< Hesekiel 47 >

1 Ɔbarima no de me sane baa asɔredan no ɛkwan ano, na mehunuu sɛ nsuo firi asɔredan no aboboano ase a ɛtene kɔ apueeɛ fam (na asɔredan no ani hwɛ apueeɛ fam). Na nsuo no tene firii asɔredan no ase wɔ anafoɔ fam; afɔrebukyia no anafoɔ fam.
He brought me back to the door of the temple; and behold, waters flowed out from under the threshold of the temple eastward, for the front of the temple faced toward the east. The waters came down from underneath, from the right side of the temple, on the south of the altar.
2 Ɔde me firii adi faa atifi fam ɛpono no mu na ɔde me faa mfikyire baa abɔntenpono a ani hwɛ apueeɛ no, na na nsuo no tene firi anafoɔ fam.
Then he brought me out by the way of the gate northward, and led me around by the way outside to the outer gate, by the way of the gate that looks toward the east. Behold, waters ran out on the right side.
3 Ɛberɛ a ɔbarima no rekɔ apueeɛ fam a ɔkura susuhoma no, ɔsusuu anammɔn apem ahanum, na afei ɔde me faa nsuo a ɛdeda nan ase mu.
When the man went out eastward with the line in his hand, he measured one thousand cubits, and he caused me to pass through the waters, waters that were to the ankles.
4 Ɔsusuu anammɔn apem ahanum bio na ɔde me faa nsuo a ɛdeda kotodwe mu. Ɔsusuu anammɔn apem ahanum bio na ɔde me faa nsuo a ɛdeda sisie mu.
Again he measured one thousand, and caused me to pass through the waters, waters that were to the knees. Again he measured one thousand, and caused me to pass through waters that were to the waist.
Afterward he measured one thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass through, for the waters had risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be walked through.
6 Ɔbisaa me sɛ, “Onipa ba wohunu yei anaa?” Afei ɔsane de me baa asubɔnten no konkɔn so.
He said to me, “Son of man, have you seen this?” Then he brought me and caused me to return to the bank of the river.
7 Meduruu hɔ no, mehunuu nnua bebree wɔ asubɔnten no nkonkɔn mmienu no so.
Now when I had returned, behold, on the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the other.
8 Ɔka kyerɛɛ me sɛ, “Saa nsuo yi tene kɔ apueeɛ fam kɔbɔ Araba mu na ɛhɔ na ɛbɔ ɛpo mu. Baabi a ɛbɔ ɛpo mu hɔ nsuo no yɛ deɛ nkyene nni mu.
Then he said to me, “These waters flow out toward the eastern region and will go down into the Arabah. Then they will go toward the sea and flow into the sea which will be made to flow out; and the waters will be healed.
9 Baabiara a nsuo no tene fa no, abɔdeɛ a wɔwɔ nkwa bebree bɛtena hɔ. Mpataa bebree bɛba hɔ ɛfiri sɛ saa nsuo no tene fa hɔ na ɛma nsuo a ɛyɛ nkyenkyen no yɛ nsu pa; biribiara yɛ yie wɔ baabiara nsuo no tene fa.
It will happen that every living creature which swarms, in every place where the rivers come, will live. Then there will be a very great multitude of fish; for these waters have come there, and the waters of the sea will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river comes.
10 Apofofoɔ bɛgyinagyina mpoano hɔ; ɛfiri En-Gedi kɔsi En-Eglaim. Wɔbɛnya baabi ahata wɔn asau. Mpataa no bɛyɛ ahodoɔ bebree te sɛ mpataa a ɛwɔ Ɛpo kɛseɛ no mu.
It will happen that fishermen will stand by it. From En Gedi even to En Eglaim will be a place for the spreading of nets. Their fish will be after their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceedingly many.
11 Nanso atɛkyɛ ne aforɔ no deɛ, ɛbɛtena hɔ saa ara. Wɔbɛgya hɔ ama adane nkyene.
But its swamps and marshes will not be healed. They will be given up to salt.
12 Nnuaba nnua ahodoɔ bɛnyini wɔ asubɔnten no konkɔn mmienu no so. Wɔn nhahan rempo, na wɔbɛso aba biribiara. Wɔbɛso aba ɔbosome biara, ɛfiri sɛ nsuo a ɛfiri kronkronbea hɔ no tene kɔ hɔ. Wɔn aba bɛyɛ aduane na wɔde wɔn nhahan asa yadeɛ.”
