எசேக்கியேல் 40
1 ௧ நாங்கள் பாபிலோனில் சிறைப்பட்டுப்போன இருபத்தைந்தாம் வருடத்தின் ஆரம்பத்தில் முதலாம் மாதம் பத்தாம் நாளாகிய அன்றே யெகோவாவுடைய கை என்மேல் அமர்ந்தது, அவர் என்னை அந்த இடத்திற்குக் கொண்டுபோனார்; அப்பொழுது நகரம் அழிக்கப்பட்டுப் பதினான்கு வருடங்களானது.
In the twenty-fifth year of our captivity, in the beginning of the year, in the tenth day of the month, in the fourteenth year after the city was struck, in the same day, Yahweh’s hand was on me, and he brought me there.
2 ௨ தேவதரிசனங்களில் அவர் என்னை இஸ்ரவேல் தேசத்திற்குக் கொண்டுபோய், என்னை மகா உயரமான ஒரு மலையின்மேல் நிறுத்தினார்; அதின்மேல் தெற்காக ஒரு நகரம் கட்டியிருக்கிறதுபோல் காணப்பட்டது.
In the visions of God he brought me into the land of Israel, and set me down on a very high mountain, on which was something like the frame of a city to the south.
3 ௩ அவர் என்னை அங்கே கொண்டுபோனார்; இதோ, அங்கே ஒரு மனிதன் இருந்தார்; அவருடைய தோற்றம் வெண்கலமாக இருந்தது; அவர் கையில் சணற்கயிறும் ஒரு அளவுகோலும் இருந்தது; அவர் வாசலிலே நின்றார்.
He brought me there; and, behold, there was a man whose appearance was like the appearance of bronze, with a line of flax in his hand and a measuring reed; and he stood in the gate.
4 ௪ அந்த மனிதன் என்னை நோக்கி: மனிதகுமாரனே, நீ கண்ணாரப்பார்த்து, காதாரக்கேட்டு, நான் உனக்குக் காண்பிப்பதெல்லாவற்றின்மேலும் உன்னுடைய மனதை வை; நான் உனக்கு அவைகளைக் காண்பிப்பதற்காக நீ இங்கே கொண்டுவரப்பட்டாய்; நீ காண்பதையெல்லாம் இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களுக்குத் தெரிவி என்றார்.
The man said to me, “Son of man, see with your eyes, and hear with your ears, and set your heart on all that I will show you; for you have been brought here so that I may show them to you. Declare all that you see to the house of Israel.”
5 ௫ இதோ, ஆலயத்திற்குப் வெளியே சுற்றிலும் ஒரு மதில் இருந்தது; அந்த மனிதன் கையிலே ஆறுமுழ நீளமான ஒரு அளவுகோல் இருந்தது; ஒவ்வொரு முழமும் நமது கைமுழத்திலும் நான்கு விரற்கடை அளவு அதிகமானது; அவர் அந்த மதிலை அளந்தார்; அகலம் ஒரு கோலாகவும் உயரம் ஒரு கோலாகவும் இருந்தது.
Behold, there was a wall on the outside of the house all around, and in the man’s hand a measuring reed six cubits long, of a cubit and a hand width each. So he measured the thickness of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed.
6 ௬ பின்பு அவர் கிழக்குமுகவாசலுக்கு வந்து, அதின் படிகளின்மேல் ஏறி, வாசற்படியை ஒரு கோல் அகலமாகவும், மறுவாசற்படியை ஒரு கோல் அகலமாகவும் அளந்தார்.
Then he came to the gate which looks toward the east, and went up its steps. He measured the threshold of the gate, one reed wide; and the other threshold, one reed wide.
7 ௭ ஒவ்வொரு அறையும் ஒரு கோல் நீளமும் ஒரு கோல் அகலமுமாக இருந்தது; அறைவீடுகளுக்கு நடுவே ஐந்து முழ இடம் விட்டிருந்தது; வாசலின் மண்டபத்தருகே உள்வாசற்படி ஒரு கோலளவாக இருந்தது.
