Від Луки 20
1 Одного дня, коли [Ісус] навчав народ у Храмі, проповідуючи Добру Звістку, до Нього підійшли первосвященники, книжники та старійшини
On one of those days, as he was teaching the people in the temple and preaching the Good News, the priests and Torah-Teachers came to him with the elders.
2 й запитали Його: ―Скажи нам, якою владою Ти це робиш? Або хто дав Тобі таку владу?
They asked him, “Tell us: by what authority do you do these things? Or who is giving you this authority?”
3 [Ісус] сказав їм у відповідь: ―Запитаю і Я вас про одне. Скажіть Мені:
He answered them, “I also will ask you one question. Tell me:
4 Іванове хрещення було з Неба чи від людей?
the baptism of John [Yah is gracious], was it from heaven, or from men?”
5 Вони ж стали говорити між собою: ―Якщо скажемо: «З неба», Він запитає: «Чому ж ви не повірили йому?»
They reasoned with themselves, saying, “If we say, ‘From heaven,’ he will say, ‘Why didn’t you believe him?’
6 Якщо ж ми скажемо: «Від людей», то весь народ поб’є нас камінням, бо вони переконані, що Іван був пророком.
But if we say, ‘From men,’ all the people will stone us, for they are persuaded that John [Yah is gracious] was a prophet.”
7 Тож вони відповіли, що не знають, звідки воно.
They answered that they didn’t know where it was from.
8 Ісус сказав: ―Тоді і Я не скажу, якою владою це роблю.
Yeshua [Salvation] said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.”
9 І почав Він розповідати людям таку притчу: ―Один чоловік посадив виноградник, здав його в оренду виноградарям та вирушив у подорож на довгий час.
He began to tell the people this parable. “A man planted a vineyard, and rented it out to some farmers, and went into another country for a long time.
10 Коли надійшов час, він надіслав одного раба до виноградарів, щоб вони віддали його частину врожаю. Однак виноградарі побили його й відіслали назад ні з чим.
At the proper season, he sent a servant to the farmers to collect his share of the fruit of the vineyard. But the farmers beat him, and sent him away empty.
11 Він надіслав іншого раба, але вони й того, побивши та зневаживши, відіслали ні з чим.
He sent yet another servant, and they also beat him, and treated him shamefully, and sent him away empty.
12 Він надіслав третього, але вони й цього поранили та викинули з [виноградника].
He sent yet a third, and they also wounded him, and threw him out.
13 Тоді господар виноградника подумав: «Що ж мені робити? Надішлю [до них] мого улюбленого сина, може, його поважатимуть!»
The lord of the vineyard said, ‘What shall I do? I will send my agapetos ·beloved, esteemed· son. It may be that seeing him, they will respect him.’
14 Але виноградарі, побачивши його, сказали один одному: «Це спадкоємець, ходімо та вб’ємо його, щоб спадщина дісталася нам!»
“But when the farmers saw him, they reasoned among themselves, saying, ‘This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him, that the inheritance may be ours.’
15 Вони його вивели з виноградника та вбили. Що ж зробить із ними господар виноградника?
They threw him out of the vineyard, and killed him. What therefore will the lord of the vineyard do to them?
16 Він прийде та вб’є тих виноградарів, а виноградник віддасть іншим. Тоді ті, хто слухав, сказали: ―Нехай не станеться так!
He will come and destroy these farmers, and will give the vineyard to others.” When they heard it, they said, “May it never be!”
17 Але [Ісус], подивившись на них, запитав: ―Тоді що означає написане: «Камінь, який відкинули будівничі, став наріжним каменем»?
But he looked at them, and said, “Then what is this that is written, ‘The stone which the builders rejected, the same was made the chief cornerstone'?
18 Кожен, хто впаде на цей камінь, буде розбитий, а той, на кого він впаде, буде розчавлений.
Everyone who falls on that stone will be broken to pieces, but it will crush whomever it falls on to dust.”
19 Книжники та первосвященники шукали нагоди схопити [Ісуса], але боялися народу. Вони зрозуміли, що Він про них сказав цю притчу.
The chief priests and the Torah-Teachers sought to lay hands on him that very hour, but they feared the people— for they knew he had spoken this parable against them.
20 І почали вони уважно слідкувати за Ним, надіслали людей, які вдавали із себе праведних, щоб спіймати Його на слові й видати владі намісника.
They watched him, and sent out spies, who pretended to be upright, that they might trap him in something he said, so as to deliver him up to the power and authority of the governor.
21 Вони запитали Його: ―Учителю, ми знаємо, що Ти правдиво говориш та навчаєш. Ти не зважаєш на людське обличчя, а правдиво навчаєш Божого шляху.
