1 Nwoma yi firi Paulo, Silas ne Timoteo nkyɛn, Yɛde kɔma Tesalonika asafo a wɔyɛ Agya Onyankopɔn ne Awurade Yesu Kristo nkurɔfoɔ no:
Paul, and Silvanus, and Timothy, unto the Assembly of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:
2 Adom ne asomdwoeɛ a ɛfiri Agya Onyankopɔn ne yɛn Awurade Yesu Kristo nka mo.
Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 Anuanom, ɛsɛ sɛ da biara yɛda Onyankopɔn ase ma mo. Ɛsɛ sɛ yɛyɛ saa, ɛfiri sɛ, mo gyidie ne ɔdɔ a modɔ afoforɔ no mu den ara na ɛreyɛ.
We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;
4 Saa enti na yɛn ankasa yɛde mo hoahoa yɛn ho wɔ Onyankopɔn asafo ahodoɔ mu no. Yɛde ɔtaa ne amanehunu a mokɔ so gyina ano no hoahoa yɛn ho.
So that we ourselves glory in you in the Assemblies of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:
5 Yeinom nyinaa di adanseɛ sɛ, Onyankopɔn bu atɛntenenee ɛno enti, wɔbɛkan mo afra wɔn a wɔbɛkɔ nʼAhennie a morehunu ho amane no mu.
Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:
6 Onyankopɔn bɛyɛ deɛ ɛtene. Wɔn a wɔbɛma mo ahunu amane no, ɔno nso bɛma wɔahunu amane,
Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;
7 na mo a mo ne yɛn rehunu amane no nso, wama moahome. Saa asɛm yi bɛsi wɔ ɛberɛ a Awurade Yesu nam ogyaframa mu firi ɔsoro reba a nʼabɔfoɔ atumfoɔ ka ne ho no,
And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,
8 abɛtwe wɔn a wɔnnim Onyankopɔn na wɔntie yɛn Awurade Yesu Asɛmpa no aso.
In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
9 Wɔbɛkɔ daa ɔsɛeɛ mu na wɔayi wɔn afiri Awurade anim ne nʼanimuonyam mu (aiōnios g166)
Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; (aiōnios g166)
10 da a ɔbɛma nʼakyidifoɔ ne nʼasuafoɔ ahyɛ no animuonyam no. Mo nso, mobɛfra saa nkurɔfoɔ no mu, ɛfiri sɛ, moagye asɛm a yɛka kyerɛɛ mo no adi.
When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe ( because our testimony among you was believed ) in that day.
11 Yei enti na daa yɛbɔ mpaeɛ ma mo no. Yɛsrɛ Onyankopɔn sɛ ɔmma mo ntumi ntena ase mma asetena a ɛno enti ɔfrɛɛ mo no. Ɔnnyina ne tumi so mma mo tumi, nyɛ mo apɛdeɛ ne biribiara a mo gyidie bɛka akyerɛ mo sɛ monyɛ no nyinaa.
Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:
12 Yɛbɔ mpaeɛ sɛdeɛ monam yɛn Onyankopɔn ne Awurade Yesu Kristo adom so bɛhyɛ Awurade Yesu din animuonyam wɔ mo mu na mo nso, wɔahyɛ mo animuonyam wɔ ne mu.
That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