By the river banks, on both sides, will grow every tree for food, whose leaf won’t wither, neither will its fruit fail. It will produce new fruit every month, because its waters issue out of the sanctuary. Its fruit will be for food, and its leaf for healing.”
13 Yei ne deɛ Otumfoɔ Awurade seɛ: “Ahyeɛ a wobɛtoto de akyekyɛ asase no mu ama Israel mmusuakuo dumienu no sɛ agyapadeɛ a kyɛfa mmienu bɛyɛ Yosef dea no nie.
The Lord Yahweh says: “This shall be the border by which you shall divide the land for inheritance according to the twelve tribes of Israel. Joseph shall have two portions.
14 Wobɛkyekyɛ mu pɛpɛɛpɛ ama wɔn. Ɛfiri sɛ memaa me nsa so kaa ntam sɛ mede bɛma mo agyanom na saa asase yi bɛyɛ mo agyapadeɛ.
You shall inherit it, one as well as another; for I swore to give it to your fathers. This land will fall to you for inheritance.
15 “Yei na ɛbɛyɛ asase no hyeɛ: “Atifi fam hyeɛ no bɛfa Hetlon ɛkwan so akɔfiri Ɛpo kɛseɛ no, atwam Lebo Hamat akɔ Sedad,
“This shall be the border of the land: “On the north side, from the great sea, by the way of Hethlon, to the entrance of Zedad;
16 Berota ne Sibraim (a ɛda Damasko ne Hamat hyeɛ no ntam), na atoa so akɔ Haser-Hatikon a ɛno nso wɔ Hauran hyeɛ so.
Hamath, Berothah, Sibraim (which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath), to Hazer Hatticon, which is by the border of Hauran.
17 Ɛhyeɛ no bɛfiri ɛpo no, afa Damasko atifi fam hyeɛ so akɔsi Hasar-Enan na Hamat hyeɛ no abɛda atifi fam. Yei na ɛbɛyɛ atifi fam hyeɛ.
The border from the sea shall be Hazar Enon at the border of Damascus; and on the north northward is the border of Hamath. This is the north side.
18 Apueeɛ fam hyeɛ no bɛfiri Hauran ne Damasko ntam afa Yordan a ɛda Gilead ne Israel asase no ntam, atoa so afa apueeɛ fam ɛpo no akɔsi Tamar. Yei na ɛbɛyɛ apueeɛ fam hyeɛ.”
“The east side, between Hauran, Damascus, Gilead, and the land of Israel, shall be the Jordan; from the north border to the east sea you shall measure. This is the east side.
19 Anafoɔ fam hyeɛ no bɛfiri Tamar akɔ Meriba Kades nsuwansuwa ho, na atoa so afa Misraim asuwa akɔsi Ɛpo Kɛseɛ no. Yei na ɛbɛyɛ anafoɔ fam hyeɛ.
“The south side southward shall be from Tamar as far as the waters of Meriboth Kadesh, to the brook, to the great sea. This is the south side southward.
20 Atɔeɛ fam no, Ɛpo Kɛseɛ no bɛyɛ ɛhyeɛ akɔsi beaeɛ bi a ɛne Lebo Hamat di nhwɛanim. Yei bɛyɛ atɔeɛ fam hyeɛ.
“The west side shall be the great sea, from the south border as far as opposite the entrance of Hamath. This is the west side.
21 “Monkyekyɛ asase yi mma mo ho mo ho, sɛdeɛ Israel mmusuakuo no teɛ.
“So you shall divide this land to yourselves according to the tribes of Israel.
22 Monkyekyɛ mu sɛ agyapadeɛ mma mo ho ne ahɔhoɔ a wɔte mo mu a wɔwɔ mma. Ɛsɛ sɛ mofa wɔn sɛ nnipa a wɔawo wɔn sɛ Israelfoɔ te sɛ mo ara; ɛsɛ sɛ wɔnya kyɛfa wɔ Israel mmusuakuo no mu.
You shall divide it by lot for an inheritance to you and to the aliens who live among you, who will father children among you. Then they shall be to you as the native-born among the children of Israel. They shall have inheritance with you among the tribes of Israel.
23 Abusuakuo biara a ɔhɔhoɔ bi bɛdɔm no, emu na ɛsɛ sɛ woma no nʼagyapadeɛ,” Otumfoɔ Awurade asɛm nie.
In whatever tribe the stranger lives, there you shall give him his inheritance,” says the Lord Yahweh.