Every lodge was one reed long and one reed wide. Between the lodges was five cubits. The threshold of the gate by the porch of the gate toward the house was one reed.
He measured also the porch of the gate toward the house, one reed.
9 ௯ பின்பு வாசலின் மண்டபத்தை எட்டுமுழமாகவும், அதின் தூணாதாரங்களை இரண்டு முழமாகவும் அளந்தார்; வாசலின் மண்டபம் உட்புறத்திலிருந்தது.
Then he measured the porch of the gate, eight cubits; and its posts, two cubits; and the porch of the gate was toward the house.
10 ௧0 கிழக்குதிசைக்கெதிரான வாசலின் அறைகள் இந்தப்பக்கத்தில் மூன்றும் அந்தப்பக்கத்தில் மூன்றுமாக இருந்தது; அவைகள் மூன்றுக்கும் ஒரே அளவும், இந்தப்பக்கத்திலும் அந்தப்பக்கத்திலும் இருந்த தூணாதாரங்களுக்கு ஒரே அளவும் இருந்தது.
The side rooms of the gate eastward were three on this side, and three on that side. The three of them were of one measure. The posts had one measure on this side and on that side.
11 ௧௧ பின்பு வாசல் நடையின் அகலத்தைப் பத்துமுழமாகவும், வாசலின் நீளத்தைப் பதின்மூன்று முழமாகவும் அளந்தார்.
He measured the width of the opening of the gate, ten cubits; and the length of the gate, thirteen cubits;
12 ௧௨ அறைகளுக்குமுன்னே இந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஒரு முழ இடமும் அந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஒரு முழ இடமும் இருந்தது ஒவ்வொரு அறை இந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஆறு முழமும் அந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஆறுமுழமுமாக இருந்தது.
and a border before the lodges, one cubit on this side, and a border, one cubit on that side; and the side rooms, six cubits on this side, and six cubits on that side.
13 ௧௩ பின்பு வாசலில் இருந்த அறையின் மெத்தையிலிருந்து மற்ற அறையின் மெத்தைவரை இருபத்தைந்து முழமாக அளந்தார்; கதவுக்குக் கதவு நேராக இருந்தது.
He measured the gate from the roof of the one side room to the roof of the other, a width of twenty-five cubits, door against door.
14 ௧௪ தூணாதாரங்களை அறுபது முழமாக அளந்தார்; இந்தத் தூணாதாரங்களின் அருகே சுற்றிலும் முன்வாசலின் முற்றம் இருந்தது.
He also made posts, sixty cubits; and the court reached to the posts, around the gate.
From the forefront of the gate at the entrance to the forefront of the inner porch of the gate were fifty cubits.
16 ௧௬ வாசலுக்கு உட்புறமாகச் சுற்றிலுமுள்ள அறைகளுக்கும் அவைகளின் தூணாதாரங்களுக்கும் ஒடுக்கமான ஜன்னல்கள் இருந்தது; மண்டபங்களிலும் அப்படியே இருந்தது; உள்பக்கமாகச் சுற்றிலும் அந்த ஜன்னல்களும் தூணாதாரங்களில் செதுக்கப்பட்ட பேரீச்சமரங்களும் இருந்தது.
There were closed windows to the side rooms, and to their posts within the gate all around, and likewise to the arches. Windows were around inward. Palm trees were on each post.
17 ௧௭ பின்பு என்னை வெளிமுற்றத்திற்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோனார்; அங்கே அறைவீடுகளும், முற்றத்தின் சுற்றிலும் பதித்த தளவரிசையும் இருந்தது; அந்தத் தளவரிசையின்மேல் முப்பது அறைவீடுகள் இருந்தது.
Then he brought me into the outer court. Behold, there were rooms and a pavement made for the court all around. Thirty rooms were on the pavement.
18 ௧௮ வாசலுக்குப் பக்கத்திலும் வாசல்களின் நீளத்திற்கு எதிரிலுமுள்ள அந்தத் தளவரிசை தாழ்வான தளவரிசையாக இருந்தது.
