моря в околицях Завулона та Нафталі,
Leaving Nazareth [Branch, Separated one], he came and lived in Capernaum [Village-Comfort, Village-Compassion], which is by the sea, in the region of Zebulun [Living together] and Naphtali [My wrestling],
14 щоб виповнилося те, що сказано через пророка Ісаю:
that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through Isaiah [Salvation of Yah] the prophet, saying,
15 «Земля Завулона й земля Нафталі, дорогою до моря та за Йорданом, Галілея язичників.
“The land of Zebulun [Living together] and the land of Naphtali [My wrestling], toward the sea, beyond the Jordan [Descender], Galil-of-the-Goyim [District, Circuit of Non-Jews],
16 Народ, який сидів у темряві, побачив велике світло, і над тими, хто сидить у країні смертної тіні, засіяло світло».
the people who lived in darkness saw a great light, to those who live in the land of the shadow of death, to them light has dawned.”
17 Відтоді Ісус почав проповідувати та казати: «Покайтеся, бо наблизилось Царство Небесне!»
From that time, Yeshua [Salvation] began to preach, and to say, “Teshuvah ·Turn repent·! For the Kingdom of Heaven (God) is at hand.”
18 Коли [Ісус] проходив біля Галілейського моря, то побачив двох братів: Симона, якого звали Петром, та Андрія, його брата, які закидали сіті в море, оскільки були рибалками.
Walking by the sea of Galilee [District, Circuit], he saw two brothers: Simeon [Hearing], who is called Peter [Rock], and Andrew [Manly], his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen.
19 Він сказав їм: «Ідіть за Мною, і Я зроблю вас ловцями людей».
He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.”
20 Вони ж відразу залишили сіті та пішли за Ним.
They immediately left their nets and followed him.
21 Потім пішов далі й побачив двох інших братів: Якова, сина Зеведеєва, та Івана, його брата. Вони сиділи в човні разом зі своїм батьком Зеведеєм та лагодили сіті. [Ісус] покликав і їх.
Going on from there, he saw two other brothers, James son of Zebedee [Surplanter son of Yah Has Bestowed], and John [Yah is gracious] his brother, in the boat with Zebedee [Bestowed by Yah] their father, mending their nets. He called them.
22 Вони відразу залишили човен та свого батька й пішли за Ісусом.
They immediately left the boat and their father, and followed him.
23 [Ісус] ходив по всій Галілеї, навчаючи в їхніх синагогах та проповідуючи Добру Звістку Царства [Небесного]. Він зцілював усі хвороби та недуги в народі.
Yeshua [Salvation] went about in all Galilee [District, Circuit], teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.
24 Звістка про Ісуса розійшлася по всій Сирії. До Нього приводили всіх хворих і тих, що страждали на різні недуги, а також біснуватих, епілептиків та паралізованих, і Він зціляв їх.
The report about him went out into all Syria [Elevated]. They brought to him all who were sick, afflicted with various diseases and torments, possessed with demons, epileptics, and paralytics; and he healed them.
25 Великі натовпи з Галілеї, Десятимістя, Єрусалима, Юдеї та з-за Йордану йшли за Ним.
Great multitudes from Galilee [District, Circuit], Decapolis, Jerusalem [City of peace], Judea [Praise] and from beyond the Jordan [Descender] followed him.
