యోబు~ గ్రంథము 30

1 ౧ ఇప్పుడైతే నాకన్న తక్కువ వయస్సు గలవారు నన్ను ఎగతాళి చేస్తారు. వీరి తండ్రులు నా మందలు కాసే కుక్కలతో ఉండడానికి తగని వారని నేను తలంచాను.

But now they that are younger than I have me in derision, whose fathers I would have disdained to have set with the dogs of my flock.

2 ౨ వారి తండ్రుల చేతుల బలం నాకేమి ప్రయోజనం? వారి వయసు మళ్ళిపోవడం చేత వారి సత్తువతగ్గిపోయింది.

Yea, whereto might the strength of their hands profit me, in whom old age was perished?

3 ౩ వారు పేదరికం చేత, కరువుచేత, శుష్కించిపోయిన వారు. పాడై నిర్మానుష్యంగా ఉన్న ఎడారిలోని చీకటి తావుల్లో ఎండిన నేలలో వెదుకులాడుతారు.

For lack and famine they were solitary; fleeing into the wilderness in former time desolate and waste.

4 ౪ వారు తుప్పల్లోని రేవు కాడలను పెరుకుతారు. దూసరి తీగె వారికి ఆహారం.

Who cut up mallows by the bushes, and juniper roots for their food.

5 ౫ వారు మనుషుల మధ్య నుండి తరిమివేయబడిన వారు. దొంగను తరుముతూ కేకలు వేసినట్టు మనుషులు వారిని తరుముతూ కేకలు వేస్తారు.

They were driven forth from among men, (they cried after them as after a thief; )

6 ౬ భయంకరమైన లోయల్లో, నేల నెర్రెల్లో బండల సందుల్లో వారు కాపురముండవలసి వచ్చింది.

To dwell in the cliffs of the valleys, in caves of the earth, and in the rocks.

7 ౭ తుప్పల్లో వారు గాడిదల్లాగా ఓండ్ర పెడతారు ముళ్లచెట్ల కింద వారు కూర్చుంటారు.

Among the bushes they brayed; under the nettles they were gathered together.

8 ౮ వారు మోటు వారికి, పేరు లేని పనికి మాలిన వారికి పుట్టినవారు. దేశంలోనుండి కొరడాలతో వారిని తరిమి వేశారు.

They were children of fools, yea, children of base men: they were viler than the earth.

9 ౯ అలాంటివారి కొడుకులు ఇప్పుడు నా గురించి పాటలు పాడుతారు. నేను వారి వేళాకోళానికి గురి అవుతున్నాను.

And now am I their song, yea, I am their byword.

10 ౧౦ వారు నన్ను అసహ్యించుకుంటారు. నా దగ్గర నుండి దూరంగా పోతారు. నన్ను చూసినప్పుడు ఉమ్మివేయక మానరు.

They detest me, they flee far from me, and spare not to spit in my face.

11 ౧౧ ఆయన నా అల్లె తాడు తప్పించి నన్ను బాధించాడు. కాబట్టి వారు నాకు లోబడక నా అదుపు తప్పి పోయారు.

Because he has loosed my cord, and afflicted me, they have also let loose the bridle before me.

12 ౧౨ నా కుడిపక్కన అల్లరిమూక లేస్తుంది. వారు నన్ను తరుముతారు. నాకు ఎదురుగా ముట్టడి దిబ్బ వేస్తారు.

Upon my right hand rise the youth; they push away my feet, and they raise up against me the ways of their destruction.

13 ౧౩ వారిని అదుపు చేసే వారు లేరు. నా దారిని పాడు చేస్తారు. నా మీదికి ఆపద లాక్కొస్తారు.

They ruin my path, they set forward my calamity, they have no helper.

14 ౧౪ గొప్ప గండి పడి జలప్రవాహం వచ్చినట్టు వారు వస్తారు. ఆ వినాశంలో వారు కొట్టుకుపోతారు.

They came upon me as a wide breaking in of waters: in the desolation they rolled themselves upon me.

15 ౧౫ భీతి నాపై దాడి చేసింది. గాలికి కొట్టుకుపోయినట్టు నా గౌరవం ఎగిరిపోయింది. మేఘం లాగా నా అభివృద్ధి కదిలి వెళ్లి పోయింది.