The pavement was by the side of the gates, corresponding to the length of the gates, even the lower pavement.
19 ௧௯ பின்பு அவர் கீழ்வாசலின் முகப்புத்துவங்கி, உள்முற்றத்துப் புறமுகப்புவரையுள்ள விசாலத்தை அளந்தார்; அது கிழக்கும் வடக்கும் நூறுமுழமாக இருந்தது.
Then he measured the width from the forefront of the lower gate to the forefront of the inner court outside, one hundred cubits, both on the east and on the north.
He measured the length and width of the gate of the outer court which faces toward the north.
21 ௨௧ அதற்கு இந்த பக்கத்தில் மூன்று அறைகளும் அந்த பக்கத்தில் மூன்று அறைகளும் இருந்தது; அதின் தூணாதாரங்களும் அதின் மண்டபங்களும் முதல் வாசலின் அளவுக்குச் சரியாக இருந்தது; அதின் நீளம் ஐம்பது முழமும், அகலம் இருபத்தைந்து முழமுமாக இருந்தது.
The lodges of it were three on this side and three on that side. Its posts and its arches were the same as the measure of the first gate: its length was fifty cubits, and the width twenty-five cubits.
22 ௨௨ அதின் ஜன்னல்களும், அதின் மண்டபங்களும், அதின்மேல் சித்திரிக்கப்பட்ட பேரீச்சமரங்களும், கீழ்த்திசைக்கு எதிரான வாசலின் அளவுக்குச் சரியாக இருந்தது; அதில் ஏறுகிறதற்கு ஏழு படிகள் இருந்தது; அதின் மண்டபங்கள் அவைகளுக்கு முன்னாக இருந்தது.
Its windows, its arches, and its palm trees were the same as the measure of the gate which faces toward the east. They went up to it by seven steps. Its arches were before them.
23 ௨௩ வடதிசையிலும் கீழ்த்திசையிலுமுள்ள ஒவ்வொரு வாசலுக்கு எதிராக உள்முற்றத்திற்கும் வாசல்கள் இருந்தது; ஒரு வாசல்துவங்கி மற்ற வாசல்வரை நூறு முழமாக அளந்தார்.
There was a gate to the inner court facing the other gate, on the north and on the east. He measured one hundred cubits from gate to gate.
24 ௨௪ பின்பு என்னைத் தென்திசைக்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோனார்; அங்கே தென்திசைக்கு எதிரான வாசல் இருந்தது; அதின் தூணாதாரங்களையும் அதின் மண்டபங்களையும் அதற்குரிய அளவின்படி அளந்தார்.
He led me toward the south; and behold, there was a gate toward the south. He measured its posts and its arches according to these measurements.
25 ௨௫ அந்த ஜன்னல்களுக்குச் சரியாக அதற்கும் அதின் மண்டபங்களுக்கும் ஜன்னல்கள் சுற்றிலும் இருந்தது; நீளம் ஐம்பதுமுழமும் அகலம் இருபத்தைந்து முழமுமாக இருந்தது.
There were windows in it and in its arches all around, like the other windows: the length was fifty cubits, and the width twenty-five cubits.
26 ௨௬ அதில் ஏறுகிறதற்கு ஏழு படிகள் இருந்தது; அதற்கு முன்பாக அதின் மண்டபங்களும் இருந்தது; அதின் தூணாதாரங்களில் செதுக்கப்பட்ட பேரீச்சமரங்களும் இந்தப் பக்கத்தில் ஒன்றும் அந்தப் பக்கத்தில் ஒன்றுமாக இருந்தது.
There were seven steps to go up to it, and its arches were before them. It had palm trees, one on this side, and another on that side, on its posts.
27 ௨௭ உள்முற்றத்திற்கும் ஒரு வாசல் தென்திசைக்கு எதிராக இருந்தது; தென்திசையிலுள்ள ஒரு வாசல் துவங்கி மற்றவாசல்வரை நூறுமுழமாக அளந்தார்.
