சங்கீதம் 57

1 ௧ தாவீது அளித்த பாடல்களில் ஒன்று. எனக்கு இரங்கும், தேவனே, எனக்கு இரங்கும்; உம்மை என்னுடைய ஆத்துமா சார்ந்துகொள்கிறது; பிரச்சனைகள் கடந்துபோகும்வரை உமது சிறகுகளின் நிழலிலே வந்து அடைவேன்.

To the choirmaster al-tashcheth of David a miktam when fled he from before Saul in the cave. Show favor to me O God - show favor to me for in you it takes refuge self my and in [the] shadow of wings your I take refuge until it will pass by destruction.

2 ௨ எனக்காக யாவையும் செய்து முடிக்கப்போகிற தேவனாகிய உன்னதமான தேவனை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிடுவேன்.

8 ௮ என்னுடைய மனமே, விழி; வீணையே, சுரமண்டலமே, விழியுங்கள்; அதிகாலையில் விழித்துக்கொள்வேன்.

Awake! O honor my awake! O lyre and harp I will waken [the] dawn.

9 ௯ ஆண்டவரே, மக்களுக்குள்ளே உம்மைத் துதிப்பேன்; தேசங்களுக்குள்ளே உம்மைப் புகழ்ந்து பாடுவேன்.

I will give thanks to you among the peoples - O Lord I will sing praises to you not nations.

10 ௧0 உமது கிருபை வானம்வரையும், உமது சத்தியம் மேகமண்டலங்கள்வரையும் எட்டுகிறது.

For [is] great to [the] heavens covenant loyalty your and to [the] clouds faithfulness your.

11 ௧௧ தேவனே, வானங்களுக்கு மேலாக உயர்ந்தருளும்; உமது மகிமை பூமியனைத்தின்மேலும் உயர்ந்திருப்பதாக.

Be exalted! above [the] heavens O God [be] over all the earth glory your.