They asked him, “Teacher, we know that you say and teach what is right, and are not partial to anyone, but truly teach the way of God.
22 Чи годиться нам платити податок Кесареві, чи ні?
Does Torah ·Teaching· permit us to pay taxes to Caesar [Ruler], or not?”
23 Зрозумівши їхню хитрість, [Ісус] сказав їм:
But he perceived their craftiness, and said to them, “Why do you test me?
24 ―Покажіть Мені динарій! Чиє на ньому зображення та напис? Вони відповіли: ―Кесаря!
Show me a denarius [one day’s wage]. Whose image and inscription are on it?” They answered, “Caesar’s [Ruler]’s.”
25 Тоді Він сказав: ―Тож віддайте Кесареві Кесареве, а Богові – Боже!
He said to them, “Then give to Caesar [Ruler] the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”
26 Вони не змогли впіймати Його на слові перед народом і, здивовані Його відповіддю, замовкли.
They were not able to trap him in his words before the people. They marveled at his answer, and were silent.
27 Тоді підійшли [до Ісуса] деякі садукеї, які кажуть, що немає воскресіння [з мертвих], і запитали Його:
Some of the Sadducees [Morally-upright] came to him, those who deny that there is a resurrection.
28 ―Учителю, Мойсей написав нам: «Якщо чийсь брат помре та залишить дружину бездітною, то нехай його брат візьме дружину померлого та підніме нащадка своєму братові».
They asked him, “Teacher, Moses [Drawn out] wrote to us that if a man’s brother dies having a wife, and he is childless, his brother should take the wife, and raise up children for his brother.
29 Було семеро братів. Перший одружився та помер бездітним.
There were therefore seven brothers. The first took a wife, and died childless.
30 Потім другий
The second took her as wife, and he died childless.
31 і третій одружувалися з вдовою, і так усі семеро. Вони померли, не залишивши дітей після себе.
The third took her, and likewise the seven all left no children, and died.
32 Після всіх померла й жінка.
Afterward the woman also died.
33 Отже, при воскресінні чиєю дружиною вона буде? Адже всі семеро мали її за дружину.
Therefore in the resurrection whose wife of them will she be? For the seven had her as a wife.”
Yeshua [Salvation] said to them, “The children of this age marry, and are given in marriage. (aiōn g165)
35 Але ті, що будуть достойні того віку й воскресіння з мертвих, не будуть одружуватись і не виходитимуть заміж. (aiōn g165)
But those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage. (aiōn g165)
36 І померти вже не зможуть, а будуть як ангели, бо вони є синами Божими та синами воскресіння.
For they can’t die any more, for they are like the angels, and are children of God, being children of the resurrection.
37 А те, що мертві воскресають, показав Мойсей при полум’ї вогню тернового куща, коли назвав Господа Богом Авраама, Богом Ісаака і Богом Якова.
But that the dead are raised, even Moses [Drawn out] showed at the bush, when Yahweh said ‘The God of Abraham [Father of a multitude], the God of Isaac [Laughter], and the God of Jacob [Supplanter].’
38 Він є Богом не мертвих, а живих! Для Нього всі живі!
Now he is not the God of the dead, but of the living, for all are alive to him.”
39 Деякі з книжників сказали: ―Учителю, Ти добре сказав!
Some of the Torah-Teachers answered, “Teacher, you speak well.”
40 І більше ніхто не наважувався ставити Йому запитання.
They didn’t dare to ask him any more questions.
41 Потім [Ісус] запитав їх: ―Чому вони кажуть, що Христос є сином Давида?
He said to them, “Why do they say that the Messiah [Anointed one] is David [Beloved]’s son?
42 Сам же Давид каже в книзі Псалмів: «Господь сказав Господеві моєму: „Сядь праворуч від Мене,
For David [Beloved] himself says in the book of Psalms,
43 доки Я не покладу ворогів Твоїх, як підніжок для Твоїх ніг“».
‘Yahweh said to adoni [my Lord], “Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”’
44 Давид називає Його Господом, як Він може бути його Сином?
“David [Beloved] therefore calls him Lord, so how is he his son?”
45 Коли весь народ слухав, [Ісус] промовив до учнів:
In the hearing of all the people, he said to his disciples,
46 «Стережіться книжників: їм подобається одягатись у довгі одежі, вони люблять привітання на ринках, перші місця в синагогах та почесні місця на бенкетах.
“Beware of the Torah-Teachers, who like to walk in long robes, and phileo ·affectionately love, have high regard for· greetings in the marketplaces, the best seats in the synagogues, and the best places at feasts;
47 Вони з’їдають доми вдів, але прикриваються довгими молитвами. Вони отримають суворіше покарання».
who devour widows’ houses, and for a pretense make long prayers: these will receive greater condemnation.”