There was a gate to the inner court toward the south. He measured one hundred cubits from gate to gate toward the south.
28 ௨௮ பின்பு அவர் தெற்கு வாசலால் என்னை உள்முற்றத்திற்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோய், அந்த அளவுக்குச் சரியாகத் தெற்கு வாசலையும் அளந்தார்.
Then he brought me to the inner court by the south gate. He measured the south gate according to these measurements;
29 ௨௯ அதின் அறைகளும், அதின் தூணாதாரங்களும், அதின் மண்டபங்களும், அந்த அளவுக்குச் சரியாக இருந்தது; அதற்கும் அதின் மண்டபங்களுக்கும் ஜன்னல்கள் சுற்றிலும் இருந்தது; நீளம் ஐம்பது முழமும் அகலம் இருபத்தைந்து முழமுமாக இருந்தது.
with its lodges, its posts, and its arches, according to these measurements. There were windows in it and in its arches all around. It was fifty cubits long, and twenty-five cubits wide.
There were arches all around, twenty-five cubits long and five cubits wide.
31 ௩௧ அதின் மண்டபங்கள் வெளிமுற்றத்தில் இருந்தது; அதின் தூணாதாரங்களில் செதுக்கப்பட்ட பேரீச்சமரங்களும் இருந்தது; அதில் ஏறுகிறதற்கு எட்டுப்படிகள் இருந்தது.
Its arches were toward the outer court. Palm trees were on its posts. The ascent to it had eight steps.
32 ௩௨ பின்பு அவர் கிழக்குத்திசை வழியாக என்னை உள்முற்றத்திற்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோய், அந்த அளவுக்குச் சரியாக அந்த வாசலையும் அளந்தார்.
He brought me into the inner court toward the east. He measured the gate according to these measurements;
33 ௩௩ அதின் அறைகளும் அதின் தூணாதாரங்களும் அதின் மண்டபங்களும் அந்த அளவுகளுக்குச் சரியாக இருந்தது; அதற்கும் அதின் மண்டபங்களுக்கும் ஜன்னல்கள் சுற்றிலும் இருந்தது; நீளம் ஐம்பது முழமும் அகலம் இருபத்தைந்து முழமுமாக இருந்தது.

He brought me to the north gate, and he measured it according to these measurements—

38 ௩௮ அதின் அறைகளும் அதின் கதவுகளும் வாசல்களின் தூணாதாரங்களுக்கு அருகில் இருந்தது; அங்கே தகனபலிகளைக் கழுவுவார்கள்.
A room with its door was by the posts at the gates. They washed the burnt offering there.
39 ௩௯ வாசலின் மண்டபத்திலே இந்தப் பக்கத்தில் இரண்டு பீடங்களும் அந்தப் பக்கத்தில் இரண்டு பீடங்களும் இருந்தது; அவைகளின்மேல் தகனபலியையும் பாவநிவாரண பலியையும் குற்றநிவாரணபலியையும் செலுத்துவார்கள்.
In the porch of the gate were two tables on this side and two tables on that side, on which to kill the burnt offering, the sin offering, and the trespass offering.
40 ௪0 வடக்குவாசலுக்குள் நுழைகிறதற்கு ஏறிப்போகிற வெளிப்பக்கத்திலே இரண்டு பீடங்களும், வாசலின் மண்டபத்திலுள்ள மறுபக்கத்திலே இரண்டு பீடங்களும் இருந்தது.
On the one side outside, as one goes up to the entry of the gate toward the north, were two tables; and on the other side, which belonged to the porch of the gate, were two tables.
41 ௪௧ வாசலின் அருகே இந்தப் பக்கத்தில் நான்கு பீடங்களும், அந்தப் பக்கத்தில் நான்கு பீடங்களும், ஆக எட்டுப்பீடங்கள் இருந்தது; அவைகளின்மேல் பலிகளைச் செலுத்துவார்கள்.
