< Luka 21 >

1 Yesu te asɔredan mu hɔ no, ɔhunuu asikafoɔ bi a wɔde wɔn afɔrebɔdeɛ akɛseakɛseɛ regu afɔrebɔ adaka no mu.
And looking around, he saw the wealthy putting their donations into the offertory.
2 Ɔhunuu okunafoɔ hiani bi nso sɛ ɔde sika kakra bi too afɔdeɛ adaka no mu.
Then he also saw a certain widow, a pauper, putting in two small brass coins.
3 Yesu ka kyerɛɛ nnipa a na wɔwɔ asɔredan mu hɔ no sɛ, “Nokorɛ mu, afɔdeɛ a okunafoɔ hiani yi bɛbɔeɛ no som bo sene afɔdeɛ akɛseakɛseɛ a asikafoɔ no bɛbɔeɛ no nyinaa.
And he said: “Truly, I say to you, that this poor widow has put in more than all the others.
4 Wɔn nyinaa de deɛ wɔanya ama aboro so no bi na ɛbɛbɔɔ afɔdeɛ, na yei deɛ, ɔfiri ne hia mu de ne sika a ɔwɔ nyinaa na abɛgu mu yi.”
For all these, out of their abundance, have added to the gifts for God. But she, out of what she needed, has put in all that she had to live on.”
5 Yesu akyidifoɔ no bi kamfoo aboɔ fɛfɛ a wɔde sii asɔredan no ne adwinneɛ ahodoɔ a wɔadi agu ɛdan no ho no. Nanso, Yesu kaa sɛ,
And when some of them were saying, about the temple, that it was adorned with excellent stones and gifts, he said,
6 “Ɛberɛ bi bɛba a, wɔbɛdwiri nneɛma a morekamfo yi nyinaa agu a hwee renka.”
“These things that you see, the days will arrive when there will not be left behind stone upon stone, which is not thrown down.”
7 Wɔbisaa no sɛ, “Ɔkyerɛkyerɛfoɔ, berɛ bɛn na asɛm a woreka yi bɛsi, na ɛho nsɛnkyerɛnneɛ bɛyɛ sɛn?”
Then they questioned him, saying: “Teacher, when will these things be? And what will be the sign when these things will happen?”
8 Yesu buaa sɛ, “Monhwɛ mo ho so yie na obi annaadaa mo, ɛfiri sɛ, nnipa pii bɛsɔre aka sɛ, ‘Mene Kristo no’ na ɛberɛ no abɛn, nanso monnnye wɔn nni!
And he said: “Be cautious, lest you be seduced. For many will come in my name, saying: ‘For I am he,’ and, ‘The time has drawn near.’ And so, do not choose to go after them.
9 Sɛ mote akokoakoko ne sɛ wɔsɔre tia aman a, monnsuro ɛfiri sɛ, ɛsɛ sɛ saa nneɛma yi di ɛkan ba nanso na ɛnkyerɛ sɛ awieeɛ no abɛn.”
And when you will have heard of battles and seditions, do not be terrified. These things must happen first. But the end is not so soon.”
10 Ɔkaa bio sɛ, “Aman bɛsɔre aman so na ahennie asɔre ahennie so.
Then he said to them: “People will rise up against people, and kingdom against kingdom.
11 Asasewosoɔ a ɛyɛ hu bɛba, ɛkɔm bɛba na nneɛma a ɛyɛ hu bɛfiri ewiem asisi.
And there will be great earthquakes in various places, and pestilences, and famines, and terrors from heaven; and there will be great signs.
12 “Nanso, ansa na yeinom nyinaa bɛsisi no, me din enti, wɔbɛtaa mo akyekye mo, de mo akɔ hyiadan mu ne afiase ne ahemfo ne atumfoɔ anim.
But before all these things, they will lay their hands on you and persecute you, handing you over to synagogues and into custody, dragging you before kings and governors, because of my name.
13 Yei bɛma moanya ɛkwan adi me ho adanseɛ.
And this will be an opportunity for you to give testimony.
14 Nanso, monnnwene nsɛm a mobɛka de ayi mo ho ano no ho;
Therefore, set this in your hearts: that you should not consider in advance how you might respond.
15 Ɛfiri sɛ, mɛma mo nsɛm ne nyansa a mode bɛyi mo ho ano a mo atamfoɔ rentumi nnyina mo anim.
For I will give to you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries will not be able to resist or contradict.
16 Mo awofoɔ, mo nuanom, mo abusuafoɔ ne mo nnamfonom bɛyi mo ama na wɔbɛkum mo mu bi.
And you will be handed over by your parents, and brothers, and relatives, and friends. And they will bring about the death of some of you.
17 Na me enti, nnipa bɛtan mo.
And you will be hated by all because of my name.
18 Nanso, mo tirinwi baako pɛ mpo renyera.
And yet, not a hair of your head will perish.
19 Na sɛ motumi gyina pintinn a, mobɛnya nkwa a ɛnni awieeɛ.”
By your patience, you shall possess your souls.
20 “Sɛ mohunu sɛ asraafoɔ atwa Yerusalem ho ahyia a, na ɛkyerɛ sɛ ne sɛeɛ abɛn.
