1 Mfeɛ edu so bosome a ɛtɔ so edu no ɛda a ɛtɔ so dumienu no, Awurade asɛm baa me nkyɛn sɛ:
In the tenthe yeer, in the tweluethe monethe, in the firste dai of the monethe, the word of the Lord was maad to me, and he seide,
2 “Onipa ba, fa wʼani kyerɛ Misraimhene Farao so na hyɛ nkɔm tia no ne Misraim nyinaa.
Thou, sone of man, sette thi face ayens Farao, king of Egipt; and thou schalt profesie of hym, and of al Egipt.
3 Kasa kyerɛ no na ka sɛ: ‘Yei ne deɛ Otumfoɔ Awurade seɛ. “‘Me ne wo anya, Misraimhene Farao asuboa kɛseɛ a woda wo asutene mu.’” Woka sɛ, “Nil yɛ me dea; meyɛ maa me ho.”
Speke thou, and thou schalt seie, The Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y to thee, thou Farao, kyng of Egipt, thou grete dragoun, that liggist in the myddis of thi floodis, and seist, The flood is myn, and Y made mysilf.
4 Na mede nnarewa bɛsosɔ wʼapantan mu na mama mpataa a ɛwɔ wo asutene mu afenfam wo ho. Mɛtwe wo afiri wo asutene no mu, a mpataa no nyinaa tetare wo ho.
And Y schal sette a bridil in thi chekis, and Y schal glue the fischis of thi floodis to thi scalis; and Y schal drawe thee out of the myddis of thi floodis, and alle thi fischis schulen cleue to thi scalis.
5 Megya wo hɔ wɔ ɛserɛ no so, wo ne mpataa a wɔwɔ wo asutene mu no nyinaa. Wobɛhwe ase wɔ asase petee mu a wɔrempagya wo bio. Mede wo bɛma asase so mmoa ne ewiem nnomaa sɛ wɔn aduane.
And Y schal caste thee forth in to desert, and alle the fischis of thi flood; on the face of erthe thou schalt falle doun, thou schalt not be gaderid, nethir schalt be gaderid togidere; to the beestis of erthe, and to the volatilis of the eir Y yaf thee to be deuourid.
6 Afei wɔn a wɔte Misraim nyinaa bɛhunu sɛ mene Awurade no. “‘Woayɛ sɛ demmire poma ama Israel efie.
And alle the dwelleris of Egipt schulen knowe, that Y am the Lord. For that that thou were a staf of rehed to the hous of Israel, whanne thei token thee with hond,
7 Wɔde wɔn ho too wo so no, wo mu bukaaeɛ na wowɔɔ wɔn mmatire. Wɔtweree woɔ no, wo mu buiɛ ma wɔn sisi hinhimiiɛ.
and thou were brokun, and to-rentist ech schuldre of hem, and whanne thei restiden on thee, thou were maad lesse, and thou hast discoumfortid alle the reynes of hem;
8 “‘Ɛno enti sei na Otumfoɔ Awurade seɛ: Mede akofena bɛba abɛtia wo na makunkum wo mmarima ne wɔn mmoa.
therfor the Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal bringe a swerd on thee, and Y schal sle of thee man and beeste;
9 Misraim bɛda mpan na asɛe. Ɛno na wɔbɛhunu sɛ mene Awurade. “‘Ɛfiri sɛ wo kaa sɛ, “Nil yɛ me dea; Me na meyɛeɛ,” enti
and the lond of Egipt schal be in to desert, and in to wildirnesse, and thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord. For that that thou seidist, The flood is myn, and Y made it, therfor lo!
10 me ne wo ne wo asutene anya, na mɛma Misraim asase asɛe na ada mpan, ɛfiri Migdol kɔsi Aswan twam de kɔka Kus hyeɛ so.
Y to thee, and to thi floodis. And Y schal yyue `in to wildirnesses the lond of Egipt distried bi swerd, fro the tour of Sienes til to the termes of Ethiopie.
11 Onipa anaa aboa biara nan rensi so, obiara rentena so mfeɛ aduanan.
The foot of man schal not passe bi it, nether the foot of beeste schal go in it, and it schal not be enhabitid in fourti yeer.