Four tables were on this side, and four tables on that side, by the side of the gate: eight tables, on which they killed the sacrifices.
42 ௪௨ தகனபலிக்குரிய நான்கு பீடங்கள் வெட்டின கல்லாக இருந்தது; அவைகள் ஒன்றரை முழ நீளமும், ஒன்றரை முழ அகலமும், ஒரு முழ உயரமுமாக இருந்தது; அவைகளின்மேல் தகனபலிகளையும் மற்றப் பலிகளையும் செலுத்துகிற ஆயுதங்களை வைப்பார்கள்.
There were four cut stone tables for the burnt offering, a cubit and a half long, a cubit and a half wide, and one cubit high. They laid the instruments with which they killed the burnt offering and the sacrifice on them.
43 ௪௩ நான்கு விரற்கடை அளவான முளைகள் உள்ளே சுற்றிலும் வரிசையாக அடிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது; செலுத்தும் பலிகளின் இறைச்சி பீடங்களின்மேல் வைக்கப்படும்.
The hooks, a hand width long, were fastened within all around. The meat of the offering was on the tables.
44 ௪௪ உள்முற்றத்திலே உள்வாசலுக்கு வெளியே பாடகர்களின் அறைவீடுகள் இருந்தது; அவைகளில் வடக்கு வாசலின் பக்கமாக இருந்தவைகள் தென்திசைக்கு எதிராகவும், கிழக்குவாசலின் பக்கமாக இருந்த வேறொரு வரிசை வடதிசைக்கு எதிராகவும் இருந்தது.
Outside of the inner gate were rooms for the singers in the inner court, which was at the side of the north gate. They faced toward the south. One at the side of the east gate faced toward the north.
45 ௪௫ பின்பு அவர் என்னை நோக்கி: தென்திசைக்கு எதிராக இருக்கிற இந்த அறை ஆலயக்காவலைக் காக்கிற ஆசாரியர்களுடையது.
He said to me, “This room, which faces toward the south, is for the priests who perform the duty of the house.
46 ௪௬ வடதிசைக்கு எதிராக இருக்கிற அறையோ, பலிபீடத்தின் காவலைக்காக்கிற ஆசாரியர்களுடையது; இவர்கள் லேவியின் மகன்களில் யெகோவாவுக்கு ஆராதனைசெய்கிறதற்காக அவரிடத்தில் சேருகிற சாதோக்கின் மகன் என்றார்.
The room which faces toward the north is for the priests who perform the duty of the altar. These are the sons of Zadok, who from among the sons of Levi come near to Yahweh to minister to him.”
47 ௪௭ அவர் முற்றத்தை நூறுமுழ நீளமாகவும் நூறுமுழ அகலமாகவும் அளந்தார்; அது சதுரமாக இருந்தது; பலிபீடமோ ஆலயத்திற்கு முன்பாக இருந்தது.
He measured the court, one hundred cubits long and one hundred cubits wide, square. The altar was before the house.
48 ௪௮ பின்பு அவர் என்னை ஆலய மண்டபத்திற்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோய், மண்டபத்தின் தூணாதாரத்தை இந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஐந்து முழமும் அந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஐந்து முழமுமாக அளந்தார்; வாசலின் அகலம் இந்தப்புறம் மூன்று முழமும் அந்தப்பக்கம் மூன்று முழமுமாக இருந்தது.
Then he brought me to the porch of the house, and measured each post of the porch, five cubits on this side, and five cubits on that side. The width of the gate was three cubits on this side and three cubits on that side.
49 ௪௯ மண்டபத்தின் நீளம் இருபது முழமும், அகலம் பதினொரு முழமுமாக இருந்தது; அதற்கு ஏறிப்போகிற படிகளும் இருந்தது; தூணாதாரங்களில் இந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஒரு தூணும் அந்தப்பக்கத்தில் ஒரு தூணும் இருந்தது.
The length of the porch was twenty cubits and the width eleven cubits, even by the steps by which they went up to it. There were pillars by the posts, one on this side, and another on that side.