Terrors are turned upon me: they pursue my soul as the wind: and my welfare passes away as a cloud.

16 ౧౬ నా ప్రాణం నాలోనుంచి పార బోసినట్టు అయిపోయింది. కష్టకాలం నన్ను చేజిక్కించుకుంది.

And now my soul is poured out upon me; the days of affliction have taken hold upon me.

17 ౧౭ రాత్రివేళ నా ఎముకలు నాలో విరుగ్గొట్టినట్టు అయిపోయింది. నన్ను వేధించే నొప్పులు ఆగడం లేదు.

My bones are pierced in me in the night season: and my sinews take no rest.

18 ౧౮ దేవుని మహా బలం నా వస్త్రాన్ని ఒడిసి పట్టింది. మెడ చుట్టూ ఉండే నా చొక్కాలాగా అది బిగుసుకు పోతున్నది.

By the great force of my disease is my garment changed: it binds me about as the collar of my coat.

19 ౧౯ ఆయన నన్ను బురదలోకి తోసాడు. నేను దుమ్ములాగా బూడిదలాగా ఉన్నాను.

He has cast me into the mire, and I am become like dust and ashes.

20 ౨౦ ఓ దేవా నీకు మొర పెడుతున్నాను. అయితే నువ్వు జవాబియ్యడం లేదు. నేను నిలబడితే నువ్వు అలా చూస్తూ ఉన్నావు.

I cry unto you, and you do not hear me: I stand up, and you regard me not.

21 ౨౧ నువ్వు మారిపోయావు. నా పట్ల కఠినుడివైపోయావు. నీ బాహుబలంతో నన్ను హింసిస్తున్నావు.

You are become cruel to me: with your strong hand you oppose yourself against me.

22 ౨౨ గాలితో నన్ను ఎగరగొట్టి కొట్టుకుపోయేలా చేస్తున్నావు. తుఫానుతో నానిపోయేలా చేస్తున్నావు.

You lift me up to the wind; you cause me to ride upon it, and dissolve my substance.

23 ౨౩ నన్ను మరణానికి, అంటే జీవులందరికీ నియమించిన నివాసానికి రప్పిస్తావని నాకు తెలుసు.

For I know that you will bring me to death, and to the house appointed for all living.

24 ౨౪ ఎవరైనా పడిపోతూ ఉన్నప్పుడు సహాయం కోసం చెయ్యి చాపడా? ఆపదలో రక్షించమని మొర పెట్టడా?

Nevertheless he will not stretch out his hand to the grave, though they cry in his destruction.

25 ౨౫ బాధలో ఉన్న వారి కోసం నేను ఏడవ లేదా? దరిద్రుల నిమిత్తం నేను దుఖించ లేదా?

Did not I weep for him that was in trouble? was not my soul grieved for the poor?

26 ౨౬ నాకు మేలు కలుగుతుందని నేను ఆశించాను. కానీ నాకు కీడు సంభవించింది. వెలుగు కోసం నేను కనిపెట్టగా చీకటి దక్కింది.

When I looked for good, then evil came unto me: and when I waited for light, there came darkness.

27 ౨౭ నా పేగులు మానక మండుతున్నాయి అపాయ దినాలు నన్నెదుర్కొన్నాయి.

My bowels boiled, and rested not: the days of affliction prevented me.

28 ౨౮ సూర్య కాంతి కరువై వ్యాకులపడుతూ నేను సంచరిస్తున్నాను. సమాజంలో నిలబడి మొరపెడుతున్నాను.

I went mourning without the sun: I stood up, and I cried in the congregation.

29 ౨౯ నేను నక్కలకు అన్ననయ్యాను. నిప్పుకోళ్లకు మిత్రుడిని అయ్యాను.

I am a brother to dragons, and a companion to owls.

30 ౩౦ నా చర్మం నల్లబడి నా మీద నుండి ఊడిపోతున్నది. వేడిమి వలన నా ఎముకలు కాగిపోయాయి.

My skin is black upon me, and my bones are burned with heat.

31 ౩౧ నా స్వరమండలం శోక గీతం వినిపిస్తున్నది. నా వేణువు రోదనశబ్దం ఆలపిస్తున్నది.

My harp also is turned to mourning, and my organ into the voice of them that weep.