12 Mɛma Misraim asase no ada mpan wɔ nsase a asɛeɛ mu na ne nkuropɔn bɛda mpan mfeɛ aduanan wɔ wɔn nkuropɔn a asɛeɛ mu. Na mɛbɔ Misraimfoɔ apete wɔ amanaman mu, na mahwete wɔn wɔ nsase so.
And Y schal yyue the lond of Egipt forsakun, in the myddis of londis forsakun, and the citees therof in the myddis of a citee distried, and tho schulen be desolat bi fourti yeer. And Y schal scatere Egipcians in to naciouns, and Y schal wyndewe hem in to londis.
13 “‘Nanso yei ne deɛ Otumfoɔ Awurade seɛ: Mfeɛ aduanan akyi no, mɛboaboa Misraimfoɔ ano afiri aman a mebɔɔ wɔn petee soɔ no so.
For the Lord God seith these thingis, After the ende of fourti yeer Y schal gadere togidere Egipt fro puplis, among whiche thei weren scaterid;
14 Mede wɔn bɛfiri nnommumfa mu aba na mede wɔn akɔ Misraim Atifi, wɔn nananom asase. Ɛhɔ na wɔbɛyɛ ahennie mu kumaa bi.
and Y schal bringe ayen the caitifte of Egipte. And Y schal sette hem in the lond of Phatures, in the lond of her birthe; and thei schulen be there in to a meke rewme,
15 Ɛbɛyɛ ahennie a ɛnyɛ den na ɛrentumi mma ne ho so wɔ aman a aka no mu. Mɛyɛ no ahennie a ɛrentumi nni aman foforɔ so.
and among othere rewmes it schal be most low, and it schal no more be reisid ouer naciouns. And Y schal make hem lesse, that thei regne not on hethene men;
16 Misraim renyɛ ɔman a Israelfoɔ de wɔn ho bɛto no so bio, mmom ɛbɛkae wɔn bɔne a wɔyɛeɛ sɛ wɔde wɔn ho kɔdane no, de pɛɛ mmoa. Afei, wɔbɛhunu sɛ mene Otumfoɔ Awurade no.’”
and thei schulen no more be to the hous of Israel in trist, techinge wickidnesse, that thei fle, and sue hem; and thei schulen knowe, that Y am the Lord God.
17 Mfeɛ aduonu nson so, ɔbosome a ɛdi ɛkan no ɛda a ɛdi ɛkan no, Awurade asɛm baa me nkyɛn sɛ:
And it was don in the seuene and twentithe yeer, in the firste monethe, in the firste dai of the monethe, the word of the Lord was maad to me,
18 “Onipa ba, Babiloniahene Nebukadnessar ne nʼakodɔm koo ɔkoden tiaa Tiro, etire biara so pepaeɛ na mmatire nso so popɔreeɛ. Nanso ɔno ne nʼakodɔm no annya hwee amfiri adwumaden a wɔyɛ de tiaa Tiro no mu.
and he seide, Thou, sone of man, Nabugodonosor, kyng of Babiloyne, made his oost to serue bi greet seruyce ayens Tire; ech heed was maad ballid, and ech schuldir was maad bare of heer, and meede was not yoldun of Tire to hym, nether to his oost, for the seruyce bi which he seruede to me ayens it.
19 Ɛno enti, yei ne deɛ Otumfoɔ Awurade seɛ: Mede Misraim rebɛhyɛ Babiloniahene Nebukadnessar nsa na ɔbɛsoa nʼahodeɛ akɔ. Ɔbɛfom asase no de ayɛ akatua ama nʼakodɔm.
Therfor the Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal yyue Nabugodonosor, kyng of Babiloyne, in the lond of Egipt, and he schal take the multitude therof; and he schal take in preye the clothis therof, and he schal rauysche the spuylis therof, and meede schal be to his oost,
20 Mede Misraim ama no sɛ nʼadwumayɛ so akatua, ɛfiri sɛ ɔne nʼakodɔm ko maa me, Otumfoɔ Awurade asɛm nie.
and to the werk for which he seruyde to me ayens it; and Y yaf the lond of Egipt to hym, for that that he trauelide to me, seith the Lord God.
21 “Saa ɛda no, mɛma abɛn bi afifiri ama Israel efie, na mebue wʼano wɔ wɔn mu. Afei wɔbɛhunu sɛ mene Awurade no.”
In that dai an horn of the hous of Israel schal come forth, and Y schal yyue to thee an open mouth in the myddis of hem; and thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord.