Then, when you will have seen Jerusalem encircled by an army, know then that its desolation has drawn near.
21 Saa ɛberɛ no wɔn a wɔte Yudea nnwane nkɔ mmepɔ no so; wɔn a wɔwɔ kuro no mu no nnwane mfiri mu, na wɔn nso a wɔwɔ nkuraase ne mfuom no ntena hɔ ara.
Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, and those who are in its midst withdraw, and those who are in the countryside not enter into it.
22 Saa ɛberɛ yi mu na Onyankopɔn asotwe a adiyifoɔ no hyɛɛ ho nkɔm wɔ Atwerɛsɛm no mu no bɛba mu.
For these are the days of retribution, so that all things may be fulfilled, which have been written.
23 Wɔn a wɔafa afuro ne wɔn a wɔturu mma saa ɛberɛ no mu no nnue. Amanehunu a ɛnni kabea bɛba ɔman no so na Onyankopɔn abufuhyeɛ nso aba nnipa no so.
Then woe to those who are pregnant or nursing in those days. For there will be great distress upon the land and great wrath upon this people.
24 Ebinom bɛtotɔ wɔ sekan ano na wɔafa ebinom nso nnommum de wɔn akɔ amanaman so na amanaman bɛsɛe Yerusalem, adi so akɔsi ɛberɛ a Onyankopɔn ahyehyɛ sɛ amanaman nni wɔn so no bɛtwam.”
And they will fall by the edge of the sword. And they will be led away as captives into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by the Gentiles, until the times of the nations are fulfilled.
25 “Nsɛnkyerɛnneɛ bɛba owia, ɔsrane ne nsoromma mu na ɛpo asorɔkye bɛbobom, aworo so ama ne nnyegyeeɛ denden no de ahoyera aba aman nyinaa so.
And there will be signs in the sun and the moon and the stars. And there will be, on earth, distress among the Gentiles, out of confusion at the roaring of the sea and of the waves:
26 Esiane nneɛma a ɛyɛ hu a ɛbɛba asase so no enti, nnipa pii bɛtotɔ bera na abɔdeɛ a ɛwɔ ewiem nso awoso ahoɔden so.
men withering away out of fear and out of apprehension over the things that will overwhelm the whole world. For the powers of the heavens will be moved.
27 Saa ɛberɛ no na wɔbɛhunu Onipa Ba no sɛ ɔde tumi ne animuonyam a ɛso nam omununkum mu reba.
And then they will see the Son of man coming on a cloud, with great power and majesty.
28 Sɛ saa asɛm yi firi aseɛ sisi a, momfa gyidie nnyina pintinn, ɛfiri sɛ, na mo nkwagyeberɛ abɛn.”
But when these things begin to happen, lift up your heads and look around you, because your redemption draws near.”
29 Yesu buu wɔn ɛbɛ bi sɛ, “Monhwɛ borɔdɔma ne nnua nyinaa.
And he told them a comparison: “Take notice of the fig tree and of all the trees.
30 Sɛ ɛyiyi nhahan foforɔ a, na ɛkyerɛ sɛ osutɔberɛ aduru.
When presently they produce fruit from themselves, you know that summer is near.
31 Saa ara nso na sɛ mohunu nsɛnkyerɛnneɛ a moreka ho asɛm yi a, monhunu sɛ Onyankopɔn Ahennie no abɛn.
So you also, when you will have seen these things happen, know that the kingdom of God is near.
32 “Nokorɛ me se mo sɛ, awontoatoasoɔ yi rentwam, gye sɛ saa nneɛma yi nyinaa aba mu ansa.
Amen I say to you, this lineage shall not pass away, until all these things happen.
33 Ɔsoro ne asase bɛtwam, nanso me nsɛm deɛ, ɛrentwam da.
Heaven and earth shall pass away. But my words shall not pass away.
34 “Monhwɛ mo ho so yie! Mommma adiditrasoɔ ne nsãborɔ ne asetena mu dadwene nni mo so, anyɛ saa a, me ba a mɛba bio no bɛfu mo mu.
But be attentive to yourselves, lest perhaps your hearts may be weighed down by self-indulgence and inebriation and the cares of this life. And then that day may overwhelm you suddenly.
35 Ɛfiri sɛ, me ba a mɛba no bɛfu nnipa a wɔte asase so nyinaa mu.
For like a snare it will overwhelm all those who sit upon the face of the entire earth.
36 Monwɛn. Ɛberɛ biara mommɔ mpaeɛ na moanya ahoɔden de agyina saa nneɛma yi nyinaa ano, na Onipa Ba no sane ba bio a, moatumi agyina nʼanim.”
And so, be vigilant, praying at all times, so that you may be held worthy to escape from all these things, which are in the future, and to stand before the Son of man.”
37 Ɛda biara, na Yesu kɔ asɔredan mu hɔ kɔkyerɛkyerɛ, na sɛ ɛduru anwummerɛ biara a, Yesu kɔ Ngo Bepɔ no so kɔhome.
Now in the daytime, he was teaching in the temple. But truly, departing in the evening, he lodged on the mount that is called Olivet.
38 Na nnipa pii sɔre anɔpahema biara kɔtie no wɔ asɔredan mu.
And all the people arrived in the morning to listen to him in the temple.
